Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
I have been more impressed with Scentbird with each month of my subscription. Between the interactive quizzes on their site to determine your scents to the information filled sections on their site about each individual fragrance, they truly care about the customer! The 5 scents I have received already all appeal to me due to their specific details about each fragrance so you know which specific tones you enjoy. I have ventured out to their other brands, Deck of Scarlet, good habit, Sanctuary and Confessions of a Rebel, and haven't looked back! From the focus on the environment to personalizing individual preferences, Scentbird is truly the future of companies!
I have been charged three times and haven't received my product. I have tried continually to reach out to someone no one ever calls me back or emails me back they have no main number see you can speak to anyone in customer service. I'm done. Do not do business with this company unless you want to be disappointed and you want to donate your money. If there was a way I could give them a negative star I would

I really enjoyed the service at first. Then last month one of my bottles tops was not on correctly and the perfume had absorbed in the cardboard container making it a total loss. Then this month they took my money 10 days ago. Not shipped yet
I joined in October 2018. They sent my first initial introduction product right on time. Loved it. However November came they took my money but claimed the cologne I chose was available, which I had to find out on their website because no email or notification was given other than not receiving the product. December was the same. They took my money but no product. Cut my losses at $30... and cancelled my membership. Lessons learned next time I'll read reviews before I join anything again.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. I started a subscription on November, and chose my first fragrance, they end up charging me and never sent out the product. When I try to contact the customer service, I always get that same useless response from that computer generated response asking for email and address, then never reply back. Please don't ever spend your money on scentbird, you're just basically throwing your money into the trash.

I have loved every scent I received. It comes with a gorgeous compact scent holder that mists just the perfect amount of scent. The fragrances last all day and the sample lasts all month until your next one arrives! Love scentbird! It's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time.

I've got to say this place is the $#*! I love it for those who are on a budget or if you wanna try something without having the regret of spending an arm and a leg for a smell your not happy with then this is the spot. I have gotten my first few months of amazing smells and I am content.

So I'm always showing off my scents to my friends and telling them about it because I'm proud of them. With my pay there's no way I could afford any of these in full size bottles so the fact that I now have 3 Gucci perfumes and a Versace is honestly so thrilling for me. I love this service. I wish you could sell discounted full size products as well.

Takes a really long time for them to ship your "monthly" scent so it's common that you won't get them in the month that it's intended for. Canceling your subscription is INSANE. How do you call yourself a subscription service but have no way to cancel your subscription from the website? SCAM. They try to trick people into not canceling and continue charging cards. I'm surprised they haven't had a lawsuit for this yet. I originally subscribed about 3 years ago and it seemed pretty decent and was cheap so I kept it about 3 months before cancelling but since I recently resubscribed it's a huge difference in price now. All of the scents I had previously gotten were "+$10" and had about a 100% markup from the last time I had ordered them.
Also— I noticed that a Scentbird representative will respond to only good reviews but are very suspiciously quiet when people are stating that they were scammed out of money.

I subscribed to Scentbird as part of a gift I was awarded for some volunteer hours. The first 'free' delivery cost me $7.31.
I tried numerous times to cancel the subscription thereafter with no replies.
Finally, Scentbird customer service confirmed the cancelation on the day after a second shipment was deployed. No returns. No refunds on merchandise that's already delivered. I would not recommend this company to any one, ever. My 1 star rating is being generous.

I really want to love this subscription. I love the perfume/cologne options and I like that I can try so many designer fragrances at a low price every month! However, they take payment on the 5th of each month, and are supposed to ship within 10 days of payment. For months now, I haven't received my package until almost the first week of the following month! Then charged a week later for my next months subscription. If scentbird could figure out the shipping issues they seem to have, I would probably be a lifelong subscriber!

14.95 for approximately 140 sprays. However 12.99 for the case unless you subscribe to the case then it's 10. If you don't get the case you are left with an awkward lonely vile that bears no legitimacy of being a designer perfume. Also the candles are small and have no smell other than wax smell literally cheap nasty who had a birthday? Wax smell. The lotions are cheap and made up. For that money I can go to Ross or Burlington and get a set. I can get 4 wally world candles and 4 bed bath lotions for 1 - 14.95 candle or lotion. If you love the mail and hate money this is for you.

A lot of designer perfume stinks and you are more than likely cling to your old sets more then ever.

I started with 3 for me, 3 for my mate cause that was the best deal. He was not at all impressed and wanted his canceled right away. I have kept mine I was getting more than one case but I canceled that subscription and it doesn't come with the case at ALL if you don't subscribe wow. A lot of the scents do not match the description and I never looked into sending them back I gift them. I will probably end my subscription soon. Like last order status.

I love perfume, and I was nervous about trying and committing to this but having the ability to pick and choose the fragrances that I'm going to get is great. You can see reviews of others and what tones are in each perfumes to see if you think it is one that will appeal to you. I also am a tester now for scent bird so they are sending me perfumes to review on for them to release for coming month. I love it. Don't regret it at all and will continue keep my subscription going.

I am unable to cancel or change my subscription without emailing the company and I also am paying twice and much than I thought I was going to be for the subscription. And there is no way to change on the website. It's also very confusing when signing your signing up so you don't really know what your signing up for.

I thought they had all kinds of colognes turns out they don't have any but there own generic ones I started a subscription thinking I could try a few but nothing on there list is normal I infact didn't even put anything in my cart and they just sent whatever they wanted and I emailed them immediately and they took 5 days to get back to me and they told me it's already been sent. And it never arrived

I started using Scentbird a few months ago. I fell in love with the idea of not having to go to a department store, being able to sample different fragrances all from my home I love the option to choose what you want and that you can make changes to re-organize which you want to receive when. My only issue is the very long time it seems to take to ship, it takes the money from your account quite a long time before you actually receive the package, and that is confusing and hard to adjust to. Several months I have missed shipping on time because I was not aware that it would be withdrawing the money when it did. Overall though, especially during this pandemic, a great way to try things out and a really nice pick me up every time it arrives. I actually have turned a few people on to it. I love getting packages, these are extra special! I get 3 a month, its great.

I enjoy it very much although it's not enough to last between deliveries at all. Lately deliveries are more than a month sometimes going 45 days. I thought the point was to last from delivery to delivery. I would like to see some Tom Ford. I do enjoy my scentbird just wish things were a little different. I think for 16.95 a month the samples should be bigger. Have a great day

I love the scents that Scentbird sends to me each month. I like having a variety to choose from, and I haven't had one that I dislike. My only complaint is the case that you receive with the first order. It's cheaply made and honestly pretty embarrassing that the company is okay with sending them out. I went on Amazon and bought some different cases that work just fine. Overall, I'm happy with my monthly subscription.

Worst company ever. My subscription was in processing for about a month. So I cancel. Perfume.com is much better. Look it up. I got my friend to sigh up and the same happen to him. Highly don't recommend. Don't waste your money and time.

I have tried to get out of this subscription for the last two months. You cannot reach any one and the several messages I have left have gone unanswered. This is no way to do business. I am not impressed. When I got my first shipment, I was totally unaware of what I had signed up for. Something that was so very sneaky and underhanded. There is no excuse for not answering my questions or for at least not taking time to explain how this works.

They have no issue taking your money and not sending products. I have tracking number over a week old but each carrier says they haven't even received shipment. Customer service refuses to respond to my emails. Wouldn't waste your money.
