This company must be a fraud. I was enticed by the pictures and then I noticed that a lot of the dresses were similar to dresses I like through Sundance Catalog. Go to sundancecatalog.com and look through the dresses, they are the exact same stock photos with the exact same models. I was at first sucked in with the lower prices but I kept noticing they are using the same stock photos as the catalog that I have ordered from. I'm definitely not wasting my money. I feel bad for the people who lost out on their money and the company should be ashamed of themselves.

I bought a lot of things here including beauty clothes and accessories, all the products are of good quality and the customer service team is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

This companies sizes are totally wrong. They will rep you off every chance they get. I have been going around and around with them because it took them 4 weeks to send me what I ordered and now they're telling me that I've had at more than 15 days and I cannot return at what I've really only had it for days. Most items are the size of what is mentioned in the item itself, but if there is any item that does not fit, you will be glad to return them for store credit as long as you pay the shipping fee and if It is damaged and there is evidence that it is free shipping and return most of the time (which is quite reasonable since I have bought from other sites and they try to haggle offering credit even when it is damaged).

I purchase 4 pieces of clothing on 4/18/20. I received an email that same day stating they had received my Oder #. I used PayPal and the money was taken out my account as soon as it was finished. I found this strange as PayPal never releases funds until the order is processed. After 10 days of no email letting me know when my purchased was supposed to ship, I email Roelinlin. Two days later I received a email back saying they could find no order for me. However, they had already taken money out of my account. I tried to contact PayPal to start a dispute. No one answered the phone at PayPal. I went to their website. I have let them know two days in a row. The message I keep getting is I have until 5/18/20 to register my dispute. It's like talking to concrete. No response from either party. I am warning you to read the reviews. Most are not good. Good reviews have been peppered to get unsuspecting customers to fall for their scams. Also think twice about PayPal.

Beware of clothing coming from China. Their sizes are not comparable to US sizes - a small size in U.S. is a large size in China; they use photos of US products, manufactured in China, under US supervision, on their sites to lure you. US companies' quality control standards are tougher so you are less likely to find such poor quality goods here; (they have NO quality control departments in their factories); and, lastly, they have a contract with their international shippers to charge them the lowest possible transport fees. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, it may cost you 4-5 times the cost of the item to return it to China (throwing good money after bad). So they are at an advantage because they will offer you 15% refund and keep 85% of your money. Total Scam and no one to stop them.

I would not order from this company again. Quality poor and not as advertised. The top was supposed to be a linen mix but it was a cotton polyester and had and unpleasant odour. The shoes were supposed to be a metallic grey but what I received were a pair of lite grey plastic shoes with glue on them in some places.
