I bought 5 major appliances from Trail Appliances and the Samsung dishwasher, not even 3 months later, does not work properly. I have used dishwashers before and have tried the products that others use and have worked well for them and still come out with dirty dishes. No other person I know has had the issues I am having with this Samsung dishwasher. I've gotten 5 different instructions from 5 different employees of Trail Appliance and Samsung, some are telling me I have to deal directly with Samsung and say they have to send one of their technicians and some are telling me Trail Appliance has to send their technician. I contacted Samsung and they sent a technician that could not fix the problem because he was getting code readings that he did not understand why and went over some ridiculous user suggestions like run your kitchen tap till water runs hot before starting the dishwasher and use different brands of detergent then what was sent with the appliance as a sample. But he basically walked away and my dishwasher still does not work properly. I than contacted Trail Appliance and repeated the story to the employee who than insisted they have to now sent one of their technicians to check, I explained I already gave up two days of work to deal with the repairs and I don't think I should have to give up another day of work when Samsung's technician was already there and could not fix it. Trail appliance warranty manager is not calling me back to deal with this issue and I am taking it as Trail Appliance is not standing behind the products they are sell. DO NOT BUY FROM TRAIL APPLIANCE AND FURTHER DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND YOU GET THE RUN AROUND FROM BOTH COMPANIES.
Wow, where to begin. We thought by buying a washing machine that was expensive and top of the line that we would not have to deal with all the issues that have come since we bought this machine. A few months after buying the machine we started to notice oil type stains on our clothes. It took a while for us to figure out that it was from the washing machine through a long process of elimination. Two different repair people came to our home to "asses the machine before anyone came to fix it... finally someone come to fix it but a few weeks later it started to do the same thing. So again we were on the phone to Samsung and the repair centre to try and get it fixed once again. After weeks and weeks of countless phone calls we finally got someone out to look at the machine again and... once again it was two different people that come into our home to tell us the same thing.: the drum needs replacing again. We were told after the second man visited our home that we would have a resolution within 24 hours and after almost two weeks of not hearing a thing. We again spent countless hours on the phone to Samsung to figure out what the issue is to only find out that they had no notes on the system from the two repair people that come to our home. A few weeks after that we were then sent an email outlining the cost for a repair of around £500 for a machine that we have had for less than a year and is still under warranty. Needless to say the email was an error and it is covered under warranty but the lack of professionalism and record keeping is clearly an issue at Samsung. Another week on they tell us they are waiting for parts and another week after that they tell us they are unable to get the parts. So now we are 14 months of owning the machine, one drum replacement already and another on the way and on going issues with the drum for almost a year now. They refuse to replace it yet now they claim they cannot get the parts to repair it. I would not recommend Samsung to anyone purely based on their customer service and clearly the quality of their products. Sure, it comes with a warranty but we have been waiting a few months now for the second drum replacement as the washing machine continues to wreck our clothing but what choice to we have other then expose ourselves to unnecessary risk during a pandemic to wash our clothes at a laundromat when we have paid almost £1000 to having a washing machine that does not work. Not to mention that we have a young family and it is not ideal to be taking small children to a laundromat to do laundry, nor should we have to when we have paid for a washing machine.
Samsung customer service is awful! Ever since i installed an update on my Note5, its been doing weird things. Verizon is my carrier, and said they couldnt do anything but trade my Note5 for a new one. I told them that if the updates are messing up my current Note5, won't I have an issue with a new one. It seems so bc it will have the same updates. I called samsung. I was connected to customer service in the Philippines. The first time calling, I told the rep a list of things that my phone was doing also thst my phone was synced to my samsung tablet and causing it to do weird things as well. I asked him how they could resolve my issue and he didnt respond. He had hung up on me. I called again. I told this rep what had happened on my previous call and asked for a manager. The rep said that he was the one that took my 1st call. FYI... He used a different name both times. He told me that he didnt hang up on me. I responded by telling him that he was lying and have witnesses that heard the whole conversation. Also, I have an app that records all conversations. I demanded to speak to someone in charge. He put me on hold. Do you want to guess what happened? Oh yeah, after holding for 20 minutes, he hung up on me again. I finally got a different rep on the 4th try. I told him my problem phone and also about being hung up on. He connected me with a manager. The manager said he would call me back on another phone in 5 minutes, and help me troubleshoot my phone. He never called back. Im absolutely livid! I have samsung electronics and appliances, and have always purchased samsung bc I thought their products were reliable. Now I realize that if there's a problem with one of their products, I'm on my own. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I had a very bad experience with Samsung UK.
I placed an order for my friend to purchase Samsung S23 Ultra on the 31st of May 2023.
There was a clock counting down for a £300 Adidas cash back if you place the order before the end of 31st of May 2023.
I placed the order after that I tried to claim my voucher and my claim been rejected as the promotion ended on 30th of May.
I checked the website again and I found that they advertised for another promotion started on 31st of May 2023 until 4th of July 2023 the promotion was £200 cash back and free JBL speaker if you spend over £500.
I submit the claim again and it been rejected.
I contacted Samsung again to try to sort that out and the confused me more and the mention that the cash back promotion started on the 1st of June 2023 not on 31st of May 2023 nevertheless the promotion was check remotely through my mobile on Saturday the 3rd of June 2023 on 2:44 pm and she found that the promotion started on the 31st of May 2023 not 1st of June.
Later on I received an email from one of the manager confirming that the £300 adidas cash back voucher was ended on the 31st of May 2023 not as they mentioned earlier on the 30th of May 2023.
And he mentioned that the £200 cash back started on the 1st of June not 31st of May 2023 (attached a screenshot taken on the 2nd of June 2023).
I spent with Samsung more the 7 hours on the phone try to sort out this matter with no resolution for my matter.
They are misleading for the customer, not helpful and not knowledgeable (each one say different thing that the other.

I ordered a Samsung odyssey + headset November 25th, 11/25/18. I was told the headset would ship 12/16/2018 and arrive before 12/24/18. I called multiple times since 12/16/18 to ensure it would still arrive before Christmas for I was leaving out I'd town and it is a gift for my nephew. On 12/19/2018 I was assured it would be and the tracking number might just be delayed in being sent out. I get a tracking number today 11/21/18 and it says it will be delivered 12/26. After Christmas. I called customer service. They said it was not their fault and I should have expected delays around Christmas. Infact I did expect delays and made multiple calls to ensure it was on schedule. I was insulted. Then I was actually told to call FedEx and complain to them and see if they can deliver it faster. Extremely unprofessional. Because of the fall through by Samsung to ship it in time, I asked if I could receive $10 promotional credit to spend back at Samsung. I was told it was not Samsung's fault that I only selected standard shipping. How is it not Samsungs fault for promising me a delivery time and not following through? I would have gladly paid more to ensure delivery before Christmas. After multiple attempts to talk to a higher up she said there is nothing they will do and they don't talk to customers. I was just asking for a little compensation for how upset this made me and was wanting to spend more money at Samsung. They told me they will not offer any compensation. After further attempts I was told to send and email and hope to receive a reply back from someone higher up. After this experience I may never make a purchase from Samsung again! I'm not trying to "get something for free." I feel I have been let down as a customer and the credit to spend at your shop would have been a nice courtesy gesture. Now I'm left with a red mark on my cheek and it is a lasting impression on my experience with Samsung. Amazon.com has never once treated me like I experienced for your customer service. They even gave a complimentary gift card of $20 for a shipping error on ups not even their side. The fact you guys completely disowned any fault in the matter is astonishing. If this is how your customer service runs I am surprised to see you still in business.

If I could Samsung would not even get 1 star! My fridge stopped cooling. I bought at a local Home Depot it's only 16months old. Called Samsung and because it's been over a year they wouldn't do anything. So I had to buy an extended 1 year warranty for $400.00. After waiting for 2 days I call them back to see when they will come fix my fridge. I was told they couldn't find a tech that was willing to come and fix it so I was "aloud" to find my own. Spent $150 to have a local company just tell me what they think is wrong. After them telling me they will order the part "main board" they will call me when it's in (5-10days) within 2-3 days I get a call from them saying they spoke with Samsung and it now can be a valve that will need to be saughtered and they were not lisenced to do so. So once again back on the phone with Samsung. They told me to call a number for ME/NH it's a company that works with Samsung. They came and looked at it (this guy very nice) came to the conclusion it was the fuel system which no one can touch so I was told I would get a call in 24-48 hours to set up a time to get a new fridge and they would take out the old one. Well the time passed after 4 days I ended up calling. I was told they were waiting for something from me. At this point I was so frustrated I was about to cry. They guy ended up say that he processed the "ticket" and I will get an email in 24-48 hours to do the next step in getting a refund. Which mind you it was not what I paid it was a depredation value of course. At this point I just fine just give me my money so I can buy a new fridge. Well 3 days pass still no email. On the phone once again with Samsung. This time I was told it takes about a month to get a refund. Then I was transferred to another person and he told me I was miss informed once again (about the 4th time) he told me I was gonna be getting a call in 24-48 hours at this point I lost it. It's been 3 weeks now I've been dealing with them, getting transferred person to person being put on hold for 10 15 mins at a time more then once in a phone call. Still no money still no working fridge. I will NEVEar buy or recommend a Samsung ANYTHING to anyone!
I am regretful to switch with Samsung i bought TV, Kitchen, phones smart whatches with them thinking that was the latest of technology but is poor customer service that i ever see. My Note 10+ have problems to charge i called them and I've been on hold for more than an hour for just have an answer that something that they can't help me out that i have to call to another number for the company that works for them and fixing thier phones well i called that number and they said with that problem they can't do nothing because is a factory defect that i have to call back to Samsung well a another hr on hold and finally i spoke with someone for do nothing they said that i have to send my device to Samsung and it will take 7 to 14 days and they will fix it and send it back to me well and how i will work i use my phone for work and they said that's wasn't their problem because their are giving the solution to send the phone back and see if they can fix it, if i want is all what they can do when you buy an expensive phone is because we don't want to be in this situation first the time is very valuable to be wasting when i paid more than 1k supposed for one of the best products super upset and now how i will work without it they never think on their customer or they don't care if the customer loose money for a product that they sell was defected. I had Motorola in the past for many years and i thought was time to updated with Samsung but was the bad decision that i ever could take Motorola care about their customer service first very polite and second their do all what they can for help you with your problem if they think is something like factory defect they send you a new one as soon you got the new device you send the defected device back you never will be without communication and after that their call you back how the new device is working
