Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
First time buyer. Scentbird took my money. I never received the perfume I ordered. That let me know never again! I try to email back but they don't want to help me! Money lost! God will give back.

My second perfume came last month. When I opened it. It was half full. It's already a small container. I have sprayed it maybe twice since then and it is almost gone. Maybe you should fix your containers and I won't cancel.

I really enjoy receiving my scentbird package every month. The website or app is very easy to use and I love how you get to choose which scent you want to be sent to you for each month and how easy it is to change this up if you decide to change your mind. I do however wish there were more scents such as various coach perfumes, various victoria secret perfumes, taylor swift, gorgio armani, lucky brand, hollister, and other scents such as these, especially the coach and victoria secret perfumes. They have a lot of perfume and colognes. Great merchandise to enjoy. I enjoy receiving them. However, I do have a problem with the payment and shipping. I get charged on the 5th of the month, but don't receive my perfume until the end of the month. It takes a whole month to process my payment. If your a patient person and don't mind, then I would say give them a try. Other than that, they are wonderful. Thanks scentbird.

I cancelled my original subscription to scentbird due to my packages being damaged and the cologne being empty upon arrival. I reached out to the company and never got any response or reimbursement. After I cancelled I was sent an offer to join back again so I did. After initial payment my package was never delivered. This company is worthless and not worth the headache. I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this company unless you like throwing your money away.

I was charged $32 from scentbird and I don't have a subscription. I went to the website and see I had items in the cart but I never subscribed or ordered anything. The items are still in the cart and when I checked subscriptions it said "Not Subscribed." When I went to contact them the only option is to email! Looks like I have to dispute with my bank because I've yet to hear back from them.

I have been using this site for about 6 months, maybe a bit longer. In the beginning, I had some of the same problems other reviewers have had. I have always received my order, however not always on time or the site has said, it was delivered, but it had not been. My problem with this site is the customer care. In my emails to the company, I have gotten responses that had nothing to do with what I was writing about or worse, they would ask me for all of this information, that was already in my email. Happily, I haven't had any problems for a while. I love the products, the service and ability to try things and not be into it for $100+. Am I confident there will not be any problems in the future? No. Am I willing to recommend this site to others (especially with all the pressure they seem to put on you, to do so) right now, No.

This company is a lifesaver for anyone who gets overwhelmed easy. I've always been interested in finding a perfume to keep always, but they always have so many in malls and stores. My senses start getting mixed up and smells start combining and it gets to me. With this company I can try the scents that I want in my home and I don't have to buy the full size anymore. It's so so helpful. And you get more than enough for the cost. It's so so worth it.

I've been using Scentbird for a little under a year now and have found it to be a great source for trying out new fragrances. If you don't have very many perfumes, this is a great way to increase your fragrance wardrobe, or find your new favorite fragrance! I highly recommend Scentbird!

The shipping is a little slow but it's understandable given restrictions on mailing fragrances. Be patient, your orders come about 7 days after shipment!

I have yet to be disappointed in any fragrance that I have ordered. They are exactly what they say they are going to be and I have been thoroughly satisfied. I plan on continuing this service for as long as it continues to be the stand up site that they are.

Since I started my subscription with Scentbird, I've received quite a few scents that I really like. I've received a few that I didn't like at all, and I've received scents that I LOVE and are exactly what I like in a scent. I've even ordered a full size scent and will probably order more in the future. I appreciate the variety in products as well. The website is easy to use and customer service is helpful. I have no complaints whatsoever with this scent subscription service. :)

So in the beginning it was pretty cost effective, but you only receive one spray case cover in thr beginning and they run out of the Frangrances I would like to try. I was recently charged almost 40 dollars for one month. I could buy my own perfume for 50 to 100 dollars. Not worth it, too expensive

I really believe this is the best way to test out your perfume products before you purchase. And the best part is that you can choose how much you want as well as its frequency. I was charged January 22nd for an order I never received. It's now February 8th. I have reached out to company and the company refuses to contact me. There is no phone number and they will not return emails.

This is a con and a rip off. Once you subscribe you Cannot unsubscribe. They ignore your request and charge you. They will even upgrade your charge you more. They do not respond to emails, and there is no way to contact them other than email.
The products I received smell the same, and like the old Avon products from back in the day.
Check the Better Business Bureau before you throw away your money!

I have been a member of scentbird for over a year as it is hard to get places to ship perfume to the rural part of Alaska that I live in. When I did get the products they were great. The problem is I have paid for more months where I got no product, than the months where I paid and actually received a product. I wrote customer service MANY times and they guaranteed me replacement products that also never arrived.
