Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I keep canceling the subscription and they keep charging me don't recommend! I want my money back and them to stop charging my card!

On April 1st I paid for 3 regular fragrances
One premium fragrance paid extra for As a premium saks fragrance! Dolce garden!
And they offered a Skylar vanilla mini candle as a product in my fragrance selection ( that I was super excited for!)
All together was $63 Canadian!
I look today to see my shipment, and it's shows I AM NOT GETTING MY PREMIUM FRAGRANCE I PAID EXTRA FOR
NOT GETTING THE VANILLA CANDLE I CHOSEN
GETTING 4 CHEAP FRAGRANCES
THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CHANGE MY QUE I SET UP! PAID FOR EXTRA! AND NOW AM RECEIVING ONLY ONE ITEM THAYS CHEAP OUT OF MY SELECTIONS AND PAID FOR ITEMS
It is also not close to the advertised price!
So false advertising even though I went along with it because I thought I would be paying for perfume I actually receive! But nope
Also the size is smaller the value size in Sephora and the packaging has been cheap
I am opening a case with the BBB of Canada to try to recoup some of my funds as I was scammed into spending on fragrances I am not receiving
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I needed to cancel my order because scentbird took out $28 for November! So I got on the app and started trying to find how to cancel my subscription and get a full refund for November. In which should not be a problem since they had just taken payment a few hours earlier! Anyways, I stumbled across the page that shows the orders that were delivered and for what month and what the fragrances were that were in the scentbird box! Then to my surprise I see 2 month in a row, March & April of 2023 where it states that I did receive a scentbird box for both months with 2 fragrances in each box! And I DID NOT RECEIVE A BOX AT ALL FOR THOSE 2 MONTHS! SO I THOUGHT ID GO CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS AND SEE IF I WAS CHARGED FOR THE MONTHS IN QUESTION! AND THERE IS WAS! THE CHARGE OF $28 FOR BOTH MONTHS! SO WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED ANYTHING FOR MONTHS WHEN I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING AT ALL? AND WHY DOES IT SAY THAT THERE WAS A PACKAGE DELIVERED TO ME? WHEN THERE ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT! I WANT A REFUND FOR MARCH AND APRIL 2023 AND FOR THE LAST PAYMENT THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY! PLZ AND THANK YOU! BEWARE! I was on the 3 item plan for July. Since after July I decided to change to 2. I was already charged the $35 + each of my 3 items had a $5 upcharge fee. So I had paid $50. There is a glitch on their site where I couldn't manually downgrade, plus I had a $10 credit that was not applied to my July purchase. So of course because they don't have a customer service number I emailed them. They downgraded not just August, but July. They then charged me an additional $10 on my credit car. The customer service agent Daria assured me I'd still get the 3 item I had purchased. Said to for the inconvenience she'd add $10 to my credit. She then told me it was a glitch they'd fix for July to reflect the 3 items I had previously in my que. I check 2 days ago and they had change 2 of my items to nasty perfumes that didn't have an upcharge and I had NEVER had in my que ever! Not only that. But they charge me an additional $10 the same day, make the total charges $70. I then received an email saying they were refunding only 10.16 because I was charged for shipping & that from now on mine would be free shipping... on the website it states there's never shipping on the sub. Then they said I'd pay half next month instead of my $10 credit. They wiped out my entire $20 credit for me to only save 12.25 Even the senior customer service agent Bobby refused to make it right. I've literally been dealing with this nightmare for almost 2 weeks with no resolution. My emails have since been ignored. I told them to cancel July and give me a full refund since I didn't even choose 2 of the items. Which they refused to do because it's being "prepped", they could either call their shipping department and cancel it or cancel the label. It's not that difficult. I'll be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across.
