Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I never received my first scent and they wanted to charge me for a second before even acknowledging I had ordered the first. I still have not received it many months later.

When I placed my order on January 8th of 2019, I was looking for a new scent. They provided mini-vials of popular scents to help consumers explore their options. At the time, the said that they were overwhelmed with orders, and that we needed to have patience. I cancelled the subscription since I never received my scents, but they still have my $35. I used their e-Mail client in February of 2019 and March of 2019, but never received a reply. I tried to find a phone number to reach them, it's more difficult to find than Bigfoot. Over time, I forgot about it. I looked, to this day, my order still shows as "Processing" and "Delivery Status: Not available yet".
I found my scent since, I just want my money back. I tried to contact them again, finally a response. Their remedy, after nearly 2 years, is to send me the mini-vials I should have had years ago. No, the need for this product has long since expired. I want my money back.
Anyone know about laws that required a business to refund a client when item/order was never fulfilled?

The first month of my subscription there were issues with the shipping, that was fine cause that got resolved quickly...then they said that they were gonna charge me additional fees FOR THE PERFUME THAT THEY ALREADY HAD SENT TO ME and I had to change the perfume but I got disappointed and cancelled my membership and next month comes and I got charged 17$ for a fragrance I didn't even want, and I tried to fix it and they simply won't answer my emails. 0/10 experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The fragrance "Get a Room" is wonderful, I really love it! I don't get to try new fragrances often, but these scents are great. I also like the Calvin Klein, and The pink Versace!

3/7 months were over a month late. When I contacted their customer service, (no phone number) they didn't respond to over 10 messages I sent. I ordered a full sized bottle. It came a MONTH AND A HALF AFTER I ORDERED IT. Oh, and by the way, during that month, the site didn't allow me to cancel the order, I couldn't contact customer service, so I just waited, had it delivered, and then tried to return it. THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE SITE CREDIT. Are you f***ing kidding me? Most frustrating experience I've had with any service or product. DO NOT USE

Once you subscribe to their product you cannot unsubscribe. The cancellation process takes months so they get to charge you for as much as they want before they stop your subscription.

I love the fragrance options and the flexibility of their ‘cue'. It's a monthly subscription, but you have the option of skipping a month, or two, or buying the whole cue, which can be as long as you like. You can buy as many individual products as you like to add into your monthly box as well. You can pay for three months and have them delivered monthly, and choose one, two, or three items at a time per month in your subscription box and get a discount for each level. You can choose which scents you would like in your cue, or complete the scent profile and get and get an idea of what you would like best on you. You can rate their scents individually and read other scent ratings. The only downside is that if you don't understand the note profile of a particular scent (I. E. woody, earthy, floral, vanilla, etc) you wouldn't be able to understand the actual description of the scent until you smell it. On the upside, they sell other products including face, personal, makeup, and candles. They have special items to purchase. Most items are only $14.95, as most are the sample size, though some are up charged if they are premium products, and they do offer some full size products. Their shipping and packaging is great as well. You can access them via website or app from your iPhone.

If you wish to purchase a limited time offer item, make it separately from your cue, otherwise you will not get it.

Ive used Scentbird for awhile and decided to cancel. First problem i had is they dont have as big of a selection as they used to. They still have alot of great scents but they got rid of some of the ones I liked the most. The ones they do have that I like never seem to be in stock. They switched over to a new case and atomizer which I HATE! Its made from cheap plastic and looks ugly. The old ones were way better and actully felt like better quality. They also make it very hard to cancel your subscription. Ive reqested it be cancelled twice and am STILL waiting. I will be switching back to scentbox. Much bigger selection, they send a NEW case with every order and in nice colors. Another thing is, Scentbird is charging to much now. A vile of cologne doesnt cost 34 dollars, premium or not. They use DHL for shipping, which is one of the WORST and slowest shipping methods they could have chosen.

We don't do anything to compromise their quality & that's why our fragrances are exactly the same as the bottle versions just in smaller quantities. I joined Scentbird on 25 August 2023. By 17 October 2023 I had received no products (I should have received two already). Upon looking into this, I saw that the address on my file was completely incorrect. The city I had entered in the address field was changed to a city in the US (I am in Canada). I updated my address to correct it, however every time I would hit "save" and then go back to make sure it had saved, it had changed the city BACK to the incorrect city. After doing this several times, it finally accepted the proper city, but then it kept changing my postal code. I began taking screenshots to show proof that the app/website would initially accept the address change I would make, then five minutes later, it would change it to the incorrect address. I have tried contacting the company to either get my first two perfumes sent to the correct address (which I still can't seem to enter in myself, so I gave them my address over email) or to reimburse me. No one has responded. I have cancelled my subscription. Compete waste of time and money. 0/5 stars. Please don't waste your time.
