This is the most passive aggressive misrepresentation I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of ordering from them during the quarantine, which means my order was placed in May. My card was charged in May. I received my order three days ago, which makes it July 27th. Nothing was as it was represented on their website, but I also know it's pointless to complain, because a politely worded email just makes it worse, but doesn't accomplish anything. I will never order anything from this company again, and would go out of my way to keep my friends from doing the same.

My new jacket arrived, I loved receiving it and it is pure love at first sight, it is super soft and very warm, its size is unique, since it does not have buttons and pleats, it adapts to all bodies, and then the combination of white and gray, it's super cute. I do not know if this year they will be very fashionable but I do not care, it is worth buying.

I ordered a sweater at this online boutique. I have not received anything yet, and although it was probably the fault of the emails, the customer service was very helpful in finding me a solution and responding quickly to my emails. Very happy with your customer service and very happy that my dress has arrived. This was the only time I had a problem receiving an order from this fabulous online boutique

Less than one star review. Another dissatisfied customer. Bought a few dresses which when they arrived were of inferior quality. The dresses were supposed to be a size 16-18, but were so small that my skinny granddaughter couldn't wear them. It was a hassle to get clear, simple info to return the dresses to customs in China. Return postage was $44, almost half of my refund! Note that the amount on the downloaded receipt "Total merchandise refund" refers to the amount that is Still due as my refund. The return pkg was sent on May 6,2021. USPS tracking confirmed receipt of the pkg by customs in China. It is now October and I still have not received a refund.

A Class Action lawsuit is needed because apparently we the consumer have no consumer protection agency that gives a hoot! This company should not be allowed to do business in the US.

Many photos available and most products have a variety of color options. A nice feature is the available coupons. The prices are cheap, and that sometimes shows in the quality, but here it is better than expected.

I'm a little scared when I read some negative reviews about this online boutique, but there are some great reviews so I guess I never know until I try. I spent $ 100 on my order and I am beyond happy! The size of the dresses is perfect for me (it is Asian size, so maybe it is running a little small).

The photos are great but the actual product looks like it was made by a child. Fabric not accurate. I thought a great great gramma might live it. No shape... awful! Return policy is terrible. Pay to return. Wait for refund... if they get it. Don't buy here!

The item is different than the photo on their website. They will not refund unless I ship to China which will cost more than the item. I have showed them side by side photos of what I received and what they advertised and it clearly shows they are different.
