Beware! If you purchase directly from Samsung, be prepared to just never get that money back. We ordered a fridge from them that arrived dented underneath the fridge. We didn't notice since it's under the fridge and they installed it. It took a couple days to start seeing frost, then it became excessive frost. I called Samsung who told me to defrost it. I did and that worked for a couple days and then once again it's back to excessive frost. They had me defrost it again, same problem. Now by this point it's been like 20 days since the fridge arrived. I call them back and they run through all the same troubleshooting. Eventually we get to the service part and they send someone out 3 weeks later. The repair guy came, he called Samsung while in my home and together they discovered the damage on the bottom. From there Samsung said it's not repairable to return it to where I bought it. Cool, I got it from Samsung. Should be an easy return right? Nope. I called and guess what? Samsung only warranties their products they were delivered for 15 days! 15 freaking days! They want you to report issues within 15 days, which I did but they kept having me defrost the unit before they eventually issued a service for it. How convenient for them to keep stringing me along until after their 15 days warranty. They refuse to repair, replace or refund the fridge that they acknowledge was damaged prior to delivery. They even acknowledge that where the damage is, there was no way for me to notice that until the frost became excessive which also takes weeks to do.
I bought a brand new faulty tv in the first year it broke 2 times they keep sending me an Engenieer to repair it

No refund or exchange possible and they told me today that I should cal Argos

We bought a 65" TV 2.5 years ago and the booklet that came with it said it had 3 year warranty. We've spent 2 days on the phone trying to get them to honor that and they won't. I'd give a 0 rating if allowed!
I bought a samsung smart washer from best buy on 11/03/2021, failed 08/26/2022. Called quick service and had an appointment with tech for 08/31/2022. They cancelled saying delay of part. What part? No tech, no diagnosis. Then got a text 2 days days later from samsung saying there was a software update and they send a code to update washer. We did this code for over a week. Brittney from service quick got a tech to come out on 09/08/22, all he did was unplug and plug it in. Still did not work. (During all these weeks every day was on the phone multiple times a day with service quick and samsung support services and just got the run around from both). Finally another appointment with a tech on 09/12/22, they text and cancelled again with the excuse of part delay. Called samsung again they confirmed with service quick that a tech would be here between 5-7pm. NO TECH! Called service quick this morning 9/13/22, and they said a tech would be out on 9/23/22, No Way. Called Samsung support services and they connected me to Richardo. Finally someone to actually help instead of giving me the whole run aroung. He is giving me a return and coordinating with Best Buy to come pick up the washer. Honestly, dont know how or when but he said within a few days. I have 4 children in my household, I'm low income, and I saved all my hard earned money just to buy this washer. I will never buy Samsung again and I hope this review helps someone else so they never have to go through what I did!
Samsung, like most big companies these days doesn't care about their customers. If they did, they would let us get rid of all their bloatware apps that nobody wants and they would allow people to put apps onto the SD cards. They act like you can, they say that the stuff has been moved but you check the SD card and nothing is actually there. When My Samsung phone dies, I will be looking for another brand that cares more about their customers. Although, I probably won't find one. I may just give up my cell phone completely. It is just not worth all of the hassles and all of the issues. Too expensive all the way around.
Our dishwasher stopped working after 1.5 years of usage. My husband (a plumber) discovered that it was the circuit board that was broken. The fine print said that the circuit board was under a 5-year warranty. We called Samsung and asked for a replacement part. They wouldn't send one unless we had a local tech come out to assess the problem. I told them that that wasn't necessary as my husband is a plumber and already figured out the problem. They said to hire a tech anyways and Samsung would cover the trip fee, labor + parts reimbursement. Tech came and verified the issue, we got replacement parts delivered + my husband installed them and we have a working dishwasher again. However, when I called Samsung to get reimbursed for our invoice, they told me that they could not reimburse me for anything. Now we are out $500+. We should have ordered the replacement part ourselves (via Amazon) and not gone through Samsung's Customer Service department whatsoever. Disappointed + frustrated with the inconsistencies + broken promises that Samsung Customer Service has given me. We will not be ordering anymore Samsung products in the future.

I bought my refrigerator 3 months ago, and it already broke. They sent a technician a week later who could not fix it and had to order additional parts. Another week passed until they finally fixed it. I had to take off work twice to be present for the technician. I also lost time, food, and money. When I spoke to Samsung, they also told me that they would reimburse me for the lost food but that I could get it only once the fridge was fixed, which did not make sense at all. After the fridge was fixed, I called again and was told that the fridge was not qualified for food reimbursement because it was not a cooling issue. I have a 1-month-old son and had stacked away milk for him that I had to dump all out. The whole reason why we bought a brand new refrigerator was so that we would not have this issue. The product is low quality, and the customer service is horrible. They disrespect you, lie to you, or completely ignore your issues. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again, and I will make sure that everyone I know will not go through this horrible experience.

Bought the new S22 Ultra galaxy phone in April, paid full amount, total of 2300$ with the Samsung care+ plan for 2 yrs. The phone is acting up and restarting by itself all the time, apps lagging, difficulty connecting to wifi and difficulty connecting devices using Bluetooth and it just disconnect phone calls randomly.
Called them to explain the problem and request a replacement since it's a manufacturing defect and since it hasn't been 6 month on the phone, plus I already bought Samsung care+ just for issues like that but Nooo!
Their response was policy doesn't cover replacement, we can take it and fix it for you!

Purchased washer from Shop Samsung. 6 weeks into owning it the machine stops working! Samsung states their return policy is only 15 days! 15Days! I could have purchased it from a used appliance dealer and gotten a better warranty. Now I am stuck for 3 weeks without a washer while Samsung is trying to develop a software update (that's right, they don't even have a fix). And all the consumer gets is "sorry for the inconvenience". Never ever buy Samsung and never buy direct.

Purchased a Galaxy Tab S7+ directly from Samsung. During this process I had a live chat going and was asking questions about delivery. Multiple times I was told that it would be delivered that day, which didn't seem right. I went ahead and ordered, and immediately the expected delivery date changed from 8/5 to 8/10, not surprising. On 8/10 the status updated to delayed, with no other details. I lost track of exactly how many times I was in contact with Samsung regarding this, but between 7-9 times, and during all that, the only resolution options were as follows:
1. "Let me escalate this": which leads to an email about a day to two days later stating 'your order is still delayed'
2. You can cancel your order.
3. Please wait.
4. About three times I was offered a 'supervisor' though magically the last two times my connection was terminated, which never happened any other time...
That's it. This is the entirety of Samsung's conflict resolution. At this point maybe I'm just lucky I didn't get the tablet and have a problem with it because obviously, I'd be on my own. Not done with Android, but I am done with Samsung. That does include their TV's, home appliances, and accessories. I've had problems with them all over the last five years. Steer clear of Samsung!
The charging cord on my Samsung A53 stopped working after about 45 days and after spending 15 min. On the phone with Samsung support I was told that accessories are only warranted for 30 days. I foolishly spent almost $30 for a defective cord and will know better in the future to buy accessories from other sources at a fraction of their price.
