Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
Hi im Adrianna, and today I'm going to be talking about Scentbird. I've been using scentbird from since August 2020 and so far I'm really happy with the results. There products are amazing, I love the way they come, And the delivery doesn't take too long. It's perfect when you want to test a perfume before buying the entire bottle as well. I definitely look forward to them coming each month. They have so much to choose from at a pretty good price. This is a perfect gift for a loved one. And there are sprays for both men and woman.

I enjoyed the first fragrance that they sent, but at about $18 per month I can find many affordable options that will last for months. Cancelling the subscription is also a hassle since you can't cancel directly on the website. You have to email them to cancel and will then be faced with long waits from their customer support. Seems predatory to me. I regret trying them out.

I love this site! It's great for me doing the majority of my shopping online. (Also perfect now for ppl shut in with this pandemic situation). For me it's hard to visualize what the scent will be like based upon the notes and descriptions given by the seller... I love perfume but HATE the thought of wasting money on buying something im thinking I'll like but when I get it, I HATE IT. Scentbird takes all the chance and guesswork out of the picture for you. For a minimal price every month you choose the scent(s) that you THINK you may like. And if you don't you've only spent about 1/6 give or take of what you would for the full size product. To me this is absolutely perfect! I've even"upped" my monthly shipment from one scent to two. This plan gives you even more savings. I believe they also have a 3 pk plan available. I'm so glad i decided to JUMP and join the club! I love it

I pay a bimonthly fee to receive bimonthly fragrances. I have been doing this for months and have yet to receive ANY perfumes or scents. Absolute sham of a company. With I could get my money back but even after contacting an associate I cannot get anything sent to me, no money back, AND I can't cancel my subscription. Worst thing I have ever spent money on hands down.

Once you put your credit card, they will force you to take the first order and they'd be no way of going back even you cancel immediately. They send you a scent of their choice (smelled nothing like the quiz I took), they sent me ASH which smells so cheap and it's giving me a headache. I would have never bought it in real life.

They charged more on my 1st month. It was supposed to be $7, then next month, $16 if I wanted to keep my subscription. They charge $28 total on two separate transactions on the same day. I emailed, and they won't respond about it. I dislike that we can't contact them via phone. This is highly unacceptable. I hope people leave this company. They don't deserve business!

Hi Nicole, sorry that our billing caused that much confusion. We see that you subscribed with us and paid $7.06 for your 1 product/Monthly plan. It costs $16.95, but you received a 60% discount. The same day you decided to upgrade your plan to 3 products/monthly one. It costs $37 a month, so our system automatically charged you an additional $20.85 to cover the cost of this new plan. Because you paid for 3 fragrances, instead of 1, you received 3 fragrance vials on February 15th instead of 1. In our efforts to be transparent with our subscribers, this info is displayed on our website, checkout page before you pay for the service & our FAQ page. It looks like our Agent Julie clarified everything about your billing on February 25th via Instagram DM. Initially thought this would be a great subscription, except any decent perfume comes with an additional $10 charge on top of the $150 you pay for 6 months. Then they failed to communicate the renewal date and amount and just charged me! I contacted them with hours of the charge asking that they cancel and refund but they refused to refund me, oh but sure we will cancel for future! Effectively guaranteed I will never use them for myself or as a gift. Way to burn bridges guys!

In order to be transparent with our customers, a notification is displayed prior to you adding such Premium fragrance to your queue and you have to OK it in order to proceed further. Once you confirm that you're ok with paying extra for such fragrances, our system charges you for such fragrances automatically. But, we make sure that our customers get better deals at www.scentbird.com than those they'd get from a conventional store. In case if you don't want to be charged extra, you can just add non-premium fragrances to your queue. In case if you don't want to be charged for the upcoming month, you'll need to cancel your subscription prior to the cut-off date (one day before the billing date). I love sampling different fragrances! Scent Bird offers such a huge variety of scents to test and purchase. I really enjoy the size and packaging, so pretty! I stopped purchasing fragrances for myself, but now, it's all about me. I love it! My only drawback is that I wish they arrived the first week of each month.

I like fragrance, but I HATE buying large bottles… I could count on one hand how many times I've used an entire bottle up. My fragrance changes depending on the weather, the occasion, my mood… many things. There's nowhere near me to try fragrances ahead, so I had stopped buying any. I really enjoy Scentbird suggesting scents that may fit my profile, as well as scents that I may like based on other scents. I have discovered some fragrances that work very well for me. Two of them I liked so much I bought a full bottle! Shipping is quick and tracking is spot on. The metal cases that hold the fragrance vials fit easily into a purse or pocket, and the unique "twist" design to open ensures they don't spray accidentally.

The vial cases seemed like a possibly unnecessary splurge to me at first, but once you have a few scents it’s worth it to purchase a few cases to help ID the fragrance you want quickly. The starter case is a pearl white color and at a quick glance blends in with the cardboard tubes if you keep vials in the shipping tubes.

My first and was my last months fragrance subscription. Was destroyed. Entire month sent email for replacement. Never got response next month subscription was fix to be sent. Cancelled. Why should I pay for another month when they can't even get first right are respond back. Finally got response but still waiting on replacement. This company sucks. If they refunded my money and gave me three free months. I would still feel cheated. Scentbird can suck my you know what

I thought id try them. I like how u can choose ur faves and ones u want to try and they send only those. So ur not paying for what u didn't want. Ive received samples of what ive owned and loved plus what ive wanted to try. For the price, its really not bad. U can try new fragrances ur Interested in before spending over 80 on a whole bottle. I definitely recommend scentbird to anyone into perfumes. Pay 15 to try before u buy. And if ur like me, u dont use perfume everyday, and when u do, just do a spray or 2,1 sample bottle will last months bc you get a new one to switch it up. Its been 5 mos since i started, wear perfume most days and all my little bottles are still either 1/4 full or 3/4 full and i havent been unsatisfied yet. Im sure if that happens they will make it right. Definitely worth a try. U smell like a million bucks everyday and all u paid was 15. Just give it a try, u can cancel whenever

I was charged 17 dollars unknowingly, and they have refused to give me a refund. This company is very deceptive in their pricing. I have been speaking with their support staff to no avail. The bot they initially responded with, didn't even get the context of my email correct. It said something completely unrelated to my issue. Avoid.

For someone like me who is obsessed with perfume and always smelling good this is the perfect set up. They take money out of my account once a month, and it's not that much (I get 2 fragrances). I love that I get to pick all my fragrances ahead of time but can go back into my queue any time I want and change things.

Very disappointed, the perfume smelled ok but lasted all of 10 minutes. Scent did not linger on clothes or body. Sad replication of the True genuine perfume sold under. Disguised as name brand, but doesn't deliver.

I was supposed to receive 2 or maybe 3 packages and am on an automatic delivery withdrawal account and have not received my items. I ordered an additional set as well that never came and it was called the luxury set or baller set. I am depending on these items. Being injured at work is already a shot to the pride for anyone. Especially for me. Please remedy this situation and give some reason behind all of this. Something complimentary is in due order. That is how I feel and what I believe.

I originally had a subscription that was never delivered to me for 2 months. They didn't respond to my emails (only way to contact), and so I emailed them again to let them know I would be cancelling and disputing through my CC company and they sent me the instructions to cancel. I also ordered sample sized scents and my order duplicated somehow. I have sent them 5 separate emails and have disputed through PayPal now. These people are crooks and impossible to contact. I Guess this is how they make their money. Lesson learned.

I have been receiving my monthly Scentbird sub and I could not be more happy to spend $15 a month! You do your scent profile and pick it out your scent! They also have makeup and candles you can add to your monthly sub. Who doesn't love to smell beautiful with designer fragrances like Gucci, Versace, Marc Jacobs comes in a beautiful compact with your monthly perfume choice. I love this service because I'm very into designer fragrances and this provides me the opportunity to wear new fragrances and not the huge bottle commitment for a large amount.

Hi M, I see that our Customer Support agents provided assistance on the same day you reached out to us, specifically on May 20th. Your subscription was initially for our 1 product/Monthly plan, which you availed of at a 50% discount. As a result, you were charged $9.22 (sales tax included). Subsequently, you upgraded your plan to our 3 products/Monthly option, which costs $37. Consequently, an additional charge of $21.83 was applied to cover the cost of the new plan. One of the fragrances you selected was a Premium scent, which incurs an extra charge of $10. Hence, you were charged an additional $10.89 including sales tax.
To ensure transparency with our customers, we display a notification prior to adding Premium fragrances to your queue. You must confirm your acceptance of the extra cost to proceed. Once you confirm your willingness to pay for such fragrances, our system automatically processes the charges. Please be assured that we only process the fragrances that are in your queue.
After our agents clarified the charges, you expressed disinterest in upgrading your account. Consequently, we downgraded your plan and refunded the second charge back to your card.
At present, we do not have a dedicated telephone number for customer support, as we are still a small but rapidly expanding team. Email support is our primary mode of communication to ensure that we address each inquiry with care. If you require any assistance, please feel free to email us at support@scentbird.com.
I liked the idea of receiving new colognes every month, but for a total of $33 cad i dont think its worth it. The only way to cancel the membership is to email them, but they still havent responded after three attempts. Do not subscribe to scentbird as u wont be able to cancel ur membership.
