Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!

I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

Of course I signed up for there wide known selection of women's perfumes the website is very eye detailed that it traps your mind into thinking (oh what a deal I can get)
Wrong wrong wrong was I...

But little did I know that I was being fooled. To the point yeah I received the pearly white free bottle. But two scents I purchased never got delivered. I emailed they said it got delivered. No it didn't numerous emails went back and forth. Anastasia is her name apologized for the mishap and assured me that the problem will be resolved by sending me the two scent que perfumes I never received. Well we will see. I also informed the company of my disappointment, frustration, anger with there company. I will never never order from this company again. They should see all the negative that's been writing by customers and shut down there business it's ridiculous wrong.

Decent price for the subscription and for 1 time purchase but it would be nice to get my orders in a timely fashion. Plus I was suppose to get a black case with my purchase but sent me a grey instead. Would have been nice to get a different color case than the one I have now. On the shipping don't have tracking up if you're going to just wait another 7 days for it to actually be picked up. Got track 4 days after purchase and delivered today

I canceled my subscription 7/23 they sent out the next month perfume and charged my acct.
Said when I return it they would refund my acct.
Here it is 12/30/23 and I still continue to email them weekly. There is NO Phone Number to Reach Anyone….Im Making a complaint with the BBB….Very Unsatisfied!

For the last two months I have not received any of the fragrances in my queue. I received one month's fragrance that was not in my queue and also did not receive this recent month's queued fragrance either. I've tried reaching customer service through a phone number or email but no luck. The fragrances that I have chosen in my queue are high end fragrances, so I pay more monthly. I don't understand what is hard in returning some response with the means of today? I hope I get contacted soon cause I'll just cancel my subscription.

Follow up from missing delivery and unhelpful email response.
I would like to update my response after sending an email back letting the company know that I didn't appreciate the first reply response and that nobody addressed how the issue would be resolved. Someone else did followed up and let me know that they were sending the undelivered perfumes again. I received both the missing perfumes and the March schedule perfumes.
Issue resolved quickly.

The email response did not answer my question as to whether or not I would be refunded for my February shipment which has yet to be delivered. Instead I was brushed it off with the fact that my March shipment is on its way. I'm able to verify that myself. Disappointed that there wasn't any follow up regarding what they would do to see about the shipment location or return of funds. Still waiting to see how this issue is resolved. First months delivery arrived without issue. I will keep on this membership for a couple more months in hopes to build my sent collection, however it will be canceled if my February issue is not appropriately resolved.

You literally have to email their customer support to cancel your subscription. Its 2022 there should be a one click button option to cancel your subscription. The lil bottles don't last very long and if you don't specifically pick out your scents ahead of time they will send you the worst of the worst scents that no one wants.

All of the products that we offer are 100% authentic. Scent longevity depends on your body chemistry & physical activities within the day. EDT normally lasts between 2-3 hours, whereas EDP lasts for around 4-5 hours. And if you don't like a certain fragrance, we send (1) courtesy replacement for disliked scents. But you are welcome to fill your queue with as many chosen items as you wish!

The suggestions are bad and cheap. I left because one of my orders was almost a month late.Other than that your scents don't seem to be too diluted and I kept my carrying case but I hope I can't get another one.

The company was hacked and got my personal information. I recently ordered from ScentBird and I still haven't gotten my package even though it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. Total scam. Requesting a refund. I will try ordering from a better website. This website sucks! Don't do it unless you want your personal information stolen!

This was one of my best decisions to start a membership with Scentbird! I smell like a million bucks when I walk into the office. I love it! I love each fragrance I have received thus far. I have no complaints. If you are thinking about joining, DO IT! Treat yourself.

I love scentbird and you cant beat the price for affordable perfumes. The only thing i do not like is waiting so long for my next fragrance to arrive every month. If you wear perfume everyday and have a 17 yr old daughter like i do then it doesn't last long.

Its like my birthday every month. I get a surprise and that's exciting. I look forward to getting it.Its always something that looks expensive and smells wonderful. I haven't received one yet that didn't smell good some better than others but still smell good.My friend seen me get the package one day and she even got excited and when I open it and let her smell it she was hooked. She wanted to know how I got involved so I give her the info on it and now she receives the surprise every month. I do give your business a thumbs up keep up the good work thank you

This is a cam, don't subscribe. Billing scam and be aware, you're not getting a full size perfume like you see on their website, you're getting a very sample size for $16.91. I am currently disputing my charges and return the product. Be aware, they will make the return impossible for you. Don't waste your time, this is a scam, do not subscribe.

I have been trying to cancel for a year now. I even changed my debit card but they must be billing my account directly. I have emailed them repeatedly and they keep saying I need to cancel in the app when there is no option in the app or website to cancel. Contacting my attorney next.

They sent me "premium perfumes" & charged my account 49.95$ for 6 months without my consent. I work 3 jobs & thought this company would be a good fit bc I really like to try different scents out. The You Tuber Christina Randall referred it on her channel. I should have known then it wasn't a fair and ethical company that hopes it's clients do not pay attention to what they charge. Worst though is those premium scents they sent were aweful and foul my grandma didn't even want them!

Tip for consumers:
I suggest checking your bank statement monthly! Good luck trying to call them, they never answered the phone for me. It’s a garage company ripping consumers off i the hope you don’t check your statement.

My first order came in. Than I was charged for 2 months worth of product and I never recieved anything from them. Imagine how many people they have did this to. Every review is the same! Google pops up nothing negative about them. It's only showing what scentbird wants you to see! Please don't fall for this scam! This would have been a great program!

Nothing like receiving tracking information for a delivery that's going to take anywhere between 10 and 14 days for absolutely no reason what so ever.

Place a random order? Yeah, you won't be seeing that for AT LEAST a month, possibly longer. It'll take them 2-3 weeks to bottle and package it and then another guaranteed 10-14 days in transit.

Like seriously? What takes so long? I could send my package back and have it arrive in 1/3rd the time or less, and that's by putting the cheapest shipping on it. It's like you intentionally pay to ship it slower I think, because there's no reason for 10-14 days in transit from only half way across the country. I can order drone parts from Florida on Monday and have them by Thursday that same week, maybe even Wednesday. Sooner if I pay for expedited shipping service.

I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription

Tip for consumers:
Speed up those package and shipping times. Nobody else does business like this

I LOVE ScentBird! Their fragrances smell so good! For a girl who wears a lot of perfume, the tubing is pretty small and doesn't last long.I didn't know they were in tubings. I thought it was miniature bottles of the fragrance brand. They're very easy to store.

We say it’s a month’s worth as each Scentbird-sized vial has been trialed to hold 120 sprays minimum, which is enough for 4 sprays per day for 30 days. We'd suggest you make sure you place your vials in a cool, dry place to avoid evaporation. We'd also encourage you to tighten the vial top before putting it in its case to avoid leakage. I had enough problems with this site when i used it the one time(they charged me like SO much extra) but luckily after harassing their lazy customer service rep, i finally got my money back and cancelled my membership immediately thinking that was the last time I had to deal with them. Then 4 months later I notice a weird $200 charge on my bank account and get an email saying "whoops all our data was hacked hehe" so yeah they suck, don't ever give them business :(

However, please let us assure you that no financial data was captured by the hackers, so it is not possible that your card information was breached as a result of a cyber attack on multiple companies (of which we were one). We do not store full credit card information on our servers. We have a third-party billing partner that processes payments and we don’t share servers with them to protect the security of our customers’ billing information. Rest assured that we have already added another layer of security for customer authentication on our backend. First time they started sending female perfumes when I signed up for mens colognes. 2nd time around, colognes case broke and was still charged the monthly rate after canceling they have no phone but an email address. No help. Had to contact my bank and dispute charge. Save your self the hassle

I do look forward to receiving a new scent every month! The only down side, even though you can go through and pick out what types of scents you enjoy if you get a perfume that you really dislike you're stuck with it! I wish they would offer a limited refund option! Even like a 3x per year would be great! I've received four scents now and honestly I only use 2 frequently and one occasionally. (I'm trying to let the scent ''grow'' on me.) I'm still debating on cancelling my subscription just because I am disheartened on not liking half the scents I received. It's a fun gamble, but I'm thinking I'd rather just go somewhere to sample in person.

Be thorough on what you like in your scents, hopefully that'll help with receiving perfumes you'll like!

These jack-holes have yet to send my firsr order, and the second one is being shipped. No one answers my emails, Nor is any help whatsoever. Nothing pisses me off more than paying for something you never received.

Wow... I'm experiencing the same thing as everyone here. My card gets charged for 2 perfumes and I havent recieved last month's order. I tried emailing several times and I either get ignored completely or just a automated email. What disgusting customer service. I'm going to cancel with them and contact my bank, if they try to charge my account again then it'll go to the fraud dept.
