Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
Money was taken off my card for scentbird the beginning of November for the month of October, the scent that I selected was in my quest for over two weeks. I sent out a number of emails trying to see what the issue was, which no one really informed me on what the issue was until I dmed someone on Instagram. Then I was informed my order wasn't sent because they ran out of the perfume that I selected but instead of just moving on to a different scent that I did select they opt not to send it. Now when I wake up this morning to see what was going on I have nothing being processed for the month of October nor being sent out to me but I was charged for it. This is very dissatisfying and what makes it even more upsetting is that there's no one to talk to you just got to hope that they keep up with sending emails and hope they address your issue... this is very disappointing especially when you look forward to getting your perfumes for the month

I have asked them 2 times to cancel my subscription and I have seen NO RESPONSE. I looked at the cancellation instructions, but it instructs me to click the "cancel my subscription" button under the "subscription status" page. That cancel button does not exist.

I started my subscription with Scentbird about 6 months ago and I really love the products offered by Scentbird. If you are interested in trying different fragrances before investing in the full sized product this is a great way to go. If you'[re anything like me, I get tired of fragrances after a while so, by subscribing to Scentbird I get sufficient amount of product enough for one month (if used daily) while trying multiple fragrances per month. It's the most affordable way to try prestige fragrance brands. My favorites have been brands like Cartier, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Caroline Herrera, Dior and Michael Kors. I like that I can choose to get 1,2 or 3 fragrances per month and I can skip or hold any time. You are probably wondering if I love it wo much why on 4/5 stars? Scentbird does not sent the fragrance holder (container that holds the vials) with every fragrance as some of the other fragrance companies and also they do not take returns if you don't like the fragrance where there are good companies that do. Other than that I would recommend Scentbird if you are a perfume lover.

I had a monthly subscription with Scentbird for 5 months and had problems the entire time. I started in June and didnt get August's shipment until September and i never got my order for September but was still charged. They do not have live people you can talk to so fixing any issues are impossible. I didnt get my order ory money back, and then was still charged for October after i canceled. Also i changed my shipping address and only had one shippomg address on file but they still sent my order to my old address..

If you dont care about speding your hard earned money and possible getting nothing then go for it.

I canceled my subscription in september of 2022 I have been or at least i thought i did, I also blocked the company from charging my debit card. I canceled my membership because i GENUINELY cannot afford it anymore. It turns out even after emailing my cancellation they still decided to charge me 30 dollars and send me products i would not like to receive. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times and have gotten a response one time.

I have had two female fragrances without knowing. They don't refund you or answer so I don't like that about this company. But their scents for men rock. Great product almost amazing.

I'm really dissatisfied as I thought this was going to be a great way to really test the product. HOWEVER after spraying more than enough, after an hour no one can smell it. I've had some luxury brand cologne before and this is not satisfactory. SCENT BIRD DO BETTER!

Auto charges your credit card upon signing up prior to even deciding if you'd like anything from their extremely limited catalogue. And when trying to unsubscribe, the website coincidentally became unresponsive on any browser or devise that I used, simply looping me back to the 'unscubscribe' option.
Not to mention their price/ml is an absolute ripoff. These morons will sell you 8ml of Nautica Voyage for $15 with a straight face, while you can buy a 100ml bottle for a few dollars more at any department store. Absolute trash company run by unscrupulous, opportunistic cretins who can't even be bothered to put a half-decently functioning website together for their scam.

Don't give these scammers your money. Their entire business model is centered around people signing up with their credit card information, and being auto charged for a month before realizing how horrible their catalogue is in terms of price/ml.

I recall cancelling Scentbird back in the summer. Then in December, SURPRISE! I cancelled due to their deceptive marketing. Yes, you CAN get premium perfumes for FIVE extra dollars, but you don't find that out til later. Then, to top it off they had the nerve to send me Eau De Toilette instead of the perfume I THOUGHT I was getting. I am done with them, and I cancelled AGAIN, taking a screenshot as proof. Because if I see another charge from Scentbird, I WILL be pressing some charges of my own.

Charging way to much for the same products 100% real and authentic procducts out in certain stores. 89 oz is nothing, for $35 not inculding once a month "subcription" has 20ozs of pure 100% juice, scamming people using youtube to advertise their products.

I love monthly subscription sites, especially something like this that provides small samples of (expensive) perfumes so you can try it before you decide to spend hundreds of dollars on the full size. The site does give good descriptions and I've loved all the perfumes I received. However, life happens and sometimes certain monthly purchases must be sacrificed. I needed to cancel my subscription, so I contacted Scentbird support (side note - it's absolutely ridiculous that you can't just cancel your subscription and have to email 10 different people). I contacted them 2 weeks before my next billing cycle. I got an email back that I could expect to hear back from their "scent fairies" within 36-48 hours. Well, it's been over a week now, and radio silence. I've sent a follow-up email and still nothing. Never again will I be giving a cent to this stupid company that doesn't respect its customers' time or money. It seems, however, that they will still be getting my money since I haven't been able to cancel my subscription still. Save yourself the headache and never involve yourself with scentbird unless you plan to keep your subscription forever.

They have a good selection of full- and partial-size perfumes. But do not get a subscription to the site if you ever plan to cancel it because it will be a huge headache.

The idea of receiving perfume monthly is a great way to experience different fragrances. However, I collected so much perfume, there was no way I could use it all. So I decided to cancel my subscription. I tell you this, there is no way you can cancel. There no way to talk to a live person,.and when you use the chat box, that's so frustrating. No matter what question you ask, the same reply is repeated. I wish I would have read the reviews before enrolling with this company. I wish I would have checked the BBB before enrolling with this company. Their score is a "D". If you thinking about joining Scentbird, think twice. To cancel the instructions says to Go to the Scentbird website.

So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my subscription through scentbird.com. I do wish for the $15 a month you could select 2 fragrances at a time. Esp if you pay $5 addtional dollars for a delux scent you should be given a 2nd option. Thats just my personal feelings. I also feel the time between billing and shipping is extremely long. I understand the company is at the mercy of the shipping company but maybe ship right after billing instead of making customers wait 2-3 week after theyve paid. I will say thanks to scentbird I have found my signature scent that I ordered a full size bottle of for my birthday. Juliette has a gun not a perfume is a strange name for a fragrance but it is now my favorite and I have scentbird to thank for that.

Don't buy from them because the cologne doesn't last long if you purchase make sure to purchase eau de parfum not eau de toilette it will stay in your clothes longer you'll thank me later

The fragrance selection is very mid-tier and not a lot to choose from. You can find many of their brands at JCPenny. Dior, Mancera, Valentino, Jean Paul Gaultier, Armani, Azzaro and Yves Saint Laurent are just a few of the brands they don't even carry. The shipping is absolutely awful. I had my last shipment sent on 3/23/23 and on 3/31/23, it's still at the USPS via DHL in a different state. I quit and went with scentbox.com instead. WAY better selection for the same price and much better, much faster shipping.
