I have not received anything yet, and although it was probably the fault of the emails, the customer service was very helpful in finding me a solution and responding quickly to my emails. Very happy with your customer service and very happy that my dress has arrived. This was the only time I had problems receiving an order with this fabulous online boutique
I ordered clothing that arrived only when I threatened to contact my credit card company. It is so badly made that I can't wear it.
But the worst thing is that these websites appear every time I log into the NYT or the Washington Post. I tried to report them to Google as a scam, but there is no way to do that. I only got rid of them by switching to Duck Duck Go.
Finally got my order after not hearing anything for weeks and then having to ask whether I should cancel with my credit card.
The clothes in my order fit -- it is really important to measure yourself. The sizing is much different than usual websites. That said, the items that I ordered that were supposed to be linen blends are not linen. The cotton blend materials are scratchy and uncomfortable. One pair of pants is not even a blend, but rather all synthetic.
I won't be ordering again.
The customer service I received from this online clothing store was the best, responsive, helpful, efficient and friendly, I couldn't ask for more. I love my purchase and with the help of customer service a minor issue with a second blouse was corrected. I will definitely buy again. Thank you.
Don't waste your money is an understatement! This is a total rip off company. The clothing is so under par! The fit is a joke and what they advertise as blue-gray is ugly green.
Can't return. Shipping to China is impossible. They offered me 15% of clothes that I wouldn't gift to anyone. They will be going to Good Will... that's even embarrassing.

The fabric is described cotton and linen, but it is not cotton and linen, the size is way bigger than it is described, the color is completely different from the picture. The product description is completely inaccurate. It is so difficult to return.

By no fault of Roselinlin, I ordered something in the wrong size, my message was answered super fast and my issue addressed, couldn't of asked for better customer service! It's been my first order, the quality of the products is amazing and I can't wait to order from them again! :)
When buying clothes online here, you have to be careful when choosing clothes, I usually go through the most popular or style gallery to see what is new and what is worth buying. Because be honest, they have amazing dresses. When purchasing, please look for the size chart and check your measurements, read the reviews and check the actual pictures below. And be sure to upload your own rewiev after receiving the goods. I never had a bad experience while shopping here, I loved all the clothes I have and there are many :)
The first time I buy in this online store, and it was so good, it took more than 20 days for the order to arrive but I read that it is normal, anyway I really enjoy buying clothes from here, it is good, beautiful, well made and very cute
Not only do you get polyester/cotton instead of the cotton advertised, but you also get something made at less than sewing class quality... no interfacing, no topstitching, and broken stitches... worse than homemade! Poor quality all the way through. Returns are deliberately difficult and completely unrealistic. Only one shipper will provide tracking number and warning that customs duty as high as 60% may have to be paid. This would more than double the cost of money thrown away on this scam.
When I realized I would have to absorb original loss, I thought I would make these rags into Halloween costume for toddlers - SEAM COMES APART ON FIRST WASH!
PAY PAL no help or protection - They are apparently more interested in number of transactions than protecting me. Yes, now I remember, "If it's too good to be true..."

Clothes are nothing like the pictures. Extremely cheap fabrics. Pictures show clothes with stitchings. Then you receive the clothes and the colors are just stamped on. Web site indicates linen dresses. There was no linen in the dress I ordered. Total bait and switch company.

Do not purchase here unless you want to pay to have returns to China( not stated anywhere on Website when ordering). Clothes of poor quality, skus on item packages do not match return skus sent from company. Only 2 items were in sealed plastic bags, others were in ziplock bags. Worst experience ever with both poor quality clothes and customer service.

On this clothing website, they went out of their way to make sure even my oldest daughter was satisfied. We've also ordered items like family birthday gifts and they've all gone wonderfully. I will definitely order again.
Clothes look nothing like pictures on line. Material is not what they say. Sizes are off!
Forget about returning unless you want the hassle of sending back to China.

Their website warns you of an 11-21 day delivery time... but never mentions it will actually be 60 days! Yes, I said 60!
When reaching out to them at *******@roselinlin, com they simply keep sending you their shipping policy and that it is on it's way... with tracking numbers that aren't real. The items were ordered 5/21/20, their shipper, Track 17, showed the pkg was in customs on May 27, but it arrived on July 21!
Once the items arrived they were of terrible fabric, sized oddly and not as the pictures displayed. The fair is like paper (cheap, thin and crunchy). Just don't do it-save your hard earned dollars.

All of these China sites show really cute styles & appear well made but sorry to say they are nothing like the pics. Material is cheap, sizes not correct. I gave to goodwill.

I ordered from this company almost 2 months ago and I am STILL waiting for my purchases. When I contact Customer Service, I keep getting told it is on the way. The latest from last week is 11-25 more days. I told them if they could not give me a delivery date that I wanted to cancel the order. I was told I could not cancel it now that is has been shipped. What a frustrating experience! Their Customer Service is NOT AT ALL helpful. If I ever get my items, and even if I am satisfied, I will not order from them again. Unless you like throwing money away, don't order from them.

These are not clothes. Silly me ordered 2 garments and what I got is unwearable. The material is the most awful polyester; the garments look nothing like their promotional photographs and 8 emails later I've not been able resolve the issue, they just don't answer. I cannot see how anyone could have any thing decent to say about this line or the scamming company. AWFUL. If you want to order from Roselinlin instead go to a cliff and throw your money over because at least it won't feel as bad buying unwearable rubbish from this scammer.

Really wanted lightweight linen pants, thought I found them on Roselinlin site, ordered on May 4th, they charged me right away, then I waited till June 18th for the pants. Only tracking I got was that it went to carrier May 12th. Got stock answers to my email inquiries "link to the outdated tracking). Pants arrived and they are terrible quality. One pair is huge everywhere but the top of the waistband, have a 12 inch zipper for a 7 inch opening, but I just give up, lesson learned. Don't be fooled by the images online. These were $34 pants that could have come from a "Five Dollar" store.

Chinese scam site. Fraud, false descriptions. Linen/cotton were cheap nylon.
I should have known better with a name like RoseLinLin. Every single Item I ordered was a scam and not at all true to the online picture or description. Any review here that is positive is a scam. Items that say linen or cotton were slippery cheap nylon fabric. Completely unwearable. I order up in sizes knowing they probably ran small. For reference, I weigh 135 pounds, I am 5'5" tall. I purchased extra large and still couldn't get half of them on. The website will not allow you to write a review, so you know that any review on their site is false. I refuse to pay the return shipping because they sent each item separately, I waited months in between items and the return shipping for fraudulent item? This is a fraud, do NOT be fooled. Report them.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
