The clothes here are of very high quality and arrived in a few days, extremely fast shipping. Clothing is true to size. Very happy with my blouses and skirts, I will definitely buy more items right away.
This company is the absolute worst quality I have ever seen in MY LIFE! Material is all transparent, poor workmanship, and after one wash (if i could wear them), will likely be the last time to be worn due to the machine tearing them up! I can't even donate these clothing. So its either throw them away, OR save them for the next time when stores can't stock enough toilet paper! I literally threw my money away.

I paid $48 for a pair of boots and when I got them the were nothing like the photo. They offered a 15% refund! I got $9.18! Not 25% in America. Regardless the boots are complete junk. Don't buy from this company.

This company is a fraud. The items are horrible - from fabric, design to fit. Impossible to return or get a refund. Shocking that it is in business. Shame on me for not reading reviews. Is there a way to shut it down?

I love everything about this boutique, they have something for everyone, from gifts to sleepwear to accessories delights, plus good sizes too. You can't go wrong. They have been very kind to email me and very, very helpful. Keep up the great work guys
This is an easy to navigate site with a wide variety of products. There is something for everyone, for all sizes and shapes. The quality of the clothing was of a high standard. Very pleased with the fit and extremely pleased with my purchase. I bought two more identical shirts after receiving the first one.
You don't know what you will get. Everything is from China. Even going from their size chart and from customer reviews over 50% of order was the wrong size. They do not say "everything" s from China until you try to return something. They told me that it would cost me most of the cost of the items I was trying to return, to pay for the shipping back to China. They said it would be better if I "altered" the pieces and they would give me a 15% discount. Some items smelled so bad, it gave me a headache and the smell did not go away when washed. The Goodwill will be getting the items. Out of ten items, three I will wear. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Good Luck returning something. I bought a pair of 10oz. Sneakers that didn't fit and it would cost $70 for me to ship it back to CHINA. The sneakers cost around $20 plus $10.00 shipping. No where does it say, anything about returns need to be shipped back to China. Would never buy anything from here again. Buyer beware, do not buy from website that has no customer service number. It should be a red flag.

The quality and detail of the skirts and design are amazing at such an affordable price. I have been shopping here for years and they never disappoint me. The only note I will make is that the material of some blouses that I have bought is quite thin. I felt my skin was being molded too much. But I love all the designs and colors. The ordering process is simple and my package arrived within the agreed days. Well done!
I am noticing that poor reviews appear to be written by legitimate customers in the USA who have command of the English language. Feeling very sad that I ordered clothing for the hot Phoenix summer and the order appears to be lost. If I have to wait months as other reviewers have indicated it will be too late in the season to enjoy the order if it is not junk. Customer care responded to a request to track the order beyond it's disappearance per tracking number after arrival in San Francisco where it was handed off to Pitney Bowes, and there is no sign of movement in over two weeks. Feeling very disappointed and scammed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

First let me say i was forced to give this one star otherwise i couldn't write review, but they don't deserve a rating other then WARNING. STAY AWAY
Their return policy is labor intensive and expensive. Items MUST be returned to China.
The cost of that is sometimes more then the item you purchased.
The quality of the clothing is very poor and does not look anything like advertised.
I strongly recommend you run as far and fast from the clothing distributor.
OH, and try to unsubscribe, just no where to do that.

I order online a lot, no one ever takes the money from your card until the product is sent. They took the money the same day, off two different accounts, and charged me an International Assessment Fee - which I was never informed of. After several unanswered emails, I finally looked up these reviews and someone posted their phone number, so I called. I talked to Jimmy, who was not cooperative, he took my order numbers and I told him I wanted a refund, since nothing had been done with my two orders yet. After I hung up, he called me right back from a North Carolina number, telling me he was calling from out of the country. I had to get on my computer and put in this site he told me to, open it, and give him my two debit card numbers. WHAT AN IDIOT! I did neither, reported it as fraud charges to both my banks, and am getting my money back. If you want a refund, don't do it through them, just call your bank and report them. Eventually, Roselinlin will be sorry.

I have been shopping on this website since 2018 and have had very positive experiences with this online boutique. I love their prices and the variety of clothes they offer. Making a return is also very easy. I am really surprised by all the negative reviews. I must admit it's a bit scary... but I've never had a problem. Have I been lucky in the last few months? Hahaha
My order took a little for the delivery service, I gave a wrong address. In this store they kept in touch with me every day and told me they would send me another dress even though it wasn't their fault. I never expected to be replaced, the shipment was delivered, I'm glad I went to the post office two days later, they delivered my order without inconvenience. I never had a customer service like this with anyone else, for this and much more I buy online at this boutique.
