They treat the staff very poorly. They had been forcing a minor to work an 11 hour shift and they are not allowed to call off. The clothes there are cheaply made. The belt loops on pants come off when pulled up and hats and such are glued together. Sale items are returned items that are damaged and worn. Underwear are stained, food stains, other things as such. They are a poorly put together company and should face legal action.

I ordered some red, black and white knee boots from Akira about a week ago. I needed these boots for this. Saturday 1/6/24. Okay the order comes in a timely manner I was pleased with that. So I open the box and I loved my fur trench coat. I go to open the box for my boots and it was completely different boot in the wrong box. I was like how could this have happened. I immediately called Akira Customer Support number they wjhere closed of course because I live in CA and they are on CT time zone. The. Next day they were open New Years Eve I was happy to have. Gotten a live person. The lady was nice and she was apologetic about the situation. I had already emailed them the picture of the boot that they sent me and the box. The boots were still available online at the time when I had spoken to customer support. She told me she had to reach out to the fulfillment team so they could investigate why was the wrong boot put in the right box and maybe by the end of Sunday somebody would be getting back to me and that they would overnight me the right boot. I get an email that same day saying they are sorry they are completely sold out the boot and that they offer men 20% discount code and they will send me a return shipping label for the wrong boot that I have, Like really 20% that's nothing. I ordered this boot in a timely manner and they couldn't even say ooh we have this other boot nothing. I will never ever order anything from this website. The clothes are cute but that was some bull$#*!. This messed ups my whole outfit for Saturday. I am still mad.

I ordered my items and paid $18 for 2 day shipping so I can get my items in time for my fiance's funeral and I couldn't get in touch with anyone and my order was still being processed. Very unfortunate. I order from them very often but never needed rush services until now and I am very saddened by this

So, usually i see the good in bad things but i just can't ignore the fact that i am pissed. So first of all, the shipping. FANTASTIC recieved on the due date as printed. Here's the gag tho. As soon as i slipped my leg in the pants (that fit perfectly) the button flew off and the middle of the pants ripped. I also ordered a swim suit that looks NOTHING like online. My order was $90 and i will not be wearing a thing from here. So pissed. This was all for a trip.

Went in to buy Christmas gifts for daughter only to find out NO RETURNS only exchange in store WOW!. Also only get two weeks to do that. Don't buy anyone a gift here once your money is spent it's gone! Who does that? I am screwed. You got 400 bucks. Won't get anymore of my money. That's just bad business. Guessing no one knows that walking in.

If I could give it zero stars I would

I ordered a top online and it never arrived. The tracking info said that it had been delivered, but I was home all day that day, and we received no packages. When I tried to contact customer service I was put on hold for an extended period of time and hung up on more than once. I tried emailing on multiple occasions, no response. I used the chat feature and the representatives were wildly unhelpful. I had to start a new chat multiple times due to the representatives ending the chat before my questions had been answered. I was told I'd receive an email with a form to fill out regarding a refund, and I never received it. Each of the representatives ended the chat before my questions were answered, and eventually they turned off their phone line and chat. This company is 110% a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Always the best pieces

Literally my favorite store. They always have the best pieces and the best prices. It's pieces you can't find anywhere else. Shipping took about a week to get to me, maybe even less. I loved them and I'll probably shop there again.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company for items for my birthday party. The items arrived very different than described. Im still struggling to get proper communication from customer service for a return. HORRIBLE experience. I advise others to shop elsewhere.
