It has been years since I bought a new perfume brand. I was tired of my old one and did not know where to begin.
I love the sampling. I love the recommendations based on previous picks! I haven't fount the one yet, but I am having so much fun "dating" new perfumes. This is my favorite subscription service. I will be yours too.

Not only do they have the best selection in perfume/ but their Customer Service is amazing! Customer Service is something that has been on the decline over the last 10yrs.

Awesome communication, customer support and great variety of products. Name brands like Acqua di Parma, Versace, etc. All the latest drops and celebrity must haves. The options are affordable and easy to navigate the website. I was able to connect with an agent to fix an error very quickly. Very good service.

I've had a great selection of fragrances. I especially love the card that tells you what your fragrance is made of... allowing you to make better selections for your next shipment. Absolutely love scentbird. You can come closer, just don't bite.!

I like scent bird so far! As someone who does not like to wear the same sent over and over again I think this is a great option. I would like a lot more variety as I have seen that some competitors offer quite a bit more variety without them being premium. I love That they don't just stick to fragrances and offer car sense as well as candles. I'm hoping that we get a lot more deals because the ones that popup don't really appeal to me and a lot more sense because See amount that they offer now i'd be able to buy all the sunset I want in a year and never have to use them again.

I started using Scentbird a few months ago. I fell in love with the idea of not having to go to a department store, being able to sample different fragrances all from my home I love the option to choose what you want and that you can make changes to re-organize which you want to receive when. My only issue is the very long time it seems to take to ship, it takes the money from your account quite a long time before you actually receive the package, and that is confusing and hard to adjust to. Several months I have missed shipping on time because I was not aware that it would be withdrawing the money when it did. Overall though, especially during this pandemic, a great way to try things out and a really nice pick me up every time it arrives. I actually have turned a few people on to it. I love getting packages, these are extra special! I get 3 a month, its great.

I thought they had all kinds of colognes turns out they don't have any but there own generic ones I started a subscription thinking I could try a few but nothing on there list is normal I infact didn't even put anything in my cart and they just sent whatever they wanted and I emailed them immediately and they took 5 days to get back to me and they told me it's already been sent. And it never arrived

It's also possible to review the catalog prior to subscribing in order to make sure that we do carry fragrances of your interest. As a subscriber with Scentbird, you have full control of your queue and what you'll receive in your orders. You absolutely can edit and re-arrange your queue to your needs. Just keep in mind to make queue adjustments before it gets locked for the month. It looks like you didn't fill in your queue in time, so we sent you Fragrance of the Month. Rest assured in such cases we always offer courtesy replacement with a fragrance of your choice. And we also offer free replacements in case if the package was lost or undelivered. I'm pretty satisfied with the sent bird website and the subscription plaything is that I think that they can probably make do with a little bigger vials for their scent when they send them out it's kind of difficult to make them two scents last for the entire month before getting a new one. But other than that I would like them to sell full bottles of certain fragrances that I don't see on the website

I enjoy it very much although it's not enough to last between deliveries at all. Lately deliveries are more than a month sometimes going 45 days. I thought the point was to last from delivery to delivery. I would like to see some Tom Ford. I do enjoy my scentbird just wish things were a little different. I think for 16.95 a month the samples should be bigger. Have a great day

Worst company ever. My subscription was in processing for about a month. So I cancel. Perfume.com is much better. Look it up. I got my friend to sigh up and the same happen to him. Highly don't recommend. Don't waste your money and time.

I love the scents that Scentbird sends to me each month. I like having a variety to choose from, and I haven't had one that I dislike. My only complaint is the case that you receive with the first order. It's cheaply made and honestly pretty embarrassing that the company is okay with sending them out. I went on Amazon and bought some different cases that work just fine. Overall, I'm happy with my monthly subscription.

I have tried to get out of this subscription for the last two months. You cannot reach any one and the several messages I have left have gone unanswered. This is no way to do business. I am not impressed. When I got my first shipment, I was totally unaware of what I had signed up for. Something that was so very sneaky and underhanded. There is no excuse for not answering my questions or for at least not taking time to explain how this works.

I get a bottle of fragrance ever month. It costs about $12 and I can stop or change it as I want.
By getting the bottle I can sample different fragrances without having to buy the full size in stores. I like this better than sniffing several samples in a store. My wife can let me know if she likes it easily.

They have no issue taking your money and not sending products. I have tracking number over a week old but each carrier says they haven't even received shipment. Customer service refuses to respond to my emails. Wouldn't waste your money.

Shipping service takes too long. The product is too small for the price paid and most did not seem strong enough or the same. Confusing ways to cancel service just to annoy it's customers and that alone is not going to keep them. Better.off buying a sample off a marketplace or goto store to smell the original.

I liked the idea of receiving new colognes every month, but for a total of $33 cad i dont think its worth it. The only way to cancel the membership is to email them, but they still havent responded after three attempts. Do not subscribe to scentbird as u wont be able to cancel ur membership.

I grew a fragrance addiction just before the start of the pandemic and needed a way to get samples to test on my skin for a few hours to see how they mix with my body chemistry. I didn't want to keep purchasing from Sephora just to receive a sample of a fragrance so I google searched and saw Scent Bird. I love being able to read the full description of a fragrance, choosing my 3 new scents for the month and opening the package the day it arrives. I have been satisfied with 90% of my choices and will be purchasing the full size bottles of the ones I absolutely love. The other 10% was just me being adventurous and it taught me a lesson to stick to what I know lol.

What a fantastic concept! You can try new fragrances without the commitment of a full size bottle.
The truth is, something may smell amazing on someone else, but just not work with our own body chemistry. So Scentbird took the guess work out and gives us the option of using fragrance before buying the bottle. I have had the pleasure of trying some amazing perfumes I would never have worn. And love them!
This program is so easy to use and for a small fee you can experiment to your hearts content, try fabulous scents and purchase a full size when you find what works best for you.
I just love Scentbird. It may not work for everyone, but it certainly works for me!

I like it so far but they'll kinda trick you. I thought I was getting an extra 2 smells a month but they charged the monthly on top of the promotion costing me about $35 and I think it's gonna be for 3 months. Other than the trickery and maybe more understanding of cost after the monthly membership would make me happy. It was a surprise when I seen the charge.
