Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I was charged an extra 99 dollars for a membership fee from this company. They claimed to have no record of the charge. I gave them a screenshot of the charge also and STILL they claimed they didnt charge me this fee which overdrafted my account! The woman I have been corresponding with stated "our membership is priced at 162.00 not 99.00." Even after I provided her with a screenshot of the charge. Do NOT do business with this company as they will charge you and have no record of the charge and YOU lose YOUR money!

I had requested a two month break from my subscription and got a notification that in three days it would renew. I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription and emailed them asking to cancel February 12. They emailed back the same day saying they needed information and couldn't find my subscription. I then emailed on the 15th with the information after realizing that they charged me. I then received an automated email saying they would get back to me within 36 to 48 hours. I did not get another email until the 17th with the tracking information inside. I did not hear back from an actual person until February 21st. They said they would not refund me because my order is already shipped. So, just be aware that if you want to cancel it may not be in the time frame they promise.

The first few orders were ok though I swear the colognes are watered down. My last 2 shipments are what made me angry as 2 orders ago one if my bottles was half empty and I ate the cost bc it was cheap. My last order I ordered 4 colognes and when they arrived all four bottles were empty and the tops were unscrewed off. The packaging was soaked and the mixed smells were awful together. I paid for basically 4 empty bottles of cologne. I tried finding a customer service number and they don't have one. Then I emailed and no response after waiting the 24 hours the site says to wait. So then I emailed again. 4 days later I recieved an email back stating I have to take pictures of the empty bottles and they will send me a new order when the investigation ends. Ummm scam scam scam! Do not waste your money on this site.

I signed up for my first month and got the discounted rate for a new subscriber of half off. They charged me $9.06 that day, July 26th. The very next day, July 27th, I was charged $16.95! This is supposed to be for the next billing cycle. My profile on their site shows my next billing cycle isn't until August 22nd. So, I've been charged for two months and haven't even had a chance to receive the first product in order to decide if I want to keep the service. When I contacted them (which was hard to find), a bot replied with information on how on how to cancel my service. They did not address the second charge whatsoever. I disputed this transaction and now there's a chargeback pending. This company is irresponsible and shady. Do not use your personal info. Go through PayPal if you're willing to take the risk!

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, I received 4 bottles and everyone smells like the product but the fragrance goes away in minutes, I got the same fragrance samples at Sephora and there is a huge difference in the smell, canceling my subscription now

I have enjoyed scent bird products, website, and selection thus far. My complaint which I have voiced on several occasions has gone unchanged. When you have a subscription, they charge your payment on the 5th of the month. And the product doesn't arrive until the end of the month (23-26th). The processing and shipment time is ridiculously slow.

I'm giving a 2 start review because my 3rd item was returned as undeliverable. I contacted the company and got what I know see are AI responses. They have me a $35 credit only to find out that my order was$38. Then I wrote back again and got a very simular AI message about my May order. They said that it hadn't been shipped due to the fact that I bought one sample that would cost 10 dollars more. I wrote them and asked why they didn't just charge me like it says on the site as I've been watching the order sit in the "preparing for delivery" for 3 weeks. Then they finally changed my card and my May delivery is going to be shipped June 1st but I had paid for it at the beginning of May. Today I placed another order yet although they sent me an email I've still yet to see anything about the order. They seem very unorganized and if this order is not ready to be in process by tomorrow I'm going to cancel my subscription.

To compensate for the inconvenience, Agent Umar added a $35 credit to your account, which is equivalent to the base price of a Flash Sale package. First of all, I mistakenly subscribed my aunt to scentbird instead of scentbox! Next thing I know, I have nearly 5 separate charges on my account! Save your money. Its just not that great. They give you this little vile of perfume that is suppose to last a month. It doesn't. I don't even use them everyday and it still doesn't last. It takes FOREVER to receive them, that is the biggest complaint I have! They bill you on the 2nd but i don't see my order until close to the 28th or 29th of the month. Kind of ridiculous. The ONLY pro I'll give is that its super convenient, its small enough to take on the go in any purse i have. And they do have a wide selection but still not a lot of mainstream brands like coach. I'm probably going to cancel soon. Like i said, not really worth it.

This is the worst created website ever! I went to check some perfumes and to see how it worked and the website is set up to basically get you in and get you stuck in this club! Whoever created this website should be fired! It is impossible to navigate through the website all these pop-ups come up and it won't let you search perfumes I was trying to search for a perfume to see if I even wanted to be in the club I would type in the name of some thing, and it was still just bring me to the perfumes they wanted me to have!? Seriously WTF worst website ever so basically they lost business with me and I'm sure hundreds of other people because you can't make it past the first part of the website it's impossible horrible

They sent a woman's fragrance to me (I'm a guy) that had nothing to do with a) my gender and b) my scent preferences. The fragrance preference questionnaire was pointless, as I received a feminine, pungent and cheap smelling perfume. When I complained, I received a generic apology saying it was a shame I didn't like the fragrance (ignoring the fact that they sent a female perfume to a guy) and a pathetic offer of a 'one-time, nonrefundable, non-premium fragrance' as a replacement. I wasn't expecting much, but this was lame - I asked for a refund, instead and was denied. Cancelled membership immediately - not a good experience at all.
Oh and if this DOES work for you - they send a LOT of fragrance in this 'trial.' I would rather receive smaller volumes of fragrance and more of them, than a lot of a single, monthly fragrance. (There are like 120 uses in each bottle.) That was my misunderstanding - I thought you could try multiple (or at least more than one) each month.

The bottle I received had some kind of bug in it. I wouldn't really have a problem if I saw an attempt to make this gross situation better. But they provide no email or phone number as contact info. Only a help forum which states a less than 24 h response time. After 3 submissions in the last week with no response id like to say this is bs. Thanks scent bird for this gross and useless scent... id love to see the packaging facilities.

I started my subscription on March 31st. According to the site the first scent is supposed to ship in a few days. It's been almost 2 weeks. I also ordered a second scent as a stand alone and that was supposed to ship in 5 days. I emailed the company and they said they haven't shipped and will send me tracking numbers as soon as it does. No explanation why or anything. I got a free scent from signing up after a friend recommended it. After I see that has shipped I'm canceling and going with scentbox instead.
UPDATE: After emailing them several times to find out what happened to my order I ended up canceling before it was time to get my free month from using my friends referral. This company sucks. They claim to be moving and that's why stuff is delayed. They've been claiming this for over a year. How long are you people going to milk that one? Like I said in the title, worst subscription company ever! I ended up going with scentbox and they have been on the ball every time.

I received my first order and I was very excited because I picked the scent very carefully. Upon getting my perfume I thought that it smelled completely different than what I'm used to. I never remembered the scent smelling so light. 30 minutes after putting it on I no longer smelled it. My nose wasn't used to the scent as to this being the 1st time using it! I canceled immediately after getting the 1st shipment. A few days before the next billing cycle you already know they hit my credit card right? Email stated that this email address isn't the address I subscribed with yet still took my money again! Buyer Beware!

The site lacks a canceling subscription feature you have to email the support email to get the authorization which makes the process of opting harder than joining the subscription. I am certain there's a law that prohibits this.

I ordered one month as a trial and was not happy with it. It took a long time to ship and when I finally got it another month was due in a few days. When I saw what they chose for me, I canceled on their website following the instructions in the FAQ. When I went back to check, there was no link any more to cancel but then they still billed me for the next month and I asked for a refund before it shipped and they were not helpful. On top of that, customer service is a joke. All the reps are condescending and very rude. I can't believe a company lets their CS reps operate like this. Don't waste your money. Go to Sephora and get a small sample for FREE if you want to sample fragrances. TOTAL SCAMMERS. No wonder they have an F rating at the BBB and thousands of complaints. They are doing something very wrong.
