Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I signed up for subscription first fragrance never arrived it's been over 30 days they have no customer service nobody responds to emails and they have no phone number it's literally impossible to get in contact with them then they charge me again for the next month when I didn't even receive the first month I went ahead and cancelled service is terrible

I joined because I am very sensitive to certain orders. I thought this would be a good way to try some scents without purchasing an entire bottle of perfume. However, after getting three different samples I have developed migraines with all of them.
I decided maybe this just isn't going to work for me. I have tried to cancel my subscription three times now and got nowhere. I can't get through to a live person to stop this. I submitted an email and they responded that someone will be in contact. Still waiting. Meanwhile, I was charges yet again. I feel trapped. Help!

This is a great subscription to either find your signature fragrance or to keep it always fresh. Everyone I know always knows me for having cologne on and it was always my dads. When he started to catch on I had to stop but people started to ask where my cologne was. After hearing about scent bird on Facebook years ago I wanted to try it but a recent YouTube ad reminded me of it so I joined immediately and it has been one of the best decisions on my life now I get questions like, "which one do you have on this month? Because I like it"

I tried scentbird to support one of my favorite podcasts and it was a complete waste of time and money. After waiting over two weeks for my first months supply (which is about the size you would get for free from any department store) I opened my package to find over half of the tiny bottle broken and spilled within the envelope. And the fancy sprayer, that seems to be their main marketing point, was already flaking and falling apart. I paid the trail price of $9 but I can not believe that people actually pay $15 dollars a month for this subscription. They already have a very limited selection and from what I've gotten, you're only going to get half of what you pay for.

I like the ability to try different parfum without having to buy full size. I can select any fragrance available in scentbird website. It is easy to manage the subscription as well - I can change from one to two or three at a time. I have discovered many new fragrances through scentbird subscription services. The website is terribly broken and doesn't work correctly it takes forever to load and if I try to change my account settings they don't save. Multiple months they have double billed me and then corrected the extra charges later ( I think). There is no way to be sure the billing is correct since there is no way to see billing details on their website, you just have to cross your fingers and hope they're billing you correctly, which is even more confusing for Canadian customers who have to factor in the exchange rate. The order tracking on the website doesn't update. Support is extremely slow to respond to you. Plus when I added extra items to my subscription they didn't include them in the order.

I have had my subscription for a few months and they have done nothing to subtract from their initial effort to earn my money. All these companies give you a great initial purchase, even scentbird gave me a free gift. But what makes scentbird better than all the rest of these copycats is that after the first month they still ship on time, they get your order right, product quality maintains at a high level, shipping updates and tracking are sent directly to my email and that makes for an easy no log in check up on the shipping details.
They also have a nice product sorting search filter that allows me to select the best cologne for me.
So you can smell expensive, good or fresh depending on the situation or person you are trying to attract.

I got my first order and found it was packed into a small lipstick looking container, I don't remember being told it would arrive that way, but it certainly did try to act like you would get the bottle instead of this rediculous looking tube. Talk about taking the fun out of buying cologne. It smelled watered down and not like the original one I smelled. These guys are like the guy 15 years ago trying to sell you every scent on the street from a backpack. Looks like that guy blew up. There is no contact to stop your subscription. If you feel displeased with this service you could be stuck for a minute. There is no way to get out easily. Not happy at all. I feel it's a rip off and doubt these are the real scents. Hopefully I figure out how to cancel, right now they trapped me.

I absolutely love wearing perfume. I never wear just one because I enjoy creating custom scent experiences. High quality perfumes are expensive. It's risky to try new scents if you have to purchase the full size. Scentbird is a great way to discover new fragrances in a way that is very budget friendly. The size is enough for at least five uses even if you like a "heavy pour". You can place your subscription on hold if necessary, which is a consideration many people will find helpful. I highly recommend this service to anyone who loves fragrances like I do.

I have yet to receive 2 months of my orders and cannot get a darn person to contact me back, just a automated email explaining they moved. They sent a replacement product so they did eventually correct the issue, Their customer service was very slow to respond - maybe they need to hire more people or maybe they are growing too big, too fast. I have loved almost every scent I've received and think the price is fair for what you get. I just wish they would go back to their original atomizer!

I loved Scentbird until they sent me a defective product (bottle doesn't spray at all) and have failed to correct the issue. I paid for a product that I have yet to be able to use, and their customer service department hasn't responded to my support ticket. It has been six days - that's ridiculous to me. I thought for sure they would send a replacement bottle. Now I'm wondering if I'll ever get a response.

I do enjoy ScentBird as they have a great variety of fragrances. Quick delivery. And great customer service. The only thing I would say is the cost is a little high to include a twist up case. I feel that it should be included with the membership fragrance each month. Paying another $10 is like paying for another fragrance. I'd even be half with $5 each case.

Scentbird is too expensive and they charge a $10 premium price on all of the good scents. It's a subscription that would be great for people who know their scents because if you pick a scent you've never smelled before you're taking a risk of being stuck for a month with a fragrance you don't like. The cases the perfumes come in are horrible, they're magnetic and I was constantly digging in my purse because the perfume fell out of the case. I switched to fragrance.net's Purplelux club it's cheaper and not as many premium charges on their scents. You can get some popular scents with no premium up charge.

I really enjoy being able to get a different scent every month. Just a little extra cost and you can get 2 or 3. Have had several that I like and a few I didn't. So now I know what not to get. There are many choices of fragrances to choose from. To try out ones you've never tried or ever heard of. This is a great plan. Absolute sham of a company. Subscribed in early November only to see my first month's shipment as "processing" but no actual product delivery. I really love this whole business model. I don't use perfume super often, so its nice to be able to get smaller portions that I know will last me a while. The website itself gives a lot of information about each scent and it really helps me pick out some wonderful perfumes.
The only thing I don't really like are the new cases. The old ones works amazing, and felt sturdier. The new design is made of plastic, the plunger gets stuck, and its less secure, so I have had the spritzer move so it can get pressed in my purse.

You don't need the case to use the perfume, but it keeps the bottle protected if you want to take it with you.

The idea of Scentbird is great! They make it possible to try scents before committing to them, and have a great selection of fragrances!
However, they lack communication even the most basic "your package has shipped". Most upsetting though is when things are running behind (and that's not the fault of Scentbird), they make no effort to make you aware. Trying to get a hold of anyone to figure out where in the process of receiving my package things are proved almost impossible until I said as much on social media.
So in all, I'd say the area needing improvement and keeping them from a 5 star rating is customer care.
