Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
My experience hasn't been the best but not the worst. Delivery takes forever. I don't receive my order till the end of the month. I received a men's fragrance. A lot of the perfumes I wanted are not available. I have received 3 orders one was for men, liked one and disliked the last one.

The concept of the website is awesome to bad they cant get it right. If they don't have the perfume in your queue they just don't send you anything that month instead of going to the next scent in your queue or sending you an email, so you can go months without getting anything or they send you there fragrance of the month what they choose when they choose. The last fragrance I received was not put together correct and when I opened it and went to put it in the bottle the top came off and spilled on my rug. They have yet to respond to my emails. Cancelled that subscription.

I was able to get a great variety of fragrances quickly. They have popular known fragrances, I was able to get Versace eros, creed aventus, dolce Gabbana light blue, Burberry brit in only 2 months. Great deal.
Tip for consumers:
If you get the monthly subscription you can pause it at any time. (I have paused my subscription with no problems)

I ordered from them in October for the first time. Its been 3-4 weeks and they haven't shipped anything. The website says "Proccessing" but they already charged me. They have absolutely zero customer service. I can't find a way to contact someone anywhere. DO NOT BUY SCENTBIRD.

I used a discount code from a YouTuber for 3 fragrances for 8 dollars. When I went to use it that was not the actual deal so I cancelled right then. I explained this same thing and got refund the 8 dollars. I have Rocket Money that shows your bills and recurring charges. Scentbird charged me 17 dollars just for this month when I cancelled months ago. I still have the email when talked to them. I've been trying to get my money back for 4 days.

Not impressed at all. I started a subscription and then after reviewing my bank statements, realized within thirty minutes of buying that subscription that it would not be something I could afford at the time. I sent them an email requesting cancellation of my subscription, as their website was unhelpful in how to cancel it myself. They cancelled it, but have yet to refund me, despite me requesting the refund within thirty minutes of starting the subscription. I hadn't even picked out the perfumes I wanted, so I do not even know if I paid $12.58 for nothing. I emailed them twice and haven't gotten a response back. I haven't requested any perfumes for the subscription and they haven't shipped anything out, so there is no reason not to refund me. Very unprofessional and unimpressed. I no longer recommend this brand.

The thought of trying out new perfumes was great until you want to cancel your subscription that is. I wasn't getting any perfumes I liked so I wanted to cancel. I sent 3 support emails and finally got an auto response on the 3rd. That was a week ago and I've sent 2 follow up emails and STILL have not heard anything. I want to cancel me account! They have the absolute worst customer service ever.

I like the perfume, but the shipment takes too long! The cost is a little steep also. I don't like for the money to be taken automatically out of my account either. I just want to purchase when I want not for it to be taken out of my account.

I got sent bird in October oh, I was really excited. But once I paid they lost my package oh, it was also extremely late. They took my money for November and December and January. But only sent my package for December. They kept sending me email apologies but never sent my package never sent my refund either. So today I get an email and then they say they sent me a refund what is a lie because they never sent it they never sent my package they take my money and never gave me my refund. Do not buy from them they are full of crap!

I have been a scentbird member for about two years and honestly the idea and price isnt bad. What is so frustrating is there isnt a contact number so the last perfume that came my way one of the bottles was defective. Trying to get a hold of someone to let them know and get it replaced in a timely manner isnt easy and I still dont have the issues resolved. I will be canceling my membership!

I had scentbird for 2 months after the second shipment I emailed the cancel my subscription email to cancel. Got billed the next emailed then again. Still didn't cancel it took me 6-7 times emailing them pretty much begging them to cancel my subscription and got 3 months after the first time asking of perfume that I didn't want before they finally canceled my subscription. I don't understand why they don't have a link to cancel in your account like every other subscription service I have ever got or get!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check daily to see if they canceled your subscription if not email them every day!! Or it won’t get canceled

Scentbird offers larger samples than any other subscription fragrance box I've seen, with quality, designer brands. I also recently needed help from customer service. They were prompt and quickly resolved my issue. Highly recommend.

I ordered with Scentbird on April 20th. The website states 10 days after submitting order you should receive items. On the app it shows my order still as "processing" as on May 9th. They still haven't shipped my order. When I message customer service I get generic computer replies with no real help to help me cancel my order or get a refund. Be ready to deal with horrible/inconsistent shipping and practically no customer service help

I have unsubscribed from their service three times and six months in between each one, I have no idea why I keep coming back thinking that they might be different I guess it's the same old crap bad customer service shipping takes forever and I'm done with it

The perfum selections I got overall werent great. I paid 16 for one sample per month, only liked maybe 1 of them, and tried canceling to cut back on subscriptions and because it overall wasnt worth it, just to find out that you cant just click a button and cancel. You have to email the support team, and hope they respond before the next monthly charge. This is absolutely ridiculous and its obviously designed this way to keep getting money from you. Absolutely sh*t service. Dont bother.

I subscribed to Scentbird on June 14,2019. I signed up for the 2 perfumes a month & my account was debited for $22.75. It is now June 27th & still my order hasn't shipped. I have since cancelled my subscription & I expect a full refund for the money I was charged for items I never received. I don't understand how there isn't a number customers can call for help. I have emailed Scentbird & if I don't receive a response back within 24 hours I am contacting my bank for assistance.

They charged me MORE for 8ml of the product than I could buy 100ml bottle for, some Pink Sugar pharmacy perfume. As in this perfume in stores is 25cents per mL, they're charging $3.25… criminal at this point. I haven't enjoyed any of the scents and am being charged over $30CAD monthly for them, regret signing up completely. What a waste.

With us, you receive 0.27oz vials priced at $16.95 USD. In contrast, most rollerballs start at $26 USD for a 0.25oz bottle depending on the brand. At 0.27 ounces, our vials are roughly the equivalent of 7.5 of those little samples so with us you get more to try out for a whole month. These products are very high priced get it for cheaper and also smell fresh with multiple options to choose from I'm sure you will find the right fit! Always use the guide to help you find sents that you would like. I would reccomend onoy using one pump per day to last you a full 30 days.

The company Scentbird offers an approx $16CAD month plan for a perfume vile of your choice for that month. Consistently now I have been charged 33$ a month for no entire reason and am sent a case that I never wanted and never subscribe to. This is fraudulent and Scentbird will charge you whatever they want and make you pay for their. 50cent cheap cases when it says no where that on top of the perfume you must also get a case. I've emailed multiple times to try to resolve the issue but haven't gotten a human response. The only response I received to expressing my concerns about being charged 66$ in two months by Scentbird was an email detailing how I'm able to cancel my account. I feel like I have been scammed
