This company can not be trusted. I ordered over $130 worth of clothes and they were of exceptionally poor quality. When I contacted them for a return for refund, they said I'd be responsible for shipping costs, including any tariffs back to China. The costs for that is over $100! These items came from Wash DC so should be able to be returned there. Their response was instead of giving me a full refund they would give me 15% refund. When I refused that, then the next email was to offer me 25% refund. WHAT A HUGE SCAM! Please beware!

The bargains are too good to be true. Once you actually have a chance to see and feel the clothes (after they finally arrive), it's obvious that the quality is absolutely terrible. I don't think any of the clothes would survive a washing. Returns to China are essentially impossible, so I learned a costly lesson. I hope this will help you keep your hard-earned money. Horrible. Nothing I ordered was the quality of the pictures. However the most ridiculous thing was the 2 sale items - NOT EVEN CLOSE. Clearly a bait and switch. The fabric in the dress I purchased is poor, more like slip fabric and somewhat see-thru. I have tried to request a return, but Roselinlin website will not permit that section to open to provide instructions. I have tried several times over the past 4 or 5 days. I am very disappointed with this company. This was my first and last purchase from Roselinlin. My biggest regret is not checking the reviews first, and spending $30+ (that includes shipping) for something of such poor quality.

I ordered a couple of tops for about $90 and the shipping was $18. It's already costed 20% of the order. Then I got email for a delivery delay for two weeks. When it's finally arrived, the quality of the fabrics was very poor and I had to return them all. I sent them for a return authorization and they emailed me back with 40% discount if I decide to keep the items. I just didn't want to see them in my drawers and told them to tell me how I proceed for a return. They emailed me again with an offer of 55 % discount. I was disgusted. Do they not understand why I want to return the items? I finally printed out their return address in CA and sent a package back to them which costed me another $11. I will not buy anything from them ever again!

I am very disappointed with this company. First of all I did not get my new customer discount. I then waited a long time to receive my purchase. When I opened it, it was the wrong item and the sizing is off. It is larger than expected and the fit is wrong. It seems the knees are in the wrong place.
Then I see I have to pay to return it and I did pay $10 to have it mailed to me. This is the last time with this company. I do not recommend it. They advertise attractive clothing, but you won't know what you will receive and you will have to pay to correct it.

I believe this Chinese company goes under a lot of different names. I ordered something from a similar company and know others who did as well and were scammed big time! They show beautiful photos of gorgeous linen items and what you get looks like a cheap pair of pajamas. Returning to way to expensive as it has to ge back to China, and they don't refund your money. I was able to negotiate with Paypal to get my money back, but it wasn't easy and it was only $21.00 or so, but others have lost a lot. Not a reputable company that should be vetted by Paypal and other credit card companies before allowing them to retail in the USA.

This stuff looks good on the internet but when you get it, it is totally different from what you saw. Buyer Beware! It is nothing more than a piece of cheap cloth from China. You would think that PayPal and other credit card companies would have vetted these cheap companies before foisting them upon the American consumer, not to mention the amount of thievery they must do worldwide. Impossible to return because you have to pay postage back to China, and it never gets back to the company.

Paypal decided it was not "materially different" from what I ordered so denied my claim for a refund. This is a Chinese company who does not want to refund or cancel an unprocessed item. The package which took 6 weeks to arrive was not properly packaged and arrived open and tampered with. One item was missing. Several other items were out of their packaging and still more were obviously taken out and thrown back into the packages unfolded. I took pictures and sent emails and the company would respond "there is no problem" "take another picture" and "wait few time". I have filed a dispute with PayPal to try to get a refund.

Do not shop here. Clothing is defectively sewn shipping estimates are double the amount of time promised. Customer service does not speak English well if you need help. My request for a refund for a missing item said “ Wait few time”

The clothing sent was garbage. Tried to return but of course the company is in Guangzhou China and will not cover the shipping charges. They even go into detail on how difficult it will be for you to return your items. Despicable company!

This is a scam. The photos do not relate to what this company is selling. You cannot get your money back either, eventually they will offer to refund 15% or so (did not try to get this % money back, the whole process was too cumbersome). In some cases the item they send are almost funny in the loose way they pretend to copy the photo. For example you get prints on a very cheap polyester fabric instead of the embroidery pictured on the photos. Cannot believe I purchased anything without first checking the reviews. In the picture below left is the photo and right what I received...

Ordered a blouse, which to ages to arrive and when it did there was a massive fault right at the front. I contacted them and they said I could return it but had to pay the postage to China or else they would just give me discount. I was so fed up, I took the discount. The designs are good (and look great in the ads) but the quality of material and finishing is awful. Will not buy from them again.

Long delivery time. Terrible quality that is not even close to what is pictured and basically no return policy. This is the cheapest, worst fabric I have ever received from an online purchase. They highly discouraged a return and offered a 15% refund. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a shirt and a pair of trousers from them. The quality of material is quite cheap - maybe to be expected for the price. The shirt arms where about 4" too short. On questioning they told me I am responsible for returns packaging and that I would have to ship to China and then just offered 15% of price back as an option. Feel quite cheated. Be careful.

Order clothes for the next season as the current season will be gone by the time your clothes arrive. I placed my order mid May and just got it Aug 12. One item is still hasn't been processed and yes, I contacted my bank! I understand it's COVID but dang, 3 months? Their customer service responds quickly, which is good, but they still can't make yours clothes come any sooner. Clothes quality, not so good. The clothes are inexpensive and the quality shows why. One top's material feels like a thin waterproof rain slicker, another top snags to the touch, and one top started to melt when I tried to take some wrinkles out using a steamer set on low. Pic included. Sizes do run exactly like the size chart says so that was not an issue. I, however, will not be ordering from here again.
