This monthly subscription service is pretty dandy, but they need more selections... Its a bit expensive for me tho. That's why i like the option to pause ur subscription.

Very nice perfume etc no trouble with the shipping the only thing i would like if they show which one smell more man or woman and have bigger tester but after that i got nothing to say negative

Love the selections even though a lot of times you guys have to change my que because of run outs. Wish they could be a little bigger. Other then that. I'm hooked.

I es hesitant on signing up again for this subscription. But I continued to receive the "we miss you type of email" I decided to give this another tried BIG MISTAKE I resubscribed but NEVER received my first perfume and the second, who knows if will ever make it. I contacted them and they took forever to reply. Very apologetic and all but they did not refunded me or resent the product. I'm pretty sure they used my old address they got on file despite me updating it on the site… As other people had said here is not a good business please estay away!

I love the concept of Scentbird, but the execution is HORRIBLE. Like everyone else, I've experienced delayed shipments, incorrect tracking info and poor customer service. I received a 6-month subscription as a gift in August 2018. To date, I've only had 1 shipment arrive in the correct month. Everything else has been a month behind. The tracking information means nothing, since they just create the label and don't actually process the shipment until weeks later. Why even bother creating the label?
The latest upset is regarding the Pearly White Case, which was supposed to arrive with the very first shipment. Well, that never happened and I've gotten 3 shipments so far. I emailed customer service to ask when I would receive that and was told that it would be shipped "shortly". Weeks later, my package arrived. No Pearly White Case, just an empty velvet bag and empty cardboard tube. WOW. Seriously, they paid money to ship me an empty container, pictured below.
This company is not worth the money. It would be more cost effective to just head to your nearest Sephora or department store and ask for samples and buy what you like.

I have been unsubscribed to scentbird for quite some time now and they are still taking money out of my account! I can't seem to contact any REAL person from this site to tell me as to why they continue to take money out, the system bots that reply to 'help' you are no help.I try to delete my entire account and I can't seem to find out how to do that, or how to find out how to cancel my banking information so they are not billing me anymore. I DO NOT recommend unless you want to be paying payments for something you are not even receiving.

Your cancelation request email does not confirm a cancellation but includes instructions on how to cancel your subscription. You still had to confirm your cancelation request by following the link provided in that email. I love this company let's first talk about the fact that in June and December I can't afford anything extra so what does does Scentbird let me do skip a month so I don't have to cancel my script I can just get the month and keep going I would love that their website is always improving because they really listen to customer feedback and their scent quiz is Right On Target so thank you for allowing me to get designer smells at affordable price plus they refund a little card talking about your scent and where you can buy a big thing of it the only reason I give them four stars and so five is there billing on their app is a little confusing

I have a subscription and I really love your products but it's now the end of September and I still have not received my subscription! And you take the Payment at the end of august. Very disappointing and then there is no place to speak to customer service or they NEVER respond

Having recently spent way too much money on a perfume that turned out to smell far too bad for the cost I was ecstatic to try out Scentbird! The idea of having a monthly sample of designer fragrances delivered to my door each month seemed too good to be true! Instead of paying full price for a scent I might hate, I'm able to wear different scents for as long or as little as I need too (well at least until the sample is gone, which is a 30 day 0.27 oz supply) to decide if I like it or not. When you first sign up you take a scent profile quiz that helps tailor scents to what you might like and then as you try the various scents you can review them and, based on your reviews, Scentbird will make suggestions for you. So far it's been a really fun way for me to try before I buy without feeling that buyers remorse! If I have one complaint, I would say that the shipping times can be a bit long from the time you place your order, to it actually arriving at your door but, other than that I've been very pleased.

I could not afford any of these perfumes ever, so the only time I can wear Burberry or Versace is if I get an opportunity to spray a sample on my self shoppung at Macys, Dillards or Sephora. Scentbirtld sends the most high end fragrances and colognes for just a little over $12 a month. They come in a tube that you put in a sleek looking case! Since these are higher end and more expensive, a little goes a long way so the tubes really do last the entire month, as long as you are spraying it on once in the morning. You are not buying the whole bottle here, which will normally run you at least $100 on the cheaper side of things. You get a new one every month! I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone!
I love having scentbird! You get to try designer perfumes without taking the risk of buying it and not liking it. Scentbird has saved me so much money.

This is a TERRIBLE business.
Their customer service is atrocious. There is no number or chat available, so the only option is through email which takes more than 24 hours to get a response so any issue you have takes LITERALLY days to resolve.
Their website is not user friendly and is over complicated.
Plus it's WAY over priced for the service.

Honestly this really lets you explore scents. You can have up to three a month but have the option to add on as many perfumes as you want. Some months I get my three normally billed and I add on seven! The problem is how fast they seem to sell out of everything that I want. In three hours I've had five scents removed from my que. A big improvement would be to reserve the perfume for the person who's que it's in. You can bet you get charged immediately. But it takes the entire month to get your monthly order. Why? My June order should be to me before July.The website and app are also very spotty. I have written numerous reviews for several scents to have them disappear. This is frustrating as I am in this to find scents that I wanna buy full size. I like to explore my options and when I go back on my thoughts on the perfumes. Only to have to re-wear it rewrite it and it gets old you know. Also add ons are a little bit more expensive than the subscribed - which is backwards from how every other service does this.

My son has had a subscription with scentbord for over a year now but for the past 6 months they have been sending him women's perfume instead of men's cologne like he was signed up for. He has gone on their site and made sure it was set to men's several times. He went in and canceled his subscription after 4 months of not getting what he was paying for. Then he got another perfume the next month and he went and looked and they had charged him again even though he had canceled his subscription. He had to cancel his subscription twice and hopefully this time it will actually cancel.
I signed up through an email a friend sent so we could both receive a free scent. Paid for my first month and 2nd was supposed to be free. Today I was charged for my 2nd month and they literally have no customer service to contact. Or I cannot find it. Still have not even received my first perfume and my friend didn't get a free month either. I'm going to switch to scentbox.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not waste your time and money. They have overcharged me 90 dollars after already signing me up for the 12 dollar a month plan. In total I was charged over 100 dollars just to sign up for PERFUME SAMPLES. I could buy a nice bottle of perfume for that money. Are they mental? Also, there is no customer service number. They think they're too good to have one which is a serious problem. There email sucks - no one responded to my SEVERAL emails asking for immediate help so I can cancel this before anything ships. You know what they did? COMPLETELY ignored my cry for help and instead sent me a confirmation email for the $#*! I don't want. I just want my money back and to never have to deal with these people again. Terrible service, not worth the time and money. Try scentbox - cheaper and they have a fuxking customer service number. I feel one start is too generous. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Hi, the scents ive recieved are not near my oreferences. The quiz is suppose to narrow it dow but i dont think it works. I love shalimar and the original houbigant chantilly. I think youve got a good idea but needs some sort of more sensory definition. I remain hopeful. Thanks, ellen

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
