The clothes here are of very high quality and arrived in a few days, extremely fast shipping. Clothing is true to size. Very happy with my blouses and skirts, I will definitely buy more items right away.
This company is the absolute worst quality I have ever seen in MY LIFE! Material is all transparent, poor workmanship, and after one wash (if i could wear them), will likely be the last time to be worn due to the machine tearing them up! I can't even donate these clothing. So its either throw them away, OR save them for the next time when stores can't stock enough toilet paper! I literally threw my money away.
This is by far the worst company ever! I've tried multiple times to get my money back and they refuse! They say item shipped, and give tracking number that if it works, Alesha dead end once it reaches U. S! Sadly I ordered two orders a week apart and have to take a loss. I'm looking into consumer protection to get them banned from our Facebook and everywhere else they pop up!
Looking at the website now, there are TONS of spelling and grammatical errors all over the place. Lesson learned. Stay away. I just wasted $40 on a product that hasn't shown for a month after the projected arrival date. Thankfully I went through PayPal and can get a full refund. Please do not give this company ANY business. I'm filing a complaint with an ICPEN currently(anyone who's been a victim of theft through this website should also do so.) Hopefully the website will get taken down. Here comes the automated "Sorry for your unsatisfied" response from the scammers "customer representatives". Right.

Have no idea how to comment on garment quality as I still haven't received my order placed almost a month ago. I qualified for the free shipping by purchasing over $100 of clothing for my wife. What a joke customer service. Their excuse is solely COVID when they should have admitted it was cut rate shipping they purchased. I haven't ever been treated like this by any online retailer even during COVID. They are horrible

I purchased a cute summer dress April 8,2020. A month later they sent an email it had shipped. I keep checking the shipping timeline and my latest expected arrival date is tentatively set for mid-September. Who knows when it will arrive, maybe I can wear it next year :(

WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!

Well, I read all the reviews on this website and the negative reviews ripped me off so much that I hardly ordered. I'm very glad I didn't hear the bad reviews. I'm XXL and I ordered 4 dresses and a blouse that added up to less than $ 100. Excellent! Unheard. The waiting time was not bad considering the pandemic! I followed the size recommendation and everything fit as expected. The quality is equivalent to the price I paid, but every stitch was in place. So if you're like me and read the reviews first, take a chance.
I got an incomplete order of poor quality items. Could not contact company at their *******@roselinlin.com address. Could not find a "chat online". Tried to ask a question, but the drop down didn't work. Lesson learned, money lost.

Please people do not buy from this company! On May 25th, I ordered over $100.00 of products and by July 25th, all I've received was the blouse on sale for $20.00. They don't have a customer service line so, your e-mails go unanswered or, worse with the same explanation, "your items have been shipped". Save your money and the headache, stay far away from this store.

I have never seen so many fake reviews in my lifetime. Poorly worded, poorly phrased, poor sentence structure, awkward choice of words, misspellings, and no concept of how to utilize pronouns correctly. Give me a break! Roselinlin's clothing is poor quality; doesn't resemble the photos; and the sizes are erratic and run way, way, way too small. Their "customer service" is non-existent. If you want to order an item, be prepared to wait three months to receive their junk.

I ordered four dresses and all were of very poor, thin fabric quality that took 5 weeks to arrive from China. I used their size chart to determine sizes, but all four dresses were WAY TOO SMALL! After my experience with their "customer service" promising that the order would arrive soon, I will not bother trying to get a refund.(See others' reviews about this process, too!) I have learned my lesson and will NEVER order clothing from any site that is not familiar to me. Any positive reviews for this company have to have been generated by them. I will donate the four dresses to a nonprofit resale shop and just feel good about possibly providing someone else with a dress they might like.

This is the worst company; misrepresentation of goods, poor quality, mis-sized, items missing, return shipping and customs fees more than the purchase. They offered me 15% refund instead of "the shipping hassle". Then I requested 75% and they came back with 25% which I took. I reported them to the US Federal trade Commission. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal so they couldn't steal my banking info like other customers have experienced.

I love this online boutique! Fast shipping, high quality clothing and such friendly customer service, I had a few questions before placing my order as I was not really sure about ordering items online, they have worked hard to answer all my questions, they even emailed me I emailed days later to make sure my order was safely received and the correct size.
I have ordered six items from Roselinin recently and all of the ones I have received have been disappointing in some way. For example, two t-shirts do not have hemmed sleeves or bottoms. I had to hem and sew them myself. Another shirt had visible seams showing and I had to fix those as well. One shirt that I decided to return looked nothing like the image on the website. Also, it took over a month to get the first item from my first order. I understand about the pandemic, but Amazon is shipping in one day. I would say don't order from here. If you do you might be disappointed (unless you want to mend brand new clothes).

Got couple of things and all of them don't work. The sizes not only larger but extra larger. It should be called one size fits all. Got S in reality it's L sized. Just bags not clothes... So so disappointing as the style looks like having a potential. Tried to contact customer service for two weeks - undeliverable as the quota reached. Probably all these customers sending emails and trying to reach the business for the returns crashed their mailbox... Pity as it could have been a decent online store - I'd be a customer if they could figure out the sizes and were responsive to the return requests. Instead I'm completely ignored.

Bought 4 shirts from Roselinlin, received 2 and waited 3 months for the other 2. Spoke with Customer Service and we decided to cancel the order for the 2 I did not receive. Still my credit card has not been issued a credit and I've been chasing them for a long time now. Customer service said they put it as a priority, "please be patient". In addition the quality of the clothing is poor and nothing like what it shows on their website. So buyer please beware of what you are getting into. If I could give this a much lower review I would! Scammers.

Wish I had read some reviews before ordering a dress from this website. I followed the size tried exactly and received a dress a month later that was about four sizes too small. When I emailed to try and return it I was offered a 15% refund or I could return it via mail to China for more than I paid for the dress. Even though the return address is a local company, the email advises you cannot return to any of the US addresses. Don't bother.

I have shopped regularly for 4-5 years here, and at that time the growth and diversity of the products available have improved more and more. Delivery time, return requests have always been good, but now, 5 years later, you can only qualify as 5 stars. Im absolutely satisfied ordering via socialkiwi They provide excellent range of colours, quality products and perfect Customer Service support. Also they are perfect in packaging, fast shipping, easy returns and refunds in short period of time. I highly appreciate that when some article Im interested in come back on stock again, they send the note to be able to make an order.
I wish I read reviews before ordering. I ordered 5 women's tops, size small. It took 2 mos to get them and they were all huge. I returned all but one ( thought I could shrink it) on Aug 10th 2019 at a cost of 25$. I'm still waiting for my refund 4 mos later- they say they haven't received them yet... but offered me 20% of the 130$ I spent to "close the case". Scam. Please don't waste your money.

I think all the positive reviews are fake. The seams weren't even sewn shut! Horrible cloth, bad fit. Bad service. Returns must go to China. Not sure I'll ever get my money back. Should not be allowed to advertise on web.

I love my new dress! It was perfect. Very light and comfortable. I got tons of compliments for it. You can see through the material, so the right underwear is a must. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this clothing website!
