Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I had blind-subscribed based on an article I read on a trusted blog, maybe foolishly. The website functions well, with plenty of information about each scent and good recommendation tools. Once I had my order together (I opted for a scent and a face cream), it took a while for it to ship - maybe 5 or so days. Within their guidelines. After it had shipped, the delivery date came and went. When I saw that it had yet to be delivered, I chose that as a good time to actually research this company.
Anyone who's gotten to this site has likely already seen the BBB rating, and a few other website ratings site. I got nervous, and reached out to their customer service. I received a response right away, who assured me that, if the package was lost in the mail, they would replace it. The next day, when it had yet to be updated still, they reached back out to me to let me know they had sent in the replacement order.
I received that order a few days later, and I couldn't be more pleased with the contents. The fragrance was definitely genuine and not old, and the face cream was larger than I expected. Many thanks to their customer service agent, Pat G., who made sure I was taken care of, and who re-assured me as to the legitimacy of this company. Pat calmed any fears I had about keeping my subscription active, and now I can't wait for April 2020 to come in the mail.

A little expensive considering the brands you have, the ones you're missing and the ones you're slowly taking away. Find myself running out of options to order.

I joined Scentbird in Oct 2018. They sent me that shipment and that's it... Yet they continue to charge my Paypal acct monthly. I have filed claims with the FTC and Paypal... DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, IT IS A SCAM. They don't have a phone number and they do not respond to emails.

I signed up via Sweatcoin which never asked for an email address or password creation. But my email address is associated with my Sweatcoin and should have been on record. I have never been able to sign into my account since I chose fragrances. I received the November fragrance but when I try to sign in, it just creates a new account.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SCENTBIRD. THEY CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE DEMAND, or worse, THEY DO NOT CARE THAT THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I love the idea of trying before I buy and actually getting enough of it to try longer than one squirt, it actually gives you a chance to get the smell of a scent over time.
