I bought a simple shirt on this website, the quality was just what you would expect from any good shirt. Comfortable, soft and itch-free. I am usually a size S on shirts and this fits me like size M shirts usually fit me. Even then it is a bit larger so I think it could fit various sizes.

Since I found this website, I was a bit skeptical. Either way, the first time I shopped, they gave me a tank top and a pair of sweaters and they fit me really well! So, I decided to buy more a few weeks later, for myself and my daughter.

Affordable clothes! I have been buying clothes on this website for about 2 years. It is my preferred website to buy clothes and some accessories or shoes. The clothes are affordable, of good quality, and shipping is really cheap. Very trustworthy!

Here they have such a wide range of clothing and accessories that it eliminates the need to search various websites for what I need. I just made my first order for a T-shirt and the customer service is second to none!

I wrote an email to this website to check the status of my order there, I got a quick response and it was delivered on time, and they corrected the problem without any problem. I am in love with my dress...

They use Anthropologie-like pictures and basically try to re-create the clothing. The clothes are a joke. I'm out $160. I sent my items back, but tracking only went as far as leaving the states. They say they never got the clothes.

I ordered a set of long skirt and top, two sweaters and a short skirt on this website and everything is of very good quality, they have a lining so that nothing is transparent. It also takes a few days to arrive but without a problem. I am delighted.

I have 4 items that I need to return and have followed their return directions to a tee. I am still waiting for a response from them after emailing them 3 times! Their automated email says they will respond within 24 hours- ha! Still waiting! I will not order from them again as their size small clothing is way oversized!

I clicked on a link that took me to this boutique's website, I was amazed at the range and payment option. I bought quite a few clothes, I loved the simplicity and the online tracking. My delivery arrived on time and all clothing was in excellent condition. Thank you!

They quickly answered a question I asked about it. They sent me the correct size and I got it in a few days. Very satisfied with the service. I was so excited to see Roselinlin website because the clothes looked so beautiful. I ordered five items, and each and every item I received was completely unlike the photos on the website. Their sizes are completely off, the fabrics are very cheesy and not at all what they appear to be on line. The return process is EXPENSIVE because you have to ship back to China. My mistake was ordering five items because they were so pretty! The one good thing I will say about them is that when I contacted them to get return information, they replied back in a timely manner and were polite and apologetic. That does NOT excuse the quality of their product, or the lack thereof. Make no mistake. This stuff is junk.

My husband ordered 3 pair of "palazzo" pants for me. I received two pair of the same pants in solid black and a red pair. My husband ordered striped black palazzo pants and they are certainly not palazzo nor are they striped. I have tried contacting them via email but only get semi literate babble which totally ignores my concern. Don't order from this company!

If there is an option of 0 star I'd give the 0. What a shame on the garbage they shipped to the customer. Nothing like what's on their website. Everything they claim to be cotton/linen are simply a cheap print on cheap polyester. Not even suitable for human being to wear. I ordered 5 products and I only received 4, and they are like garbage. The sweater is not even a sweater! They are wasting everyone's time by spending time to process and ship things that should go directly to the garbage can.

The clothes are cheap, but that's not what gets me. When you want to return they make it extremely hard and do everything to discourage and exchange, Why? They pretty much said it might not get back to China (where the cheap stuff came from in the first place,) because of customs. So DISGUSTED!

I ordered 3 tops and pants. Only two tops came and they are too small. I wear medium and they are a perfect fit. I'm an Asian born in Canada. I asked about returns and it's so convoluted. They said they could give me 15% which will pay for having the clothing fixed so they will fit. The seams are non existent and can't be opened. Don't buy these clothes... what a joke. They don't look like the pictures either.

If I could give this company 0 Stars I would - For all the wonderful statements they make at the website, they don't stand behind their words, and it is impossible to return any items. I think the *******@roselinlin.com is bogus - you get no where, but back at their original website. Threw away $100 for nothing.

I purchased 17 items from this site, 3 of which I have never received. The 14 that did arrive were nothing like the photos. The material and in some cases the entire design are totally different than what is showed. I am currently trying to cancel the 3 and return the 14. I am not sure how they are even able to do this to us here in the States and get away with it.

The material is so cheap and thin you would literally have to wear it over or under something else. Not even fit to be a sheet and all the items are made of the same material. No silk, no linen just a very very thin and cheap material.

Trying to return the items is like pulling a lions teeth while he is awake... IMPOSSIBLE. The three items haven't even shipped and they wont cancel them. They have showed as being processed for a month now.

This has to stop. WE already spend enough money with China. They don't need to reduce to these levels. TOTAL SCAM PEOPLE. PAYPAL HAS DROPPED THEM!

I got the red dress for my award ceremony and it was spectacular! I received so many compliments! It really increased my confidence! The clothing itself is made of amazing fabric, and is a good quality round garment. This Boutique does an amazing job, amazing service, and on-time delivery as promised! I couldn't recommend more!
