I ordered a super dress here! Beautiful, very cute. Take into account the sizes, I am M (1.84m / 70kg) and the S fits me very well considering that I am thin, but I do recommend always ordering a larger size, at least in dresses.
First off, most of their reviews are FAKE. Do not listen to anything positive that anyone has to say about them. The website is poorly designed, I spent X amount of dollars for "free shipping" and they still charged me for shipping. They were rude when I followed up about it and I had to argue to get the shipping charge refunded. It's been over 3 months and I still have not received my order! I keep asking for a refund n they refuse. They keep saying I can't get refunded since it shipped but it's never going to arrive. They sent me tracking info and a second part of the order "shipped" YESTERDAY. 3 months after the order they finally ship out the second part of the order!? And wouldn't refund it even though the label hadn't even been created yet!? It's a total bull$#*! company. If anything ever does arrive I bet the quality will be beyond horrible n nothing will fit. N that's a generous assumption that any of my order will ever arrive. They're a scam. Don't waste your time.
The sizing was weird--only one item I ordered even remotely fit. This is VERY simple clothing and I was drawn in by the clean lines -- what was I thinking!?
The pictures on the website made everything look good, but this is not the case. The fabric on two tops was flimsy, the sewing not up to standard. Awful stuff -- i should have realized that "you get what you pay for." I hate to say this, but I will never order from an overseas supplier again.
Tried to return the order, but can find no way to get through to Roselinlin. As far as I can tell, there is no way to get your money back.

They always ask me... I love that outfit, where did you get it from? I've been a customer for a long time, I wouldn't go back if I didn't like the styles and designs. Always looking for the next catalog, always something new, colorful and on budget.
I ordered two tops from Rosenlinlin. The quality wasn't very good and they didn't fit. I wanted to return them, but their "return center" is in Guanzhou, China and the customer is responsible for all return and shipping costs, including customs. They also make it as difficult as possible for you to get through the return process by using time limits and right of inspection before refund. They offer a pitiful 15% cash back refund and suggest you use it to alter the clothing. This is a scam site. I'm only giving it one star to make sure this review is counted.

Roselinin is the worst rip off on the internet. Clothes bear no relation to pics on website, are poorly made, of man-made fabrics rather than the "Cotton" or "Linen" as described on their misleading website. Clothes arrive in randomly wrongly-sized condition, pant legs long that drag on the ground, sleeves that are a foot longer than any arm. Just so crappy. Customer service is useless, they keep sending a request for information about reason for refund, without ever addressing the problem. Definitely going to open a dispute with Visa. I opened a case against Roselinlin with my credit union, which worked with VISA to get me my money back. It took a while, but it worked, and I did not have to pay for the awful merchandise or send it back to China. I urge folks to complain both to their banking institutions and to the federal government at econsumer.gov in an effort to put these people out of business.

Like others who posted reviews here, I have had a ghastly experience with this company. Of the three items I ordered, Roselinlin refunded the price of one with no explanation. The other two arrived after 5 weeks and are nothing like the advertisements. They are made of cheap polyester/cotton material; one is far too small, the other so flimsy it is see-through. That item also has holes in the pockets and is a sickly yellow color rather than beige. My credit union has only a limited ability to help but has tried, while the company has lied and stonewalled. I did file a complaint with the federal government (econsumer.gov), and perhaps if enough people do that someone will take notice. My CU has also spoke with VISA about the possibility of declining transactions with this company. Lesson learned! Do your homework before ordering on line--and for the record, I found lovely, comparable, cheaper brand-name clothes at TJ MAXX.
I ordered a pair of pants. They arrived- wrong colour. After sales service was dreadful. Should have offered a full refund or send me the pair I ordered. I was prepared to then return the incorrect pair. After MANY email they offered me 50% refund of purchase price- not shipping. I wouldn't trust this company to purchase on line and have told them so.

I placed an order thinking I was ordering from a U.S. company until I saw the Chinese writing on my CC account. The return address on the packaging is a US address:
1100 Cranbury South River Road. Monroe Township, NJ *******.
After emailing for a return authorization they offered 15% refund. I refused the offer. I wanted to return 2 of 3 shipments. I haven't received 3rd package and offered to refuse it.
I was given an address in China to return the Junk I received and said if I refused the 3rd package, I would never get a refund. I'd have to pay, air freight plus customs charges and was told at Posting that it would cost more than was worth and I can't prove they ever receive it.
This company is not honest and I would think twice before buying online ever again.

I ordered 7 dresses from Roselinlin they are terrible quality. One is not like shown on website. Four has terrible stitching and the fabric is not polyester like stated on website. Will not return emails. I even sent pictures of the stitching and the one that was not like the website still no response. I put on a review and they wrote under it saying to contact them. I have 12 times with no response. Trying to make the company look good by responding to my review. DON"T ORDER FROM ROSELINLIN.

I bought a few days ago in this boutique on the Internet. I was a little nervous because I hadn't heard of them, but I saw an offer on the website and thought I'd give them a try. I am happy that I did. I ordered a dress for myself.
I would advise all the fashionistas to shop on this website. It is a wise investment because all the clothing in it is of high quality. They don't rip you off when you're in a cat fight, they don't let you down when you run, and they never make you look fat.
I ordered a couple of pairs of pants, a dress, two t-shirts and some jewelry. The jewelry is cheaply made and does not look as good as it does online. The pairs of pants I ordered are tiny! The photo shows a sweeping legged pair of pants that are roomy. My pants did not even fit my daughter that way, and she is 6" shorter than me. Horrible misrepresentation of the pants. On a side note, many of the clothing items also had a gasoline smell to them that was so strong, I had to put my items to return in a ziploc and seal them up! I will not be ordering from this company again.

I bought a bunch of clothes and was worried they wouldn't arrive, customer service put me at ease. I made sure everything was on time before I left. I had some sizing issues and everything was solved super quick and easy. A pleasure.
I love that Roselinlin caters to the plus size population. As a plus size myself, I find it really difficult to shop clothes at boutiques, what more online. Thank God for Roselinlin, I get the liberty to style myself way better than before.

The order arrived earlier than estimated, good quality of the fabric of my dress, it is very beautiful, as in the photo, only the model is very thin and looks much better, I'm 1.72 and I'm wearing size 40, I ordered size L and great because I like the loose shirt but the dress is quite short so I will wear it with tights since my thighs are not as thin as the model in the photo.
I was in real need of Roselinlin's push-up bra. I've always been and A cup and for once I'd like a good chest and a cleavage to show. I've always been a little insecure about all that but now I have the push I needed.
I wish I had read the reviews about Roselinlin before I gave them money.
I made an order an almost 2 months ago. I've still received nothing. After 5 weeks they finally provided a tracking number. Only recently this tracking number showed that some items were in Brooklyn and some (on June 10) were in San Francisco and were awaiting "pickup".
Emails they send in response to questions are 'rote' responses.
The last response I received (one day ago) was that the items were still "in transist" but this is all completely suspect. This is from CHINA. What should one expect? SO I will say unequivocally: This so-called company is a SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
