Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!

I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.

They deliver exactly what they offer. I have now tried many different colognes and found several that I really like. I would have never found these great scents otherwise. This is the perfect size to experiment and see if you really like a scent before committing to a full size bottle.

I really enjoy my ScentBird perfume subscription! I enjoy selecting my own perfumes in the beautiful app, and my perfume always arrives in the mail in tact and on time. I also love to test out niche brands!
A couple suggestions:
-it'd be nice to see the age of the person reviewing the perfume in the app
-if I could have additional purchases in Cart sent in my monthly prescription instead of separate shipping cost, I'd start buying more 1.5ml samples

Before I subscribed I really didn't know anything about colones and different smell profiles or even I what I liked,but after a while of testing out different smells and such,it definitely helped me figure out not just what I like to smell like,but also a verity of different scents of occasions and just new brands to look into and maybe save up for.for the price it really is worth it and even if you ever cancel you at least have some good scents to live off of until you explore yourself :)

I'm a single mom and don't make a lot of money. I don't often buy things for myself but when it comes to perfume, I tend to splurge a little. With Scentbird I don't have to splurge anymore, I get new scents sent to my home every month, at a price I can afford. Perfume is something that makes me feel good about myself and I love that Scentbird can help me with that.

Awesome way to save money but still get quality colognes and perfumes. I didn't want to spend tons of money on a retail bottle of cologne and be stuck with it if I didn't like it. Scentbird allows me to try colognes and if I like them I can order a 30-day supply for the next month. Overall highly recommend it!

I honestly thought that this was a fabulous idea. I was immediately in. So to speak. I originally chose to be billed on a monthly basis, so should I decide that I wanted out, there would be no issue. Having done so without my knowledge, Scentbird decided to go ahead and bill me for the remainder of the year. Not only was this a problem for me, it was literally 4 weeks before I actually received my first scent. Furthermore, I received a defective item, and requested a replacement. I was told to provide an image of the above mentioned item before they were willing to move forward. I advised that they should be aware of the item that I had received due to the fact that they sent it. Never mind that. No resolution until I provided a photo. Therefore I took a picture of and emailed them. After due process, and several days of waiting the item was replaced. I'm definitely not completely satisfied with the system they use as well as their sales pitch. The pitch does not match the service.

Tip for consumers:
That I would be billed annually even though I chose monthly

A customer has to manually go through all the upgrade steps in order to upgrade the account to a new plan and pay for the upgraded plan. In case if you upgraded your subscription by mistake, our Team will gladly downgrade your plan and refund the upgrade charge. Please note that we require photos from all customers reporting damaged items. This is for quality control as we forward all photos to our fulfillment center so that we can continue to improve our products, report any possible defect trends, etc. Photos also show us exactly which fragrances or items need to be replaced, as customers might have multiple items within one order shipment. A greater number of messages have been sent to us recently, and our team has been working hard to respond to each one as quickly as we can. So, we're glad that you were assisted by our Team and the replacement is on the way. Let us know if there is anything else that we could assist you with at the moment, and we'll gladly do so! Each perfume I have received thus far has been genuine, unique & what I personally picked just for me. You can not beat this product especially for the price. Plus, for each person you refer you get one free! You can't beat it!

I love scentbird! This company is def for those who love great perfumes/scents to be accessible to the more expensive scents without having to spend a fortune for them. I strongly recommend everyone to sign on and start getting all the great fragrances.

Scentbird presents a fun way to try different colognes you might not normally try and purchase a good sized sample of them to see if it works for you. I always look forward to the middle of the month when my sample arrives!

I received my first two orders but haven't received anything since October. They have taken my money EVERY month but no product... Then they sent me an email telling me to update my billing info. No, thank you. You don't deliver on your end, you won't get another dime from me. Extremely disappointed...

I'm a big fan of this subscription service. I enjoy having an array of scents to choose from in my collection however I often tire of them after a couple months. Scentbird offers a fair priced subscription for 8ML vials and have an incredible selection to choose from, both man and women scents. I highly recommend to anyone that has no need for larger, often over priced bottles of cologne and or perfume and prefers to switch up their scents!

The scent is amazing! Sweet smell, makes me feel sexy, elegant, and classy. I love the fact that you can try a scent without having to buy an expensive whole bottle that you may not like. The variety is amazing!

I place my first order in August 2018. Here it is October and I finally got my first order! Everything on scentbird says that with your first order you also get a free refillable case, I did not get that. So Not only was my order two months late but I also did not get all of the order that I was supposed to get. I've been in contact several times with the company asking for a refund, asking for an explanation, asking for help with no response. I have gotten nowhere and I'm beyond infuriated with this whole process. I would highly encourage you to steer clear of this company and I have since cancelled my subscription.

Don't waste your tome or money. They charged me 3 times with nothing delivered and told me they printed the shipping label and it will be sent when they can get to it. 3 charges and zero products and then told me I can not cancel for a refund. SCAM

I had a great gift idea. Scent bird. Took my money and never sent my product. I cant call anyone / emails take days to get back to you. I looked a fool when she didn't get her gift. POOR, POOR, POOR customer services. I would never use this service again.

When I first subscribe to Scentbird I did not know the joy I would have in the different fragrances that they have sent to me, which has been just phenomenal. I've always been the type of woman that love smelling good, who wouldn't want to. Continue to send those wonderful sweet smells to me and please cater more to the Sweet smells for me. Have you ever bought a expensive perfume because kt smelled so good on some else. Only to find. Out it doesnt smell that good on you! What a waste of money! Scentbird is.the perfect answer. Every month you can get a different perfume for only about 13 dollars.

I received at the same time my first two months of this subscription. I love Scentbird and the perfumes I have selected: Wisteria Blue and Light Blue. I also really like the presentation and packaging, I will undoubtedly continue to try new perfumes. However I do not understand how they fail to not include the name of the perfume brand on the package. If I'm going to have 12 or 20 equal capsules, in this case the same color, how will I identify which one is which? At least they should add a sticker with the name of the brand to stick it to the jar, or a band to at least have where to write it. What do you do, the ones that have many Scentbird fragrances, to identify the jars? A lot of fragrance will be wasted if you decide to go spraying each one until you find the one you are looking for.

I found I could never commit to buying perfume for so much money at the department stores not knowing if I was going like the smell to wear often. With scent bird it not a lot of money I won't be upset if I don't love the product. Like being surprised each month. I have received any I didn't like, I wouldn't say I loved all but the ones I do I will buy full size without hesitating.

I love the scents of the month, I have yet had a bad experience with the company. And they have great customer service. I would highly recommend using them for anything I needed for gifts. My family enjoys the gift and when they say they say they will replace something they will. Not only that they have good timing for shipment.

I decided to try Scentbird and subscribed, you can't see what fragrances they offer until you subscribe, after getting to look, they didn't have any fragrances I wanted to try so I immediately contacted them to cancel. They agreed to cancel and then just sent some random test tube of cheap cologne I didn't pick instead of refunding the $9.15 first charge like they should have.

Man, this sucks. I wished they were more transparent and honest. That is shady, similar to any other platform that makes you jump through hoops to cancel. I'm sure more would be open to trying, and possibly even commiting to long-term use had they just produced a simple and user-friendly interface. Shame. I really wanted to try it, but after seeing how difficult it is to cancel, I will not be trying it. I can't leave a 1-Star without having tried it myself, however dishonest practices should begin low until remediated.

My friend introduced me to this site and I was instantly hooked. Then my fiancé got on board too so we not get one perfume and one cologne a month. Not only do the perfumes smell AMAZING and like way more than I could ever afford normally. And it's also so much fun to pick out new scents and see all of the ingredients that go into it. This site is honestly one of the best subscriptions out there. I've never been disappointed by them and will most likely be a lifelong customer. Thank you Scentbird for allowing us lower income people to smell expensive, such a boost of confidence! Thank you Scentbird team and keep up the great work. What you do is just great. Xoxo

VERY difficult to cancel. Email, wait for reply, (3 weeks in my case, day after next billing, lol).
I just had to dispute 2 random $216.00 charges from Scentbird on my card, 3 months after I canceled. My bank did some investigating, they had been double charging every month the entire year. We combed through and found a bunch of small charges that were overlooked. Turns out, many people have had these same issues. Scammy company. I will change my debit card # if they continue. Shame on you, Scentbird.
