THIS IS A SCAM

I did not receive any services and could not access to anything on their website even after I have been wrongly charged 2 times at the beginning of the cycle. AVOID THIS S***HOLE.

Do not get!

I installed this app a week ago & I was under the 14-day free trial. Well after day 3 I started to go into Search & while I was looking up different books, my tablet frozed up & it never did that to me before. I tried shutting my tablet off & nothing. After 24 hours with my tablet sitting idle on my dining room table, my tablet went back to operating mode but the screen said to charge immediately, I was down to 5% capacity. After my tablet was fully charged, I uninstalled the Scribd app & never plan to reinstall it. I have both the Kindle & Nook apps on my tablet & both of those apps have never made my tablet freeze up. I sent an e-mail to Scribd when it happened & I never got a reply back! I have a neighbor that is good with computers & I told him what happened & he told me he was glad to hear that I uninstalled the app & did not keep it for subscription purposes because my tablet could be going in for repairs or worse getting replaced & I may have had to buy a brand new one! No thank you!

Ben is nice

I had a small issue which I got very irate about because i'm a Londonder and that's sort of our vibe but Ben was helpful, polite and kind to the point that I felt really bad - 10/10 customer service

Keep away else they will charge your card and take your money without your consent. They have not responded to my messages and clearly are not interested in good customer experience. SHAM AND SCAM.

I cancelled my subscription in August. Checked my credit card statement to make sure I wasn't charged. Then in November they started charging my card. Ripoff.

Worst company ever

Impossible to get cancelled or refunds. Stay away. No phone number contact system and pass word recovery system don't work so you can't contact

Don't try the free trial

Stay away, I signed up for the free trial and cancelled and they have taken money from my account since July! Avoid, very dodgy company!

I had to cancel my subscription THREE TIMES when they finally stopped issuing my card for 8 months!

I innocently signed up for the app WITH ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE THEY WOULD CHARGE A RIDICULOUS FEE OF $8.99 a month! I hope with all my heart that cancelling it today through ITunes will work.
