First I thought I was buying from Canadian retailer. But when delivered ALL of the products came from China. Plus when I tried to get a refund... 1. I could only get 15% of the bought item OR 2 send it back within a 2 week delay with no return address to China. I only got the warehouse address in Mississauga Ontario. Got wrong colour pants, hole in one shirt. Sizes are off. Cheaply made. So disappointed pics look great but looks can be deceiving. Do NOT be fooled. Lets see if this review gets posted.

Suitable place for online shopping. I am very happy with this website. Clothing of wide design with good quality and cheap prices. Now, I'm not going to go shopping in a physical store, everything will be online!

These products come from China, taking over a month to arrive. Quality is poor. Sizes are small; large fits like a small. There is really no possibility to return the items. Upon first enquiry, they will offer a 15% refund without bothering to return the (useless) item. If you persist, they up it to 25%. So persist, take the 25% and don't bother returning by $$ mail. Don't throw good money after bad.

Don't be fooled by the "sincere concern" expressed by the company when I posted this review. Just more empty words.

We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."

I ordered a beautiful shirt here for a party that arrived very quickly and looked the same as on the web page, to underline this, I had contact with a lady from this boutique by email who was amazing in helping me and always answered my emails so soon as i sent them. She was an amazing help at all times, really great customer service. Thank you :)

Excellent client service. After receiving two dresses that I had ordered for my birthday, I was really happy because my skin did not react to them as it does with other fabrics. Do not order from this website. The dress I ordered is a completely different color than what is pictured on the website. It is an unattractive bright neon orange with garish yellow-gold accents. Furthermore, the seams are crooked. The sweater is a stellar example of poor craftsmanship and, again, looks very little like the picture.

I will happily refrain from shopping at this store in future. I took the 15% discount as they made it clear that it would not be worth my while to incur costs to return items to China.

I looked at this website and wanted to buy so many lovely things. Thank you all for telling the truth about your experiences about terrible customer service and low quality clothes. As I read through the positive reviews, I see that a native speaker probably did not write them. Who calls going to the shopping mall a "tour"? We also do not say "my items" multiple times when discussing our orders. I will not order from this and other websites that have similar feedback- thank you again for your honesty.

I get great quality clothes at incredible prices, and many of the clothes are one-of-a-kind pieces that would be almost impossible to find anywhere else. I would definitely check here first if you see similar items elsewhere on the internet at a much higher price... just saying.;-)

Clothes I can really afford! Sure, shipping is slow, but I don't mind waiting, especially if it's free and it's coming from a long distance. They've made up for it by giving me discounts and free items for my next order, which is great because then I'll save even more. So angry to receive trash from this shop. They don't response when you emailed them for return. I regret not doing my homework i. E. to check reviews before hand. They are all ugly clothes with poor quality. I ordered 4 items and nothing look like those in the picture at all. I bet the good reviews here are written by their staff.

Have you noticed the scam here? Pop-Ups from companies whose name changes from feminine appealing names, are all from China. Their wares look terrific in internet adds, prices seem low until you order and the problems begin. It may take 6 weeks to receive your order (it is from China after all), the sizes don't conform with the American female body, the quality is not as advertised and there is no way to return anything. Each consumer should research the company before ordering. No matter how cute or stylish the picture on-line of the item is, it will not live up to it that image.
Get smart and do your research before you buy!

I've never had an issue or ever have been sent anything that was misrepresented online. The only qualm I have is that the payout for items is like nonexistent, but I'm more of a buyer so it doesn't bother me too much.

I have always had lovely experiences with this online store. He went through PayPal express and accidentally selected the wrong address. Customer service helped me make sure everything worked smoothly and redirected to the right address. Quick response and incredible professional service. Things like this are the reasons why I'm a regular. Thank you all.

I ordered 128.00 worth of clothes and not one item received was what was shown on their website nor description. You think your ordering linen, no you get corduroy, fake silk, polyester fabric. Pants show ankle length, mine went over my toes! They waited over the time frame before shipping so you could not have cc company to back off the charge. I waited 46 days before receiving my junk. They offered me a refund of $1.50! Increased th amount to 2.00,3.00. If i wanted to return the items i had to pay the shipping cost along with some tariff fee. They even asked if i could sell it or donate it, i tossed it in the trash. What a SCAM!
