Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
VERY difficult to cancel. Email, wait for reply, (3 weeks in my case, day after next billing, lol).
I just had to dispute 2 random $216.00 charges from Scentbird on my card, 3 months after I canceled. My bank did some investigating, they had been double charging every month the entire year. We combed through and found a bunch of small charges that were overlooked. Turns out, many people have had these same issues. Scammy company. I will change my debit card # if they continue. Shame on you, Scentbird.

My friend introduced me to this site and I was instantly hooked. Then my fiancé got on board too so we not get one perfume and one cologne a month. Not only do the perfumes smell AMAZING and like way more than I could ever afford normally. And it's also so much fun to pick out new scents and see all of the ingredients that go into it. This site is honestly one of the best subscriptions out there. I've never been disappointed by them and will most likely be a lifelong customer. Thank you Scentbird for allowing us lower income people to smell expensive, such a boost of confidence! Thank you Scentbird team and keep up the great work. What you do is just great. Xoxo

Man, this sucks. I wished they were more transparent and honest. That is shady, similar to any other platform that makes you jump through hoops to cancel. I'm sure more would be open to trying, and possibly even commiting to long-term use had they just produced a simple and user-friendly interface. Shame. I really wanted to try it, but after seeing how difficult it is to cancel, I will not be trying it. I can't leave a 1-Star without having tried it myself, however dishonest practices should begin low until remediated.

People, if you ever try to cancel, trust me when I say there will be glitches, problems, disputes to the disputes... you will have to close out your credit card altogether to get them to stop charging. $173 down the drain. Gone.

I am so glad I stumbled across your site, because of all the obvious reasons like being the one who can tell what that smell is, but also having a way to connect with everyone on the face of the earth. A great subscription service for trying scents you've always wanted to. Or for new ones on the market you want to try before you spend the big money on the bottle. Scentbird has been good the only issue I have is when you take out the payment on the 5th I have to wait until the end of the month to receive my product. There was only one time when I got it in a week or so after payment.

They debited my account twice this month after I canceled my subscription over a month ago. I've sent emails and have not received a response. Today I received a dreadful scent that I would have never chose for my worst enemy. I will be contacting my bank to report fraudulent charges. Do not waste your money with Scentbird!

I love this company! I can't believe there is as many bad reviews as I've read! The scent is spot on. And for 14.95 a month you can't beat it to try or basically sample the scent. Was a member for 3 months - 3 whole months, got charged for everything but never received a single shipment. Can't contact customer service or the company even with a lawyer. Do not subscribe to this scam - only a matter of time for the company to go out of business.

Scent bird started out really good, until they missed a month, and didn't send on of my birds and continued to charge me for it. They on have zendesk help, no email, I submitted a ticket and not a single person from scentbird has reached out. I'd go to the BBB but it's not worth the $30 I was charged and missing scent. Worst company ever. It's pretty messed up that some people get their fragrances and yet so many others just get jerked around by their horrible customer service. They make you email them 1000 times and give vague responses if they even do answer. They don't have a customer service phone number on purpose. Also? Go look them up on the BBB (better business bureau) website. Almost 1k complaints, a big fat F rating and even a huge warning from the BBB saying they're a bad company

Do not use this company they will not only not give you your product that you ordered they will not deliver it they will make up many excuses you will never hear back and if you do it's a customer service representative who repeats the same thing over and over you cannot get a refund so therefore you are out of services out of time and you have nothing to show for it do not use this company.

If you like being angry and frustrated, then Scentbird is for you. I sent them an email because they charged my account twice. It took them a month to reply and of course I got some lousy excuse and still never received my credit.
I've been with them about 4 months and never was my order on time but my account was charged on time.
I have closed my account, I'm done!

Im in love with all my fragrances, this has been a journey that I used to be the girl on the outside looking in. Perfume is so expensive. This has given me the oppotunity to look good and also smell good too. I'm impressed with this site and all their illustrious smell goods.

I absolutley love scentbird, i recommend it if you like to buy smell good stuff. You choose what you want to try every month you can change it. It's more then 30 day supply, if you don't like the scent your not stuck with a full bottle. No money wasted!

Billed and then my two choices were to be shipped and got a notice as shipped. A month later they said both were out of stock and would I like some garbage I would not want as a replacement? How hard is it to buy a bottle and then split it up for customers? Scam and they kept my cash!

I love my fragrances that I get each month but I just don't like the fact when u see all the beautiful cases that are advertised that everyone ends up with their first case being a boring white case and in order to have a colorful case you have to pay for them. I have a lot of friends that receive Scentbird in the mail and our first carrier case is white.

You are correct, though, all subscribers only get a free case (Pearly White for Women and Signature Black for Men/Previously Silver for everyone) in their very first shipment. I upgraded from one perfume to two in August, which I was charged for that day instead of the normal billing period. Its September 22nd and I still haven't even gotten an email saying my package is on the way. Before this they were quite prompt, and I usually had my order by the middle of the month.
Other than that, the perfumes are great and I always look forward to getting them. The fact that this month is taking longer than usual is kindof a let down, though.
