I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
I recently bought a pearl bracelet for my wife from ROMWE and was extremely excited to get it to her. The shipping took a little long to get here (about thirty days) but once it did we were very pleased. The bracelet looked beautiful and could be combined with nearly any outfit. We would definitely order from them again.
I ordered a large in 3 three items and the fit is for someone of a size 2. Do not order anything from this site if you have a normal bust! All the material is very cheap and nothing of what I ordered resembles the photos. One shirt said it was chiffon but it looked like paper!

My Teen daughter ordered sneakers, she went according to the size chart, the sneakers was to small, She requested to send them back. We are waiting for the return slip, so we can ship them back to the company. It's been 3 weeks and we're still waiting for a response from the company, we check the message, on the site, It states In Process. I told my daughter we will never order from them again. There is no phone # to contact them, the 7*24 they don't answer/ don't work.
I live in Canada so it takes a couple months for my shipments to arrive, but they DO arrive. They even refunded me the full amount for an item that went out of stock, though it took a couple days. The customer service is surprisingly reliable. Idc if the English isn't impeccable as long as they're doing their job to help me with my purchases, questions and complaints. The sizing is generally true to the measurements listed on their items. Yes, Romwe asked me to write my review but my experience is real and the reason I bothered to write it at all is bc the site is not a scam.
I got the Leopard Tawny Square Sunglasses for my friend the other day. It has a vintage, indie style which my friend likes a lot. The ordering process is quite a bliss, the process is straightforward and simple. I love the UI which is slick and user-friendly to the visitor. The packaging is pretty neat and it was an overall pleasurable experience purchasing online. The shipping takes less than a week when other e-commerce site are more or less 2 weeks. One thing that I appreciate is there is 60% off of first orders which is awesome. The product catalog is dope with many variety, hence will be visiting it another day for my next purchase.
Ordered several items over 6 weeks ago. Received an email on May 28 indicating they were having issues with the delivery service. I just found out they LOST the order completely after several attempts to find out the status of the order. It was going to take another 4 weeks to receive it if they decided to ship it this time.
With so many small businesses right now that need the money, I am happy to support them than deal with this nonsense.

I ordered several clothing items which I returned due to poor quality and the awful smell emitting from the clothes. The package did not include an order summary which is standard any time you receive a shipment from a vendor. I had to contact them several times via email for instructions on returning the items because there isn't a phone number where you can speak to anyone. I finally received return instructions; that was in January. I have provided them with the tracking number and contacted them several times. The only thing I've received were emails where I get the run around. They have their merchandise and my money. I am still waiting for my refund. I'm not sure what has happened to this retailer, new ownership... I'm not sure. I used to like their clothing. The clothes are so cheaply made now and customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your time and money. Dealing with them if you have a return is a major headache.

I initially bought a couple T-shirts along with a handbag and heels, and I was very satisfied upon receiving my order. They answered my questions with the most respect and friendliness. I am really getting into these less known companies because they always seem to provide higher quality and cheaper items than the designers and retailers do. My parcel has not moved since May 2 and the status update says "United States arrived at Local Courier Facility". I checked FedEx and they have not received my package from the shipper. One other item was split into a different parcel and came, but the other 7 have been stuck in transit for weeks. What is going on? I just want my package!

It's now Sunday & I sent them an email regarding the fact that I haven't received any updates & my order still says it's processing even though the money was paid like it was nothing. Ive ordered 2 months ago and got delivery only a partial of my order. When tracking they said one is out of stock and will refund back. I thought this site was very cute. I've wanted to order from here and made numerous carts until I finally brought clothing. The website says 3-7 days until shipments are processed and then they will be shipped out. Today, is 20 days since I have order my items and nothing has been shipped. I have written 2-3 customer service tickets all asking the status of my order, the only thing I've been told is that one dress that I ordered would be shipped at a later date because it is on back order. Why does it take 20 days or more to process 3 clothing items? I do not understand and I don't think in the near future after I receive this order, if I ever do, I will be ordering from this website again.

My clothes got to my address in a decent time frame, it was all here within 1.5 weeks after ordering. However, almost all the tags were deliberately cut off of all the clothes. Therefore, I don't even know what size they sent me or how to wash them. In addition, the tags they did leave on show that they sent me an XS when I ordered a medium. Furthermore, the clothes are not very good quality. I understand that they are cheap, therefore they won't be of great quality. However, two of the shirts are already fraying. Lastly, I understand that these items are returnable. But Romwe makes you pay the shipping back, and by the time its all said it done I will barely get any money back.

Romwe is a fantastic site and I've ordered from them before and have loved what I got for my money. While this order was still pretty fantastic, there were some things that were sub-par. I ordered the Snoopy Print Loose T-Shirt, as I love everything Peanuts, especially Snoopy, and I also love loose fit t-shirts. The fitting is pretty true and accurate to size, but it's just a little bit too loose for my taste. However, as usual, the print on the shirt was fantastic, shipping time was reasonable when considering their location, and the customer service was great. I would definitely order from them again.
I ordered a huge order about 4 or 5 days ago and I just checked on it today and it still says processing. Mind you I selected items that promised to ship within 24 hours and received express shipping. Everything I ordered from the site was for back to school and school starts next week.
