Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!

I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

Not bad for the price and quality. I just wish the shipping was faster... its the end of November and I still have not gotten my order. Partly my fault but it hasn't even shipped yet.

I was very excited to finally subscribe to this monthly service as I don't really get the chance to sample new fragrances as they as soooo expensive but I was ONLY 2 months into my service when I received a small tube of Scentbird brand lotion and although it has a nice fragrance it is NOT something that I wanted let alone thought was worth the $18 plus change that I paid for it...I noticed that this month is a candle? I REALLY just want NEW fragrances and that alone...not interested in ANYTHING Scentbird brand or ANYTHING but fragrance...the 2 scents that I did receive were AMAZING but please just stick to those!

Did not like it products. Scent didn't last. Both my daughter and I used the perfumes and she said the same thing. We were both very disappointed about products.

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM SCENTBIRD.COM! I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE FOR MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STATED THAT I SETUP TWO MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS. I TOLD THEM I DID NOT! I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT. THEY TREATED ME AS THOUGH I WAS LYING! WHY WOULD I SETUP TWO ACCOUNTS FOR MYSELF IF I'M ALREADY PAYING FOR ONE? I BATTLED FOR THREE DAYS WITH SCENTBIRD.COM TO RETURN MY MONEY TO ME! THEY WANTED ME TO SHIP THE UNOPENED PACKAGE TO THEM AND PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND ME MY MONEY! UNEXCEPTABLE! THAT'S MORE MONEY COMING OUT OF MY POCKET! WHEN I NEVER EVEN SETUP A SECOND ACCOUNT! EXPLAINED THIS TO SCENTBIRD THEY STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY! Overall I think that scentbird is a great website to purchase perfume, it's a lot of people that can't afford the expensive perfume but like to smell good for a cheaper price.

Scentbird has made it SO easy to Try out so many new fragrances or ones you haven't tried before. It's inexpensive and you get to. Choose what fragrances you want each month!

It is hard to choose a fragrance by the description online, and to guess if it will work on your body chemistry. The cost of $15.95 a vial is a great buy if you love the perfume, but a waste of money if you can't wear it.
The case costs $10 a month extra, and the new vials are hard to use without it. The new vials tend to leak more easily than the old ones too. I do my best to choose ones I think I will love, but end up giving away or throwing away most of them. When you find one you love it is great, but you can't reorder the same one again. The whole purpose of this is to try lots of different perfumes. But if your body chemistry is not compatible with them, it is a way to spend money on things you can't use. But when you find one you really love, you have a few weeks of enjoying it, but can't reorder it again. The purpose is to keep you trying new ones every month. If you are not willing to waste some money on things you don't like, to find one you do, this is not for you. It is a fun thing when you find a good one, and you get to indulge in a perfume you would probably never buy, for a month or so. I have found I am allergic to some of them too, but there is no guarantee or replacement if you can't wear it. I just pass it along to someone else. I don't smoke or drink, so it is my indulgence each month, and when I find one I really love, it is fun to wear a designer fragrance for a while.

Tip for consumers:
If you are willing to spend the money each month on a total risk that you might like or be able to wear a perfume, this is for you. If you are not willing to waste money each month on something you may hate or be unable to wear - don't do it. Start with one or two cases, and just get vials. Switch them out. Don't carry an uncased vial - ever - in your purse. No guarantees , returns, or exchanges - know that in advance. This is a not a sure thing, but sometimes it is really a great fragrance

Products used:
I have a monthly membership to the perfume vials, and I get to use their list online to choose the ones I want for each month. I also have to buy the cases to use with them, because they are not easily used without a case.

I've been receiving fragrances from scentbird for quite a few months and I can tell you they never disappoint I'm always looking forward to my scentbird packages and I would recommend them anytime if I could give 10 stars I would I love them and I'm sure you would too ……. DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A TRY YOULL BE HOOKED!

I love treating myself with perfumes. My problem is that I have a hard time deciding/committing to a full size fragrance. This is a perfect way to try for a solid month before buying a whole bottle.

After my first order I cancelled the subscription because a month passed and not one unit came. It was impossible to reach them and not one email received. When I cancel i ask for refund to find out they do not refund at all. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL. IF YOU SIGN UP YOU HAVE JUST BECOME A DONOR TO THEM.
