This company is the absolute worst quality I have ever seen in MY LIFE! Material is all transparent, poor workmanship, and after one wash (if i could wear them), will likely be the last time to be worn due to the machine tearing them up! I can't even donate these clothing. So its either throw them away, OR save them for the next time when stores can't stock enough toilet paper! I literally threw my money away.
I ordered two A-line dresses that were really cute on their website. I checked the size charts before ordering. They were wrong. The two dresses arrived separately, about 35 days later, a few days apart. Both were too small and the fabric was so thin I could not even consider wearing them anywhere but to the beach. I immediately wrote to the company (within their 5 day limit), explained the problem - no fit, too thin - and requested the return authorization and address. They sent me an email saying they were reviewing my request and would respond within 48 hours. I have not heard a word from them in 6 weeks, in spite of 7 emails to them. In the mean time, I'm out $45 dollars and stuck with dresses I'd never wear. I've even tried to find a phone number for them - no luck. I am going to pursue this to the very end. It will take a miracle of benevolence from this company before I would ever consider doing business with them again.

This company is based in china so if you are not satisfied you will have to pay shipping costs which totalled $28 for me to return two pairs of lounging pants. Then the company claimed they never received the return product so I am out the original costs plus shipping. Who makes lounging pants that rise 4 inches about your belly button but the photo depicts them lower!

Excellent online service, very quick to answer emails with questions you may have. Clothes always arrive on time and there are never problems. The clothes are always of great quality, I highly recommend them.
I always went shopping for clothes once a year at the mall and although it would only take me a couple of hours, I really hated the tour, and for me it was an unpleasant trip.

Few years ago I bought 3 pieces of their clothes, I could not believe how bad they were! Cheap material with bad sewing, I contacted them, and they made very difficult almost impossible on returns, in the end I got 15% of refund. Some of the **** reviews could be their own people, don't trust!

Recently, I was lucky enough to find this website to buy clothes online. I was going to ask some quick questions about sizing, but soon I had a lot more general questions, customer service responded with kindness and patience. Thank you very much, the order arrived on time and in perfect condition.
It takes weeks to receive your order. The quality of workmanship is poor, for example with threads hanging off, and wrong size. You have to pay shipping back to China, which probably cost more than what you paid for the item. If you can't return, they offer you an insulting 15% refund.

The ads do not disclose the "company" is in China and uses changing names. The wrong order was "confirmed," money was taken before shipping, and no tracking was provided. They are uncooperative in returns, refusing to provide an address or their required "form," and frustrating returns with delays and demanding protocols. The product was synthetic, not cotton as described, and very poor quality. Update: the return address finally provided is in China, which would require multiple customs forms and payment of duties, taxes and tariffs in amounts I cannot ascertain. Even so, they could refuse the return. I cannot believe favorable reviews are genuine.

I was concerned that my item would not arrive in time for an event over the weekend as it did not have a tracking number, so I emailed them about it, they responded to me within 10 minutes of my email with the number of follow up. My dress arrived on the planned day. I am very happy with that and how friendly and helpful they were. I definitely found my new favorite online clothing store, there is so much variety!
Ordered items two months ago. Each time I inquire about the order they send a generic email reply that does not address the problem. Nothing gets resolved. I wish I would have gotten more info on this company before I ordered anything from them.

Clothes look nothing like the website! Clothing is garbage, horrible quality. A garbage bag would fit better and I'm a size 10,5'8". Took months to receive - literally 3 and I hounded them and PayPal and PayPal wouldn't help me. Makes me wonder why. Shipping came from China - would cost too much to send back and there's a restocking fee and the time limit to return had passed due to the lengthy shipping time. I threw my clothes away - wished I had taken photos, but other have posted some, check them out.

I received two pieces in my order. One is sorta cute for the price but the pants are horrific. No better that burlap for the fabric and the sizing is completely disproportionate. The sizing charts seemed weird and didn't make sense but I took a chance.
The customer service never answered my email queries. So don't expect any response or responsibility on the company's part.
Very disappointed. But what can you expect? You get what you pay for! Ripped off.
