The clothes here are of very high quality and arrived in a few days, extremely fast shipping. Clothing is true to size. Very happy with my blouses and skirts, I will definitely buy more items right away.
This company is the absolute worst quality I have ever seen in MY LIFE! Material is all transparent, poor workmanship, and after one wash (if i could wear them), will likely be the last time to be worn due to the machine tearing them up! I can't even donate these clothing. So its either throw them away, OR save them for the next time when stores can't stock enough toilet paper! I literally threw my money away.
When I needed a refund, the service was amazing! Absolutely impressed with the quick response via email when asking if it is possible to return a shirt for a refund. I have been taken care of and I would definitely recommend this website. All the clothes bought have been of a fantastic quality, I cannot complain about the service.
After sending 5 messages via their website(to which they never answered) and 2 months I finally received my order. It was not worth the wait. Nothing was the same as the pictures or discriptions. The dresses didn't even look like a cheap linen! The fabric was so thin I have to go back to wearing slips! The dress was supposed to have pockets... they did not! The pants were just as awful and they don't even send a return label! They know you would want to send it back, but where? My account was charged an international fee which lets me know they are overseas... somewhere. Save your money... dont buy from this company. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. That's why their prices are so cheap... because their clothes are cheap... cheap. Crappy!
This company is the worst and should be banned from doing business beyond China. They have a good marketing team, putting good pictures of their products on the internet. That's the only good thing to say about them. You wait for your clothes around 6 to 8 weeks, they choose the cheapest shipping service. The clothes are the cheapest cotton quality there is, the sizing is off in all their products. Their customer representatives will make excuses as to giving you a refund and when you want to return products, they let you know it will take ages for the clothes to arrive ( in other words you are being threatened to not get a refund before paypal refund expires) They offer you a 10 % refund for keeping the clothes. I asked for 25 % a month ago. They confirmed this. After 2 more emails, I have yet to see a a refund. This company is a scam and fraudulent in their businees! DO NOT BUY HERE!

The entire online purchase process was perfect, without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very easy. I will send an email saying that it would take me a while to respond, but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than two weeks.
Ordered back in May. Didn't realize they were in China. Shame on me. But I still haven't received my order. Have contacted customer service and they just tell me due to COVID things are slow. They also refuse to refund my money.

I am still waiting for a dress I ordered. My shoes were a different size from what I ordered and the clothing was very thin. WHat a rip off of a company. Very hard to return anything to this company. I spent over 260.00 dollars and was not satisfied with anything that I purchased except for a necklace. Very disappointing especially as on line shopping is all i can do at present because of Lockdown. This company should be locked downed.

Items come from China and the sizing is all wrong, nothing fit but even if it did fit I wouldn't wear any of it as it is the worst quality every. Order took 6 weeks to arrive. Stay away from this company!

The first time i bought here and found the website easy to navigate what i was looking for clothes for me i placed an order over $ 100 and received my new jerseys and sweaters as described and displayed on the site Web.
I ordered a couple of tops for about $90 and the shipping was $18. It's already costed 20% of the order. Then I got email for a delivery delay for two weeks. When it's finally arrived, the quality of the fabrics was very poor and I had to return them all. I sent them for a return authorization and they emailed me back with 40% discount if I decide to keep the items. I just didn't want to see them in my drawers and told them to tell me how I proceed for a return. They emailed me again with an offer of 55 % discount. I was disgusted. Do they not understand why I want to return the items? I finally printed out their return address in CA and sent a package back to them which costed me another $11. I will not buy anything from them ever again!

I purchased over $180 worth of items for a vacation and after a month, they showed up. The product is cheap, cheap-looking and I requested a refund. Their response came to my Spam/junk folder, so I missed the "7 day response requirement" and was denied a refund, after reaching out to inquire on the status. This company should stand behind better quality and ensure that customers are satisfied. The clothes are NOT even worth keeping now that I am stuck with them. I would NOT recommend buying anything from Roselinlin, as you WILL be disappointed!

I bought a pair of sports pants from this website, the material is fabulous and it adheres perfectly to your body. The glittery one is very classy and shiny, as seen in the ad photos. Can't wait to wear it to the gym!
The online service I received here was incredibly helpful and very easy. With their clothing styles they understood and showed me clothes that exactly suited my needs. The outfit I bought was for my daughter and is exactly what I wanted to find.
The clothing doesn't fit properly. A medium is more like a large. The cuts are strange. The customer service makes returns almost impossible. Not are good company to purchase clothing from in my opinion.

I've placed a few orders here, I always had trouble-free fast delivery, I even had to return an item and got a refund without even having to contact them. Such a lovely team too. I will buy more without hesitation. Thank you :)
Don't even go there. I ordered a dress online. Waited quite awhile for it to arrive and over that time emailed a couple of times to see where it may be. I didn't receive any response. Once the dress arrived I realised it wasn't what I wanted. Terrible fabric and too big. I tried to contact them to organise a refund and waited for a few days to get a reply. Once I got a response I was given limited time to request the refund and the website was very confusing to use (on purpose I feel). They then sent me a message that said it would be much easier to keep the dress, try and sell or alter and get a 15% refund. I agreed to this but only got about 10% back... pathetic and just over dealing with them. I would not buy from them again. Communication and customer service it terrible. Be warned!

After over a month since I placed my order that did not arrive, I got my full refund last Friday. I am still giving them 1 star rating because:
(1) If the product is out of stock, they should have indicated that when I placed my order so that I did not have to waste my time waiting and could have ordered somewhere else. That was meant as a Mother's Day gift and I had to rush and find something else when they did not deliver.
(2) I never got any updates about any delays in delivery until I emailed them and ask about my order.
(3) It took them a long time to issue a full refund. When they put the money back into my credit card account, I did not even get a notification. I had to constantly check myself if and when I will get my refund.
Overall, this is a bad experience and I will not order from them again, nor will I recommend them to my friends.

I got an email reply from them and here is what they said:
"Unfortunately the delivery of your item(s) in ROSELINLIN order has been slightly delayed due to unexpected shortage of some hot-selling item(s). Your item(s) will be scheduled to be dispatched from our warehouse in 8-15 business days.
For the delay issue, we would like to compensate you with 5% money refund of the delayed items' value. You can contact us to refund you this amount after you receive and keep the item(s).
Could you please wait and keep the item(s) on hold until stock arrives? Once your item(s) is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email from us.
If you run into any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us."
I replied that I just want to cancel my order, since that was meant to be a Mother's Day gift.
They tried to convince me to keep my order, and offered at 10% money refund. But I said I just want to cancel it since I needed it for Mother's day and they did not deliver.
Their reply:
"Thanks for your information.
Your order has been cancelled. We will process the refund in one week.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
If you run into any issues, please feel free to drop an email to us and we will get back to you ASAP."
That email was sent on May 12th and it is now May 19th. I'm giving them one more week to process my refund. I will update this review in about a week or so depending on what they will do next. I just want to get my money back.
I have ordered 5 pieces of clothing worth over a hundred dollars from Roselinlin last April 21st and it is now May 10th but my order has not arrived. I have not received any shipping confirmation and whenever I track my order on their website, it just shows Inspection Completed.
THEY ALREADY GOT THE MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD BUT NO CLOTHES WERE DELIVERED.
The other reviews here said that they promptly deliver, but that is not true at all in my case.
I have sent 4 e-mails requesting a return address for the item I purchased as it was too large and the material was not as advertised. You cannot return an item using the address on the package as this is a distribution center only.
You also have only a 15 day window to make the return so as it stands right now I am stuck with a too large, poor quality item with no way to get a refund.
Will never place another order with this company.

I buy clothes from this online store more than anything else on the internet, it's easy and convenient, if you don't like it, just reseal the bag and fill out the online form to return it to the post office to have it returned to me without problems.

I used Paypal and now am in a transaction dispute because the "Capri Linen Pants" are just polyester and cotton. Not made of natural fabric. Don't even look like the advertisement. Notice how Blurry and Indistinct the photos are sometimes? That's a clue that you aren't going to get what you ordered. If they make a mistake and send you something that's not even like what they advertised, then they have the unmitigated gall that instead of a return, you can have 15% discount if you order more CRAP FROM THEM. They threaten you about how difficult it is to ship to china, how there may be customs duties and so on. Take a hint from me, don't even order unless you use Paypal and can use their dispute resolution... but even better yet just walk away. Look at the other reviews and think about whether you can afford to just throw money away. ZERO STARS
