Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
The colognes used to have okay selection now it's just colognes they've gotten for cheap and are marking up. It's also almost impossible to cancel I tried cancelling before my renewal but I was still charged because their customer support couldn't check messages until it was in the "one day" processing step. This is bs as I contacted before and abided by their rules. Borderline illegal activities from their deceptive practices.

Placed my first order for a sample sized fragrance and noticed I was billed twice, once for the agreed amount ($8.50) and then again for $10. Turns out there is a teeny tiny black $10 in the corner of the screen for "premium" fragrances. It was not included in my total and was billed separately on my credit card. I contacted them to find out why the double charge and was ignored until I raised the complaint with my card company. Shady!

I love travel size perfume so I knew I would like scent bird but I love this service. I get more than a month out of each vile which is fine by me because it means I now have a collection of scents to choose from. I have been using this service for several months and am finally close to finishing my first vial which means you get a lot for the money.

I like scent bird so far! As someone who does not like to wear the same sent over and over again I think this is a great option. I would like a lot more variety as I have seen that some competitors offer quite a bit more variety without them being premium. I love That they don't just stick to fragrances and offer car sense as well as candles. I'm hoping that we get a lot more deals because the ones that popup don't really appeal to me and a lot more sense because See amount that they offer now i'd be able to buy all the sunset I want in a year and never have to use them again.

Shipping service takes too long. The product is too small for the price paid and most did not seem strong enough or the same. Confusing ways to cancel service just to annoy it's customers and that alone is not going to keep them. Better.off buying a sample off a marketplace or goto store to smell the original.

Scentbird allows customers to pick which scent they want along with what month to be sent. Scentbird also has new fragrances/colones every month. In addition to there already huge selection. I like being able to test out a fragrance before purchasing a huge, expensive bottle.

I signed on to scentbird foolishly one day thinking I would save money on perfume. So far they have sent me nothing but horrible perfumes that stink like a 90 year old grandma who never bathes. I have tried to cancel three times and they keep sending more. Today after three attempts to cancel I received another perfume. It smells like they filled the bottle with water—absolutely no fragrance at all. This is by far better than their prior mailings, however I can spray water on myself for free. Do not subscribe or you will never be able to stop the charges.

Be wary of subscribing with this company if you are not very tech-savvy or impatient when it comes to ending a billing cycle. This company offers no "unsubscribe" features and will guide you through a rabbit hole of emails to get you to unsubscribe. No options available anywhere on the website or simply through an email. You have to go out of your way to contact support, just to get them to cancel your account. Which is a direct violation of Canadian anti spam laws. This company is shady and I would be very wary of any money you spend with them

Twice I got items that simply didn't function. Then went for an extended period of time before they actually filled shipments. Ended up cancelling service. They out of the blue, some six weeks after cancellation, I received a shipment. Customer service is horrible. Week or more on each communication. I just want to cut my losses and for them to go away. Gave one star because there are no negative stars. STAY AWAY from this place.

Scentbird was fine at first, the $15 charge is a lot for the tiny bottle of perfume they send you and while I used to be a customer…trying to cancel your subscription is a whole other story. For the past three months I have been confirmed by 3 different reps that my subscription has been canceled, but my card continues to be charged each month. Trying to contact them isn't any better. I had to DM their social media just to see if I could get a response and even then I was literally ignored, after numerous emails have been sent, and now I am just collecting my receipts to file a consumer protection claim. Not to mention the waste each product creates from sending me all these stupid glass bottles. Terrible perfume and even worse service team.

The scents from scentbird are what you would expect. Little month supplies of your favorite colognes or perfume (they also have some skin care, and perfumes) that you can pick prior to shipping. The little cases that come with them are alright nothing special. Just simple twist cases. Have had one cologne fall out and shatter but other than that it's fine. The problems come with shipping. They use DHL (which is already not a great shipping company from my personal experiences) which DHL then sends to another company to get delivered which makes it infuriating to coordinate any sort of drop off/delivery. Not only that it will take roughly over 30 days for the shipment to reach you. I know this is a problem in general because of their recent move to NJ to help with the Delievery process but they still have a lot to do. Good products, AMAZING customer service, but DHL almost ruins the whole process with their awful service.

Placed my first order Jan. 2nd 2019 and received it Feb. 5th. I opted for the two scent subscription. Opened padded envelope to find one bottle was almost empty. (maybe ten sprays left) The second bottle was full but didn't spray properly. It just spit out three drops about a half inch from the spritzer... looked in the hole where the cologne exits and saw the plastic insert was in pieces. My Scentbird account never showed any progress on my order. It just says it was being processed. I emailed them pictures and a video of their crappy product. They said they will attempt to send me a replacement shipment. Let's just wait and see what comes next...

While I love the concept, this company is either a complete scam or just horrible at business. I received my first month with no issues in July, have been charged for August and September but have yet to receive either months subscription. Continued emails to customer service are nothing less than automated bang you head against the wall emails with little to no information from "scent fairies". The last email I received provided me with August's tracking number, I logged on and my profile shows that tracking number as September's. It is also showing with a date of 9/21 - they moved their facilities to NJ allegedly, not Guam! No clue what the issue is with why it is so difficult to get on track with this.
I'm leaning towards this company being a scam. Not worth the aggravation and lack of making it right for their customers.

If want to receive 2 or 3 products per month, you'll have to pay the difference of these new plan subscriptions (2 products/monthly comes at $27, whereas 3 products/Monthly costs $37 a month). Some premium items require an upcharge from $5 to $15 to the regular subscription cost. Those items are usually niche fragrances or full-size skincare/make-up products. Kindly note that there are no other hidden costs or renewal fees. We’ll always confirm with you when adding a premium product to your queue so that there’s no confusion! Do not do it. I know you're tempted. I mean come on a new scent every month. For only $15 that's amazing right? Except you actually don't get a new scent every month because their shopping sucks. Your shipping might get lost and it'll most likely arrive damaged if by the grace of god it ever gets delivered. I kept emailing them all I get is an automatic response. Bottom line, find some other alternative. It was indeed too good to be true. The good reviews on here was probably paid.

Customer Service is non existent here. This is in no way to $#*! on the people who actually do the job. There are not enough hires and one person has to deal with everything. Tried to cancel an order immediately after hitting the pay button. Did not hear back until 48 hours later that it was too late. It doesn't have to be this way.

Keep away. They offer no refunds even if they charge you and fail to ship out your items. They are extremely inconsistent with delivery times. One month you could receive your product on time and the next month not receive your product at all. You won't get any help from their automated response email from customer service. Honestly I'm surprised that this company doesn't have more lawsuits against them than they already do. Charging someone's account and then never sending the product is theft! Stay away
