Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

Have to jump thru hoops just to cancel your subscription to scent bird. Been waiting and paying for 2 months and still won't cancel my account.

I really think Scentbird is the perfect subcribtion site for anyone looking to try out different perfumes, they have a budget for everyone as far as getting a scent every 2 or 3 months, doesn't just have to be monthly, so far I have loved every scent I have chosen but I do really take the time to read about the scent and reviews also I base it off other scents I own or have liked before. Recently when I upgraded to 2 items a month I was charged immediately which I thought would happened the following month since I had already paid for the month I was in but thankfully when I contacted Scentbird they let me know that for the next month I obviously wouldn't be charged again and they were very helpful, professional and kind about the situation, they contacted me within 2 hours of sending an email which I was actually shocked so I really do think they appreciate and care their customers and concerns, I will definitely be ordering from Scentbird as long as they keep having amazing scents which I'm sure will never be a problem

If you are picky, make sure you read read read.. everything, all about the scent and other peoples reviews and I haven't been disappointed once and am so excited for my new scents to come each month

Honestly, I love this concept. They have an awesome selection of colognes that you can put in your queue. There are just a few major issues with the delivery of the product.
1. They will charge your card at the beginning of the month however don't expect it to arrive anytime soon. Usually they deliver it at the end of the month they charge you. ( I was charged at the beginning of September 2020 and still have no received a delivery date or tracking information) the same thing happened last month. When you email support (their only source of contact) no one will respond. Or it takes a week for them to do so. So you're basically hoping that they stay true and deliver your product. I don't like that kind of chance especially when I am already taking a chance buying a product I may not even like.
2. They are constantly running out of product. So just because you put a cologne in your queue doesn't mean you're going to get it. This means you CONSTANTLY have to check the app especially a week before they process your payment to make sure there are no surprises. This is disappointing because you probably won't get the selection you want but they do have a lot of other nice items. Just make sure you load up your queue a few months out otherwise you'll get a random nasty one I'm sure.
3. They use DHL for shipping which is known to cause problems or major delays.
Overall I am sad that I'll be canceling my membership because there are just too many unknowns with the logistics of this company and will try one of their competitors. I've seen so many reviews about the cancellation process where even though you cancel they still charge your card every month so I will update the review on the canceatiom process.

I was super excited when I first started my membership! I selected my first pick for my subscription, and when I got it I was a little disappointed. $16 a month for such a small vial of perfume? After a while I did realize it won't be used up all too quickly so I update my subscription to every three months. I got an email to notify and confirm my subscription change. I went in and ordered some samplers a few weeks later. It took 3 weeks for me to receive them. It says online estimated 7 to 10 business days before shipping, after 15 business days I contacted support, they didn't response for a week, after it was shipped and delivered, to tell me they're not sure what I mean about my order not shipping because they can see it was delivered. I was peeved but no big deal, I got me order. A few weeks later, about a month from first subscription, I get an email from PayPal that I was charged. I go on to see that my subscription was reset back to monthly. Funny thing is I never got an email about this change. I was having car troubles at the time so it was not a good time for me. I was also extremely frustrated that I my subscription was changed without my knowledge. I contacted support asking to cancel the order, it hadn't shipped yet. And put a ticket in with paypal. I actually got someone from support saying that since the order was placed and there was nothing they could do except cancel my subscription. I showed this to PayPal and they essentially said I was screwed because I agreed to a subscription service I pre-authorized the purchases. This was very disheartening to know they scr*wed me, and it was my fault. I got an email to review a delivery and for some reason I clicked the link to see my account was flagged and locked for fraudulent activity. Since I reached out to PayPal over this they locked my account and I'm not allowed access to the site at all. Literally don't even bother with these guys, yes the perfume smells great, but their shady actions and horrendous customer service really takes away from the whole experience.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. I really enjoy the perfumes, but the service is awful. I've found better sites offering better deals and more selections.

Please make sure any changes to your account are submitted at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled billing date. This ensures the changes apply to the upcoming billing cycle, and not the next. The same day, you upgraded your plan from 1 product to 2 products plan. The changes apply instantly, that's why you were charged on the spot for your upcoming order. This meant that you wouldn't be charged for the next 2 months. You were charged on February 12th for your February order and it was marked as delivered on February 17th. You initiated a chargeback on your February charge, which meant that the funds were subsequently frozen while the investigation was conducted. That's why our system automatically canceled your account to avoid any unwanted future billing. This is a great subscription because you get to try new scents and you can still buy full sizes. I have enjoyed most of the scents I have received.
