Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

I have waited a long, LONG, L-O-N-G time for a service such as "Scentbird." So, it breaks my heart that after only seven months, I will be canceling my subscription. I looked forward to receiving (my) three "scent-birdies" every month; but, the CONSTANT "changes to (MY) queue" are MORE than I can handle. Perhaps, my selfishness wants to believe there will be enough "birdies" for ALL the queues- even if they are FIVE years long.

As of today (May 10,2021), I am "upgrading" my '3 stars' to 4.5 stars due to Scentbird's willingness to satisfy the CUSTOMER's need.
While I stick by my earlier review (and cautionary tale of TRYING to keep your desired choices under a THREE-month selection), I feel it is only fair (and RIGHT) to let the public know SCENTBIRD has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was happy. I won't get into specifics, but I will type this:
ALL their "SCENT'ASTIC" Scentbird Fairies are just that- "SCENT'ASTICALLY" SCENT'SATIONAL!" And, I WON'T be canceling my subscription just yet. <3 Thank you, Scentbird! =^o^=
Tip for consumers:
I would suggest NOT putting so many items in your queue (if -like me- you choose to have the x3 monthly subscription; then, try to keep it three months at MOST. At least, THIS way, you won't be SO devastated when they send you an email saying, "We Made A Change To Your Queue").

Finding the right perfume is hard enough. Scentbird helps take that mystery away. Perfect for ANY age group. It's like a 'try before you buy' because sometimes we buy a perfume, we THINK we will love. Then (for whatever reason) we end up NOT liking it- at all! With Scentbird, you can view what 'makes up the scent' (i. E.: 'scent notes') and decide for yourself. There is even a quiz to help you get started. *Which, you can ALWAYS update at ANY GIVEN TIME.

This is a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. YOU have the power to pick and choose as you go along, and when- IF- you wish to cancel, you may do so at ANY time.

I am 'in it' for the perfume. There are other options such as makeup, skincare, wellness, personal care, candles, and even gift(s).
I was initially excited to try Scentbird to start learning more about perfume and to hopefully find some scents that I liked. Unfortunately, my Scentbird experience started out poorly and only gradually got worse. I personally found the scents to be unremarkable and disappointing, but I admit that it could be a personal thing.
From the get-go, monthly subscription items were shipped inconsistently and were often late. One of my packages also got lost, and it took about 5 days to get the situation resolved and a replacement sent. Apart from the promotional travel cases that may be included, the packaging is extremely poor. It's hard to tell if tubes are locked or unlocked, cartons are flimsy, and at one point, about 35% of one tube leaked all over my desk.
Despite not having any other scents selected and lined up, Scentbird still pushed another scent through the next month. Granted, I was willing to let this one slide because yeah, it is a subscription service and I should have known better. However, the scent did not match my profile for preferred scents and was clearly just something they were promoting/hawking at the time.
The straw that broke the camel's back was when I realised you CANNOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON THEIR SITE and you have to EMAIL their support to get it cancelled. I'm absolutely baffled by this, especially since whenever you email, you get an automated message saying that they are "backed up" in emails and will respond in around 3-5 business days. This is completely unethical and a predatory anti-consumer practice that I have NEVER seen on any other subscription service that I have joined. It speaks to the lack of faith that the CEOs have to their own product by making it difficult for people to leave so that they are forced to either go the extra mile to cancel or hopefully will stay subscribed. I absolutely do not recommend this service and emphatically discourage people from trying it out. It's just not worth it.

In addition, because our fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, the shipments can take up to ten business days to be delivered in ground shipping. Suffice it to say that I am extremely unhappy with this service. I would have posted a review on their web page but it does not allow one to. Let me run my story by you...
I joined Scentbird in August of this year. When I first joined I did the $15 membership. That month, although there was pretty slow shipping, went well. I took into consideration that they were apparently "moving" as was advertised on their website.
Nevertheless, because of that I decided to upgrade to the $25 a month plan. This was on September 1st. Scentbird took no time at all yanking that membership upgrade money from my account. Literally, 30 seconds after my upgrade it was taken. I was fine with that, but I had an inquiry. So, I reached out to Customer Service to ask if it would be possible to get my shipment date changed to sooner. It took them 9 days to get back to me. When they did they didn't even answer my question but instead said that my shipment date was the middle of the month. No specific date. I replied to their response and asked again, "Is it possible to change the shipping date?" 5 days later I got another reply that said, "Oh we are sorry but that isn't possible. Your shipment date is the middle of the month and you should receive your perfume by the 18th or so." Needless to say I was not happy with the curt and sort of rude reply but I decided to wait it out.
Here we are on the 25th of September and my shipment has been "Processing" since the 13th. I STILL haven't gotten my shipment and they took the money out of my account damn near a month ago.
I'll just say this... Y'all ain't getting my money every again. The minute that perfume hits my doorstep I am cancelling my service, moving to another provider and telling everyone I know about my crappy experience.
