Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
Such a great idea and fun! I easily get bored with fragrances and want to try new ones all the time which can be expensive so this is a great alternative!

Decided to try this due to a review from a YouTuber, and my first scent was okay, but I found the case poorly made and annoying to use, and the value overall did not seem worth it to me. Paying about $18 (or more for "premium") for a perfume I might not even like and can't return is not something I can justify, I'd rather go into a store and actually smell the stuff before buying, even if I end up spending more - at least I can be sure I like it.
However, the main reason I am leaving this negative review is their cancellation process. It is not easy to find on the website - there is no cancellation option when you look at your subscription, only various ways to pause or upgrade. When I did finally locate the "How to cancel" article in the "help" section, I had to fill out a repetitive form to submit my request. Then, I received a long and confusing email response that contained a "link" to cancel, which took me back to the subscription page which - as mentioned before - does NOT have a cancellation option anywhere. Then, I replied to the email as prompted, and now it is taking a long time to hear back... Just hoping they get to it before next week when I get charged again.
Disappointing to see a company recommended by a creator I liked use these predatory practices to keep charging customers who no longer wish to use their service.

I'm terribly disappointed I've got my friends to subscribe you took the money twice out of her account she still has not received ANY perfume I'm not going to recommend you to anybody else because it's embarrassing there are other perfume companies her name is Gina Callahan Bowen! Hopefully you can make this right or I'm cancelling and going to another perfume company! Aftervi made my choices on mine you send me a email that you no longer offered Norelle Elixir that's why I chose to go with you I went and bought a bottle for$150.00 so cancelling you wouldn't be a problem because my other favorite Joy by Dior you don't carry looks like it souls day be best just to but at Ulta and get rid of your so called services!

First month was fine. Never received second monthit turned out that due to a system error in their end they didn't charge me and just didn't ship. I didn't see the *lack* of the charge on my credit card so had no idea and spent three weeks dealing with customer service before they finally told me what actually happened.
Now we're three weeks into my third month of membership, and of the two fragrances I ordered (and confirmed I was charged for) at the first of the month, they've sent one to me and the other one went from "being prepared for shipping" last week to just totally gone from my account today.
To make it all even more frustrating, they take forever to respond to issues and they send automated follow-ups warning you that since YOU haven't responded, they're closing the issue. (As opposed to only closing an issue once it's actually been resolved.)
The whole experience has been so frustrating. All of this for basically some oversized testers? I can't believe I'm writing this, but I'd honestly rather brave a department store's fragrance counter than spend any more time, money or anger on this badly run company.

I have been memeber now for about 6 months. I'm on the 3 scents a month. Only 1 scent i didn't care for as i accidently ordered a man scent and I'm a woman lol. I love the candles. And I'm waiting to try various new products like the makeup and oil drops. I am so happy with scentbird I'm actually mad I didn't sign up aooner or cant orxer more than 3 things a month. Its a fair price. Great selection for men and woman. Great gift idea xmas ahopping already done everyone is getting scentbird subscription lol. And i luv the 10 extra case every month as i change the case to match the purse. Just wanna suggest a pride case and maybe some floral cases or animal prints would be super jazzy id buy em all... love y'all thx for auch a awrsome product and making affirdable for someone like me who lives on SSI.

It was so fun at first of course they reel you in I go to cancel because I can't afford $25 a month for two small samples of perfume their plans are outrageous I've tried everything I have canceled and they're still telling me that I will have to pay the rest of my subscription even though I was just getting to products a month I can't get ahold of anybody via email or even on their support line on their website there's nobody there to even answer your question correctly they just keep putting you through to another page that has nothing but nonsense on it stay away from this!

I use their sample of Daisy by Marc Jacobs it smelled delicious but unfortunately their plans are just too expensive if you want even a little better of a perfume you have to pay a $5 extra fee on top of your already $25 subscription so now that brings you to $30 for 2 small sample perfumes a month I had started out with one sample perfume a month for 1495 but decided to go to two samples a month for $25 but just realized it's too much money and now I cancel with them and they're telling me that I'm going to have to still pay for the rest of my subscription because they don't do refunds and that if I ever want to sign on with them again it might be a wait time it's almost like you're punished for leaving them really ridiculous I'm looking into scentbox now and seen a lot of good reviews about it
