It was definitely a great experience, I'll most definitely be buying from SeatGeek again and will be sure to spread the good word.
Purchased tickets for the 10/18/2017 Yankee game. The purchase was made at 9pm on 10/17/2017. I received a voicemail at 9:45 stating that I needed to verify a few items. I immediatley called back and was on hold for 45 minutes. As soon as my call went through i heard a recording that there is no one available to take my call because they were closed and wouldn't be open until 9am the following day. I called at 9am on 10/18/2017 as soon as they opened and was placed on hold for another 30 minutes. When I finally got through to a customer represenative they informed me that my tickets were cancelled. How can you cancel my purchase without even speaking to me. They informed me that there was nothing that they could do and told me that a manager would not get back to me until a few days after the event. They informed me that all i could do was purchase other seats and they would not waive the service fee. I purchase a lot of tickets from seat geek and they would not even help or accomadate finding other tickets or waiving the service fee. Very bad customer service and bad business.
I bought tickets to the Seahawks Denver game back in May. The tickets seems to show up in the seatgeek ap until the last two weeks before the September 12th monday night football. Than they disappeared. After making a phone call I was told they sent me a link and I did notclick on it. In time and they were deactivad. To get my tickets back to go to Walmart and buy a prepared card for 200 and get it to them to get my ticket back activated. I never received no such link of course. Than he said if you dont do it with I said $#*! you. He said he canceled my tickets with no refund. I paid 920 dollars. And than realized I'd been scammed. $#*! THIS company. I'd be damned if I'm paying 200 more dollars. Than I called the real ticket Master and was told it was sold out and not 1 ticket inn that stadium wS sold in my name including the two fake sets I thought I bought. $#*! this company I guess you live n learn. DONT buy any tickets from this company. Especially the Seattle Denver game itscompletelysold outs pet the real ticket master. And this company is still selling these fake tickets kits BUYER BEWARE
Easy to use... easy access to tickets... good communication throughout the process... cheaper tix surcharges then ticket master n vivid seats
3rd time buying seats on SG. Always a solid experience. Wish the fees were lower but it is what it is.
Always enjoy using SeatGeek. User friendly and always anble to find seats for the game. Check out is easy and reliable
Seat geak is dope, it's always cheap af. After the processing fees it's like the same as any other ticket I just like how easy it is to use
I purchased 5 tickets from SeatGeek, 3 of them were from FanXchange. The night before the game I rented a car, drove down to San Diego, rented a hotel and waited very excited about going to my first 49er football game! The day of all my friends and I arrived early to the venue just to have 2 of the seats from FanXchange scan red and say invalid! The other two purchased off SeatGeek came from TicketCity and the same thing happened! One friends ticket scanned in and the other scanned red saying invalid! I had all the tickets on my phone as well as paper copies and we tried scanning in both and kept getting the red, invalid issue. When I contacted SeatGeek their response was horrific. They said that the "venue" sent them a copy of the scan report and that only one ticket was scanned in, not the others so its my fault! The Venue themselves told me they do not deal with seatgeek at all. Someone is clearly lying.
The very next email from SeatGeek states...
Thank you for this information, I can see you had two seats rejected however you only bought one additional seat? Did you by any chance take a picture of the people sitting in your original seats? Any information would be helpful at this point.
So first they say "the venue scan report says you never scanned the ticket" then they say "we see two seat got rejected"
This is very frustrating and I do not understand how they can contradict themselves. I also asked to be contacted by a manager but they ignored my request. They just sent an email saying they will reopen the investigation. IT WAS ONLY OPEN ONE DAY, WHY ON EARTH WAS IT CLOSED?
Overall very unprofessional. I am one unhappy, unsatisfied customer who would be more than happy to pay extra cash and go through stubhub instead next time.

I was given fake tickets and they did not honor them! I would never use them again. I lost 857 DOLLARS worth of tickets
Great tix, although the usher at the gate could not electronically read the printed tickets. He let me n anyway!
I have not heard about SeatGeek until today when I posted about Meghan Trainor being a free concert at the NYS Fair this summer and a friend of mine told me I was wrong and that SeatGeek said Meghan was supposed to be in the Grand Stand. I explained to my friend that I had gotten this information from the Fair's website and that I would look into the SeatGeek issue. And sure enough, when I searched Meghan Trainor on SeatGeek, concert tickets for the NYS Fair on September 3rd popped up. This is outrageous. SeatGeek is allowing "third party distributors" to SCAM unsuspecting patrons for HUNDREDS of dollars FOR FAKE TICKETS THAT DO NOT EXIST. I immediately contacted SeatGeek via the "contact us" link and told them about the issue, but I am leaving this review so that people can see that SeatGeek is 100% reliable for any and all scams that happen during use of their website by not regulating postings. A true, reliable site would look into concert dates and make sure that the tickets at least had a chance of being real before allowing fraudulent transactions to take place. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This is absolutely disgusting and I hope this website gets shut down, or the owner/operator starts actually caring about the customers and buyers. Because running a $#*!ty website that scams people can only last so long until people stop visiting the site altogether.
Hi Shannen,
Thank you so much for contacting us with this information! Since SeatGeek is a search engine, we automatically pick up any listings that appear on the sites we aggregate, which unfortunately may include listings like this one from time to time. We agree with you that it is horrible when tickets that are supposed to be free are sold at any price, and it is especially terrible when they are listed for hundreds of dollars. We do try to monitor these manually and will take down any listings like this as soon as we are aware of them. We are so sorry we didn't catch this one ourselves sooner, but we really appreciate that you reached out to us!
No issues using the SeatGeak app. It was very easy to find what I wanted and no issues during checkout!
Just like every other time I've bought from SeatGeek, I got tickets for a good price and had the tickets on my phone no problem.
Better than buying tickets from the Tigers box office nothing Ive always gotten great deals from SeatGeek will continue to use them
I bought tickets to a concert that said instant download and the tickets didn't arrive instantly so I called and they told me they had my order and it would take 15 minutes. Still they didn't arrive so I called again took 30 minutes to reach someone and they told me they had to put me on hold to call the seller and see if he would confirm the sale. They then came back and said the seller didn't have the tickets so I was out of luck and they couldn't do anything about it. Now by the time all this happened after being told my order was confirmed the concert was an hour and a half away and I couldn't get anymore tickets that weren't double the price. So basically this site allows sellers to put tickets on there and then wait and see if they get a better price and then screw over people who think they have purchased tickets. Seat geek told me a seller has 24 hours to confirm a sale so the seller can sell the tickets to numerous people at different prices and then just accept the best offer within that 24 hours and deny the rest of them without any penalty to the seller. I asked what the time limit policy is for the seller on a purchase for an event on the same day and the person had no answer for me they just said they try to contact the seller and tell them to supply the tickets as soon as they can. Basically the moral of this story is to never buy from seat geek and to stick with stub hub because they don't allow the seller to take multiple offers or sales without penalizing then and making them compensate a person who has purchased tickets from them. Also seat geek knew they were in the wrong and immediately after I spoke to them the confirmation emails for my order disappeared and there was no trace of my purchase. Very sketchy way to do business and terrible customer service. In the end we missed the concert and learned a very valuable lesson. I hope this never happens to anyone else because it ruined our entire trip
Hi Jeff. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, and we'd definitely like to explain further the process with which orders are placed, confirmed/rejected, and then fulfilled.
When you submit an order request through SeatGeek, that request is then forwarded to the seller of the tickets and goes into a pending stage. From there, the seller checks to see if they still have the inventory available. As most sellers list their tickets on multiple platforms, they unfortunately do have to reject orders from time to time when the tickets have already been claimed by another buyer. This is rare, but does happen, especially for last-minute orders as the volume of ticket orders increases. That being said, we also want to clarify that tickets are instant download after confirmation.
I do see that this order was placed with a third-party vendor, FanXchange. It also appears as though a SeatGeek representative reached out to FanXchange to request they expedite the confirmation or rejection for the order, which is not common practice. We, again, do sincerely apologize that these tickets were no longer available once your order came through. We do our best to keep our listings as up-to-date as possible, and order rejections are put in place to avoid situations where sellers double sell their tickets. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

The seat rating all over delivered. Got first row outfield seats at the Nats game for 20 a piece. All the tech performed smoothly.
Ordered tickets for final yankee game as its jeters final game; broker must of seen price spike it game ticket prices; cancelled my order.
We got up to our where the seats were and they had the section blocked off. Didnt have any extra tickets for us. So we had to stand the entire time.
Got my tickets to see Elton John in Nashville, Thanks to SeatGeek. My wife is going to be so excited when she opens her Valentine's Day card. Thanks!
My tickets were lost and they couldn't reissue them to me, so I just spent $100 for nothing :( They should have been able to get me tickets.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

SeatGeek has a rating of 2.2 stars from 2,560 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with SeatGeek most frequently mention customer service, credit card and phone number. SeatGeek ranks 23rd among Concert Tickets sites.
Paulu — thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're absolutely sorry to hear of this experience. I took a look over your order and it was placed with our vendor partner, FanXchange. SeatGeek is not a part of the fulfillment for your order, so we don't have the ability to place an order placed with another vendor. It sounds like you were communicating with FanXchange via phone. We would suggest getting back in contact with them to discuss what occurred here. A member of our CX team has replied to your email with contact info for FanXchange so this can be discussed further with the correct party.
