Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I thought scentbird was absolutely great until I went to cancel my service. There is no option to do it on the website, you have to email them directly. They emailed me back and said it was cancelled.
A month later, I still received the monthly package from them! So I emailed them again, trying to get it cancelled and refund the package. After some back and forth, they essentially told me that they would not cancel the service until three months out. I don't want three more months of charges/packages, I wanted it to stop a month ago! They would not give me a refund and would not cancel until three months out, they just told me that their service would pick scents that I would like based on past preferences.
I am thoroughly annoyed with this company.

I opened the subscription last year to buy a cologne for my husband, then promptly closed my subscription. This year for Christmas I reopened the subscription and went to rebuy the same cologne (Fierce). However, this year it was not in stock. So I went to close the subscription and it wouldn't let me! I was already roped in and had to take whatever weird perfume they wanted to send. I got some awful dirty coconut perfume. I wrote to them to try and stop the shipment, or at least send something better, but they said it couldn't be changed. So I figured I'd send it back once I got here, but they're not allowing that either. There's no returns / refunds at all! This company is awful.
Tip for consumers:
They'll send you what they want to from your "likes" list. So make 100% sure it's something you're going to want not just saving to look at later or whatever.

I enjoy the scents that I have been receiving from scentbird. Its personalized for my own scent choice & if I want to change my choices, I can always go back & change it before it ships it out. Very informative when it comes to shipping, it tells you in a email when it's packaged & when its delivered, one thing I would change on it's how long it takes for me to get the item, but other then that I enjoy the products it sends me & hope to keep using it in the near future.

I signed up for 2 months, but due to some budget cutting, I stopped my subscription and cancelled my account. 6 months later, they start charging my credit card. I have reached out on their email and on their facebook (they don't have a phone number to call). And not one person has helped me. This is ridiculous. Do not sign up for this unless you want your card used without your permission. I'm going to have to call my credit card company to try to get the charge reversed and change the credit card number so they can't continue to do this... so unfair...

I treated myself to a subscription. Since I had kids I stopped buying real perfume and when I seen this I said Im going to treat myself. I love trying out different scents. It's the perfect size to use for about a month.

What can I say that hasn't already been said by others? They overcharge, hit my credit card twice for the same month, the fragrance is crappy quality and the authenticity is questionable.
I did manage to get a phone number to call after daily multiple emails to them demanding a refund and to be canceled. I was told that I would not get a refund, but as a consolation, I would get issued a "free" perfume. I still have not seen this arrive in my mail and don't expect to.
I was assured that my subscription was canceled and as of today, I have not seen any new charges. So hopefully this ordeal is over and I am a but broker, but wiser for it.

I ordered from them and they never sent the product. They charged my card twice and when I reach out to the company they keep saying they can't find my account. They asked for screenshots and information I used and they still won't help. I literally just got scammed. Now I have to have the bank lock any withdrawals from this company because they claim they can't find a subscription but they are clearly taking my money. I'm so upset. Be careful you guys these company's are stealing from us! Or maybe just me but I have all the proof and they still won't help me.

The selection of scents is good, the service works well and as described. But there are CONSTANT and REPEATED attempts to get you to upgrade your account. Sometimes they have to pull a product from your queue because it has sold out, which feels like another attempt to get you to buy more perfumes now, cause supplies are limited. I like the reviews that help you find scents to try. Wish the app were more searchable by attributes.

The perfumes are nice. I don't like how much each of the cases cost in addition to the perfume. I also am not a fan of being billed on the third for a product I don't receive until the last week of the month. The perfumes are as described and I do like having lots of options.

Love Scent Bird. They have a very nice collection of fragrances and add new ones all the time. It is really reasonable and you get to pick what you like. If you're like me and like to have many scents, this is for you. I have discovered several new fragrances, that I would not have tried if not for Scent Bird.

I ordered this at the advertised price but only found out from my bank they charded me in USD. Also the shipping time is estimated at 21 days and I live in a major city. In this day and age that is a ridiculously long time for delivery especially after paying like $8 for delivery and it being a tiny object.

I do like the fact that they have some great parfums like for example Amouage.
The bottles could be a bit larger. They are supposed to last a month; but, I use about six-ten sprays a day and at that rate, it doesn't last too long.
I dislike the fact that when I first joined they sent my order almost right away, at least during the first week of the month. Now that I am a regular subscriber, they don't care. I am receiving my bottles always at the end of the month which is deceiving because I use them for the following month. Why is it that's once we are regular subscribers you guys do not care any longer?

It's so nice getting a different fragrance ever month. I get to try a new high price fragrances ever month, without paying the high price. I also love the different color dispensers you can get to carry your scentbird in... they are so compact you can carry more than one with you at a time.

I really enjoyed the first fragrance I received and after that my queue would change without notifying me, then I would receive scents I did not choose. And there is no customer service that is responding to me to address my dissatisfaction with this. Three months now I have gotten fragrances I didn't choose. I'm disappointed of waiting for other people to get my choices first and then I get left with something random I don't like. Like the idea. Unhappy with the availability;(

I have tried to cancel my service twice and the first time I was told it would cost me $39.00 to cancel and second time I was told it would cost me $37.00 I was going to cancel because I am on a fixed income and money is tight right now. And if I can not afford $16.95 a month right now I can't afford $37.00. I have been getting scentbird for over 2 years and I was only going too cancel temporarily so I could get control of my finances. But if it is this hard to cancel I am not sure I want it to be temporary. When I first signed up it said cancel anytime it didn't say anything about paying too cancel. So how do I cancel with out paying $37.00?

I have just finally received my second scentbird vial, spritzed my normal places once... twice... sprayed a piece of paper and decided that I should check blogs to see if this perfume is legit. The first month I tried my perfume I noticed the scent quickly faded; I asked several people to smell me soon after I spritzed, LOL, and they smelled nothing. I also noticed that shaking the vial was necessary to even get an initial scent. I was trying to be positive, but two months of expensive perfume that I smelled in the store ahead of time is making me question quality. I know oil based perfume last longer so maybe it's my choice of perfumes that are lacking, but I doubt it. This experience is making me not want to actually buy these perfumes that I thought I liked and I'm not sure if I should jugde from this experience. Has anyone else experienced something like this or am I alone?! Please help, I want to stay positive.

They charged my husband's account for months before I realized that he was still paying for this $#*!ty subscription. I never received the product they were billing me for and when I asked if they could refund me my money they refused as well as refused to send out the product I payed for and never got. They find any excuse to take your money and not have to give you the product. I hope this company is shut down soon. It seems like there is a lot of us on the same boat with this fraudulent buisness.

Wish it was easier to Like and Dislike scents I've already tried (I already know I like Calvin Klein Eternity) - something diagnostic for people who already know what they do and don't like when they come here for the first time.
More clean and vegan brands please! I love the Sanctuary series.
In the quiz add an option for someone to be both masculine and feminine or neither (ex. Masculine; Feminine; I like both; Somewhere in between)

I have tried to cancel my subscription but have been having the worst time trying to cancel my subscription. Your site proclaims how easy it is to cancel but I think it's the worst. I have sent emails several times but nothing is getting done. Sorry but your company needs to do better with that system.

I am over the moon with Scentbird. I have collected over 40 name brand perfumes (ie. Prada, Juicy Couture, Cartier, Versace, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana and Michael Kors, etc.) I could not afford my wonderful collection of scents without Scentbird. I now have the opportunity to sample all of my favorite perfumes prior to purchasing a larger bottle. Also, I love the vibrant colored cases that Scentbird offers. The only con is I wish Scentbird would use Fedex or UPS for shipping vs USPS. USPS is not reliable they have already loss one of my packages.

For the most part, I love most of the scents i've received. However, the delivery has NOT been so good. I have not received my order for September and October is this Thursday. I'm very close to canceling my subscription. This company needs to get their delivery process together or close shop. Also, you probably need to find another company besides DHL becasue they don't deliver when they say they delivered.
