Before I was skeptical of ordering from this boutique on the web. I had a chance. And it was worth every penny. Although the clothes are reasonably priced, the quality they offer is amazing. Sometimes though there is a delay in shipping. So you have to be patient, but the customer service is very friendly and helpful.

I had ordered several items and their sizes are not true. Returned to the only address shown on my paperwork but apparently that is not correct. Their customer service states the return department is in China. Showed them tracking information and the package was received in their New York location. Was told I could check with the carrier I used to retrieve the package (too late). So they have my money and the merchandise. I will never order from them again and I urge others not to either. A $100 plus lesson learned.
Very good material for my new blouse, I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that they were not clothes for me, but for my sister as a gift. What you have to do is be guided by the indications of measurements according to size. And meter in hand, choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. Remarkably, the day arrived that indicated that it would arrive. A success without a doubt, it is already a reference store.
I got most of my clothes after 7 weeks but one pair of trousers went missing, after emailing them they got back to me and told me they were send in a different parcel. I waited another 7 weeks and finally they arrived. After a few hours wearing them they fell apart at the inside seem. I am disappointed, they were a lovely fit but the way they are stitched is not good at all.

Ordered a dress that arrived with a grease stain across the chest. They asked for pictures for "proofs" which I sent and then they went silent. Continued requests through their email generate an auto reply telling me I can either send items back to China at my expense or they will refund me 10% of the cost of the item. There is no phone number no way to make it with them other than this email address. In addition to the stain, the dress came out of the packaging smelling horribly of chemicals in the material was not really "linen" as described. There is no size tag or other tag on it and it was clear in a very poorly and have lots of loose threads hanging out. Nothing short of junk.

I love the clothing line at this boutique. It is flattering, easy to use, quality and reasonably priced.
The only problem I had was that they ran out of my size when I wanted to buy things, even new items, which I would have thought would be a lot of stock.
The stores are great and the staff is friendly. It's nice to be able to go online after being in the store and buy the outfit I can't stop thinking about.
I have ordered many times for my own good. They always have a wide range of clothing, accessories, shoes and beauty products at low prices. Shipping is all wrapped securely and beautifully. There are always discounts that make it fun to explore the products they have.
Don't order from this company! They are located in China and my order looked nothing like their advertisements! They were gigantic and when I tried to return them, they gave me a fake pre-printed label with an address that did not exist. This is a scam!

I have ordered many clothes from this website and so far everything has been true to size, comfortable and affordable! Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. They are the new leaders of fashion but of better quality and on the internet!
I used google image search (you can find instructions on how to do it online) to check on a skirt I liked on this site and the result list came up with multiple pages of various sites that apparently sell this product. I would be very cautious to buy from a company with this business model, obviously not based on name recognition and customer satisfaction.

I have made several purchases online on this website and have had an excellent experience. My latest purchase is skinny pants that shipped super fast, they are so cute and they fit me so well. I will definitely wear them again when I need new clothes.
It is always such a pleasant experience to order clothes on this website, I literally check every week to see that there are newcomers. It really saved me, less hassle than going to a physical store for me. Add more bridesmaids dresses!

As always with my online purchases here, speed of delivery. Great clothes and very well presented in the box. I have returned a pair of pants because I did not like how it fit, and the return process has been very easy.
Extremely poor quality, only one piece out of 5 arrived. The fabric is not cotton - there are no percentages on the label, but I doubt there is more than 1% cotton in it. Notice how blurry the pictures are of the fabric? The fit is horrible. Returns must be shipped to China at your expense, or they've offered a 15% refund to pay for a tailor to fix the fit - seriously? Trying to cancel the order, but impossible. So sorry I gave them a dime. It appears I'm out at least $100+. Expensive lesson - RUN FROM THIS SITE.

I was hesitant to buy from this online store, but I'm so glad I did. The items arrived in the next few in perfect condition, the material is of good quality and are as seen online, models with excellent design, very good customer service. Thank you.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
