Before, I was used to buying perfumes only when I travelled, thinking that duty-free shops had the best offers. Now, I realise that Scentbird is the best store for perfume or cologne. They have regular promotions and offers that you can really get a nice perfume at a bargain price. I have bought it already a couple of times, one for myself, and few as gifts. The quality is good and I am satisfied with it. They have wide range of options, and the website is quite good too, so you can easily explore the products online. I recommend!
I wasn't happy with this perfume. The scent was very strong for my liking. I like fruity scents and fresh and clean scents but this one was too empowering. I did not like the scent. This one was not for me.
They have no issue taking your money and not sending products. I have tracking number over a week old but each carrier says they haven't even received shipment. Customer service refuses to respond to my emails. Wouldn't waste your money.
My experience with Scentbirc has been very exciting. I experience excellent Customer Service every month. The fragrances are light, airy floral an, sometimes fruity. I would recommend

I paid for the order in September and the order still hasn't arrived. (It's now the end of December) They just scammed me, disgusting company, they also took double payment for the next order, I was able to return some of the money.

I grew a fragrance addiction just before the start of the pandemic and needed a way to get samples to test on my skin for a few hours to see how they mix with my body chemistry. I didn't want to keep purchasing from Sephora just to receive a sample of a fragrance so I google searched and saw Scent Bird. I love being able to read the full description of a fragrance, choosing my 3 new scents for the month and opening the package the day it arrives. I have been satisfied with 90% of my choices and will be purchasing the full size bottles of the ones I absolutely love. The other 10% was just me being adventurous and it taught me a lesson to stick to what I know lol.

What a fantastic concept! You can try new fragrances without the commitment of a full size bottle.
The truth is, something may smell amazing on someone else, but just not work with our own body chemistry. So Scentbird took the guess work out and gives us the option of using fragrance before buying the bottle. I have had the pleasure of trying some amazing perfumes I would never have worn. And love them!
This program is so easy to use and for a small fee you can experiment to your hearts content, try fabulous scents and purchase a full size when you find what works best for you.

I like it so far but they'll kinda trick you. I thought I was getting an extra 2 smells a month but they charged the monthly on top of the promotion costing me about $35 and I think it's gonna be for 3 months. Other than the trickery and maybe more understanding of cost after the monthly membership would make me happy. It was a surprise when I seen the charge.

Scent bird is so convenient and affordable and you never run out as soon as you think you're done with your perfume something new is already in the mail. I have given multiple of my friends the info and they are now also using it... If your questioning yourself just do it. It's so worth it...
Scentbird makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription. They hide the billing date, charge you early, and will not cancel an order even though it takes 5-6 days to actually ship. They do not care about customers, they just want your billing information. Once they have it they employ numerous tricks to make sure you can't get your money back. I have never experienced a company that so willfully and intentionally tries to trick and confuse customers over billing. Do not use.

I received a product from them and it was broken. Sent an email saying it was broken they told me it they would contact me with in 48 hours about replacement. 4 weeks later I messaged them back asking for an updated got nothing. 2 more weeks go by I make a new email to ask for and update and was told sending multiple emails won't answer you faster. So they acknowledged they seen my emails but didn't care. I finally got my replacement when I threatened to go to social media and cancel my subscription. You need to retain your customer service representatives and don't make false promises.

Very sorry that it took this much time to receive a response from us! We received a higher volume of messages recently and tried to get back to each and every customer as soon as we could! We've already reduced our response time (it was a temporary issue & we got back to our regular 24-hour response time schedule). Rest assured that we always send out replacements for broken products. My first month the spray was broken so I had to wait two weeks to get a new one and even start trying perfumes. The next month I received the wrong scent followed by another two week wait to get the scent I actually ordered. The third month I didn't even get my scents until the very end of the month and the excuse was the depot forgot to pick up a shipment so they had to wait for another truck. An overall poor experience from a company that has a lot of issues to figure out. Maybe something to try a few years down the road but as of right now it would be a waste of money.

The only reason that I didn't give my review a five-star was because I wish the bottles were a little bigger it should definitely come with a little more in them! They tend to only last about six or seven uses for myself
Overall the scents have been phenomenal and delivery is also timely however some bottles have arrived with just little over half in them while others are full, is that normal? That is my only complaint.

They have no customer phone helpline. If you want to cancel you have to email them. They let you postpone orders by clicking a button but they purposely make cancelling hard.They do not allow refunds or returns. A lot of the perfumes have a surcharge so the amount you spend is not based on a subscription.

I truly do love Scentbird. The ANTICIPATION of waiting for your new fragrance every month, its exciting. Especially because you never get the same scent twice unless you ask for it again. I have came across so many different scents that I never knew existed thru scentbird, and the perfect size bottle you can also travel with is amazing. Especially because I'm a mother of three and always on the run, so when I feel I need to freshen up boom rite in my purse or car door! It's very convenient. Scentbird definitely gets five stars from me!

Scentbird is a wonderful perfume company that allows people like me the opportunity to try elite fragrances that I would not otherwise be able to try. I can't afford to purchase a full bottle of some of these fragrances not knowing if I will like them or not I highly recommend Scentbird. They are a very upstanding company with amazing options to choose from.

Takes weeks to fill an order, and they bill you even if you cancel. If you file a service ticket, they simply don't respond but rather send you a bunch of links to read through.
Unfortunately for them, customer service still matters even in an increasingly tech-based world. When Amazon delivers within a few days, waiting weeks for an order is the stuff of 50 years ago.

I received the product in a timely fashion. However the "fragrance" had very little scent and absolutely NO staying power. Like, you sprayed it on and it was gone in SECONDS. It MUST have been watered down. Cancelled immediately.

Everytime i saw advertisements for these scents i would see cute colorful canisters that came in black velvet bags. Ive received 4 shipments so far and out of the 4 only one came in a velvet bag. The canisters are of cardboard and not pretty at all. I just wish I got what was advertised. I mean its part of why I even ordered it!

So I will start off saying I'm hard to please. I have an idea of what fragrances I like but it's hard to commit to a fragrance. I had seen some ads for Scentbird and decided I would try it. After taking the quiz, the site was suggesting scents I would never consider. After a few adjustments to my quiz and a few hours going over different products I had created a list that I felt happy about. Until the scents started showing up. I have gotten 5-6 (I don't remember) fragrances from them and only 1 I actually liked and that 1 fragrance didn't have a good staying power so I had to reapply all day. I think if you are afraid of spending lots of money and not liking a perfume, Scentbird is for you.
