I've never seen a legit company have a website with a lawyer written policy about everything. In addition just before buying a number of items I tried getting answers from customer service, but didn't receive any useful replies. If they can't answer simple questions about their products I'm not dealing with them. Horrible come-on company.

Clothes look cute online, but completely different - and cheap - in person. Sizing is WAY off - everything was huge on me, although it was my normal size. The worst part is their return policy: after waiting (literally) 2 months to receive the items, you have 15 DAYS to request a return - and then learn you have to pay return shipping. TO CHINA. Not worth the hassle or expense. I'll donate the clothes and not be fooled again. I'm pretty sure any positive reviews here are written by employees or people they have paid...

I experienced incredible customer service through this page! In particular, an agent really went out of her way to accommodate me, had asked for a dress and the shipment took a little longer than usual and was extremely helpful and very friendly and generous.

My whole purchase process here was online, it was fast, the clothes have not yet been delivered, 4 days have passed so far, but I suppose that due to the pandemic it is normal. Overall, it's a user-friendly website, with cute and accessible clothing. I will surely buy again

I recently paid $70.00 for a bunch of junk. I ordered three tops that looked very fashionable on the models, but received one top made of cheap tee shirt, thin material that looked nothing like what the model was wearing. And another dress with the hem not even finished. These sites, after getting bad reviews, just change their names and laugh at us Americans. This is the last time I purchase anything on line. You could buy this junk at the $5.00 store!.

My order took months to arrive. The pictures look beautiful but in truth they are mad out of cheap material, sizes are way off for Americans. Returns are close to impossible. Very disappointed and will never buy again.

Ordered some pants and tops and a pair of shoes thru Facebook post. It took forever to get to me. Tracking numbers meant nothing. Got the shipment in batches. First batch arrived and was totally sized wrong. Fabric was cheap. Return was offered of 20% purchase. Didn't get that. Wanted other things cancelled they offered 10% refund on that. Did not do business with them!

Delivery is fast! And the quality of the clothes is so good, soft, it doesn't change color / texture / size, no matter how many times you wash... all my sportswear is from this online boutique, I can't get enough.

Don't buy their stuff. Very poor quality. Clothing do not look anything like what the photos show. I should have trusted what most of the reviews said. I had to throw away almost every single piece I ordered. Materials are cheap. This company found image from other reputable company and try to replicate it and the result is just horrible! Do't be fooled by the low price. You get what you pay for from this website. Trust what all the negative ratings. They are absolutely true!

I ordered the casual bottom pants last April and today they arrived. Oh boy! The crutch is so low, and for 3/4 length pants, they come to the ground! Even when I pull them up to my breasts, they are way too long. I thought about taking them apart and fixing them, but there is so much that needs doing to make them wearable, I'm just going to throw them out. It would be an insult to give them to someone else. But, I will NEVER EVER order anything online like this again. I will only go through reputable firms. Its such a shame, as they looked fabulous on the model. I don't think what I got was anything like what she was wearing.
