The clothes here are of very high quality and arrived in a few days, extremely fast shipping. Clothing is true to size. Very happy with my blouses and skirts, I will definitely buy more items right away.
This company is the absolute worst quality I have ever seen in MY LIFE! Material is all transparent, poor workmanship, and after one wash (if i could wear them), will likely be the last time to be worn due to the machine tearing them up! I can't even donate these clothing. So its either throw them away, OR save them for the next time when stores can't stock enough toilet paper! I literally threw my money away.
The clothes measurements are off, they sent different colors, patterns, materials and quality is the worst, i will feel guilty to give this garbage to a homeless person. When you try to return and item, the websites does not allow you or alert, there is not phone to call. The company said UK or London but they are in China and they do not let you know.
I emailed customer care and they sent a auto reply email asking details which they should not even ask. I had to contact my credit card to put a dispute and replace my credit card.
They finally sent me an email saying that I passed the 14 days to return, which is a lie to start, in addiction is consider Consumer Fraud if they sale an item that does not look the same, they send different measurements/sized, and quality is way different than the website. As you can see here they have too many complains for the same issue that Federal authorities must to be aware and shot down they website as soon as possible.
Very poor quality when the goods finally arrive about 2 months after ordering!
The top looks like a crisp linen material on the website but they reality was a cheap thin t-shirt type material.
The dress bore very little resemblance to the one I order. The material was a cheap, thin, shiny material.
When I wrote to them they basically replied saying as the 15 return period was up at wouldn't be refunding or exchanging the goods.
I certainly won't use this site again!

I normally use this online boutique to shop for dresses, I have found that the variety of clothes on offer there is something for everyone. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots, clothing, accessories, various types of jewelry (just be sure to check the size). Christmas this year was great, I found something for everyone. I found that after ordering and purchasing the items, most are packed and shipped shortly thereafter. Contacting me by email is not a problem, excellent.
Very happy and satisfied with this website. Very good material of my jacket, I had no problem with the sizes. What you have to do is be guided by the indications of measurements according to size. The design is very beautiful. Surprisingly, the day he indicated he would arrive. A success without a doubt, it is already my favorite online store!
I bought a blouse from this site size small. It was way too big and poorly made. I contacted them about a return. The blouse had to be returned to China at my expense. I have been shopping online here almost every two weeks for over 2 years. They have such a wide range of clothing with constant new stock, super affordable and fast shipping! Always super excited about my purchases. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
I was scammed by these people two years ago. I'm writing now to alert everyone that they change their name every few months to slither out of negative reviews. Many of their name include the word "rose" which can be a helpful clue. But those awesome looking clothes that appear while you are reading the Washington Post are all the same: too small, cheap material, poorly sewn, arrives late and no way to get your money back.
Shame on the Washington Post or any other entity that advertises a scam!

Was quite excited by pictures on line but garments did not live up to images...
Fabrics very poor quality synthetics... and sizes not accurate... took ages to arrive...

My earlier review was totally negative regarding this rip-off company and their unbelievably cheap clothes and 15% refund, among other things. Having complained to PayPal, I have now received a full refund. So friends, please: Let PayPal know! They'll take care of it. As well, Roselinlin now calls itself NoraCora and has ads popping up everywhere. Shameless, huh?
Paid $ 18 dollars U.S. to get my order 5-10 business days from order date... over a month later still no order. I dread to see what it's like IF it finally arrives. Have emailed the company so many times and get the same bull@#$#t form letters every time. STAY AWAY
How can you tell... the models all have their faces hidden or are cut off at the shoulders... the english on the web site is terrible... and EVERYTHING looks too good to be true. STAY AWAY! P.S. I purchase ALL of my clothes online. Roselinlin by FAR is the worst; both in quality product and customer service. First order ($250+) shipped staggered... took over 6 weeks to arrive. One item didn't fit... absolutely no response from customer services (you have to email them to find out how to return) and then, you cannot return after 15 days... how convenient. Quality is something akin to Walmart. Bought 4 clothing items---lousy. Bought one jewelry item---it really is plastic! OMG... I cannot believe how horrid this experience has been! *** BTW, you can tell that 5 star review was written by a reviewer; or an employee; not an actual customer as it doesn't even make sense. The rest of the reviews are very similar to mine! STAY AWAY!

Fabric very poor quality. Stiff and doesn't drape well. Feels scratchy. Ugh. Clothing arrived just wrapped in flimsy plastic bag. 15-day return policy from date of arrival. The tracking number included on my order does not correspond to either FedEx or UPS. On line tracking site just goes into "the spiral of death." So can't find exact date of receipt. Label indicates was shipped 16 days ago--from China. So return shouldn't be a problem... or not. Shipping is all the way back to China. What's that going to cost? Really bad merchandise and not customer friendly.

After 10 and 11 weeks and multiple communication with Roselinlin, I finally received my goods. Communications were mechanical with canned responses and never addressed the shipping issues. As far as the clothing, a complete waste of $127. The packages reeked of Formaldehyde which is apparently common from Asia and a potential health risk. The quality of the items was substandard with cheap, flimsy materials and abysmal sewing. Sizes were not at all accurate according to their own chart. Medium fit better than Large. There are insufficient negative superlatives to properly address this awful experience. Caveat emptor!

Ridiculous and Post office has since revealed that these actions are very common with them and other Chinese companies, ripping off their customers.
Tired if the lies and fake tracking website.

1. Three T-shirt's are missing from the order yet marked as included in the package on the invoice!
2. One T-shirt arrived damp and moldy - it was in a sealed bag. Was it packaged wet?
3. Most items did not fit even though I had measured with the tape before ordering. Some are huge, others are too small.
4. Whenever I try to log in, I get "Malicious Malware" message.
5. I emailed them about the return instructions and my mail came back as impossible to deliver - see attached.
I am trying to resolve through PayPal. Stay away from this business!

I ordered this shirt in a beige multi color. It arrived in red. When I requested a return, I informed by Lia/Customer Service that this item was a Final Sale. This would be reasonable if I ordered the blouse in red... I did not. Also apparently, "customer service" did not even investigate. It was a bait n switch and I feel deceived. I hope no one else has to deal with this type of non-sense.
I might also add that many of the other items I ordered were ill-fitting and cheap looking save for a couple of decent looking t-shirts.

I bought a pair of pants for the wife and going by their advertisement the Large size bought should have been, waist 33.86 hip 42.5 length 37.4 (inches).
The pants actually measure waist 26! Hip 35 length 37 total (thats not inside leg as it should be. The discrepancy is just a joke. The quality of the garment is junk too.
The reply email went to great lengths to tell me how impossible and expensive returns to China are, (yet the received parcel had an Australian company address on it). An offer of 15% refund was made. The reviews on the Paypal website reflect my experience but I was late in reading them.

I stumbled upon this boutique while searching the internet for my favorite jeans design, which nowhere seems to have similar designs. They had my size, 10% discount and free shipping, so they made me happy. My order was shipped approximately 8 hours after my purchase and I received it 2 weeks later! It really made it feel like a unique and personal experience that you just don't get much of these days, especially online. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to talk about these girls on Instagram! I will definitely be back :) Cheers girls!
It is my favorite online store. Somehow I came across when looking for clothing stores to browse online. Always has discounts for amazing clothes. You can get great products at a great price, they also have my taste in clothes that convinced me. I don't think any other online store can make me change my mind.
I bought a dress on this website, when I found out there was no stock, this page suggested similar dresses that I might like. Fantastic service, the payment option is great too, and it definitely makes it more likely to buy as I don't have to pay anything until I'm sure I love the item.
Clothes are not accurate sizing and when my items were too small they said we will offer you 15% refund, which is best option because it will cost you to return them, plus customs and it will take a long time (their words). Won't be buying with Roselinlin again nor recommending them! I'll buy in Australia where at least the returns policies are fair and ethical!

The quality of the clothes here is excellent, I can't complain. The garments are true to what is displayed online and delivery is super fast! Also excellent customer service from a girl who works here, she was so charming, very helpful and responded very quickly, which I really appreciate! I would definitely recommend this online store.
I spent over $130. Never seen such poor quality of clothing in my life. I should have known. I waste of money. I put them right in the trash where they belong. When I looked into returning the items Roselinlin informed me by email that this would be costly to me as I would have to send the package to China, once Roselinlin decided whether to give me the return address or not, and that it could take months and there was no guarantee that the product would make it there or that I would be refunded.
