I began shopping with Shoplet near the beginning of the COVID pandemic in 2020. At first products came quickly and orders were fulfilled accurately. However, by my last order in May 2021, I began to have problems with Shoplet. They shipped everything in my order except one $41 item. The warehouse slip said it was unavailable at that location. After nearly 2 months of waiting, I called customer service to ask for a refund. Instead, they insisted on sending a message to the warehouse to fulfill the order. It is now 6 months later and I have neither received the item or a refund. At this point, they can keep the money, since I don't have time to sit on the phone to speak with customer service again. Needless to say, my order in May 2021, will be my last order to Shoplet since I refuse to do business with incompetent companies or those who lack integrity!
Purchased an item and it turned out to be defective. It took me 2 weeks and 5 e-mails for them to give me the required authorization form. I shipped the item back and then it took another 5 weeks to get my refund - and that was after sending over 10 e-mails over a 2 week period. I would avoid this seller - they may have fair prices but service is terrible.
This product really works well. Spray on, leave over night, and wipe clean. Love it and is definitely worth the money. This will be the only brand I will ever purchase again.
The Epson Matte presentation paper works great in the wide-format Epson ink-jet printer. It is smooth, bright, and holds the ink clearly. I would recommend it for anyone who has the need to print flow-charts or other presentation material.
Do not do business with this company.
On 5/16/20 I ordered an item they never indicated they did not have. Not only didn't they have it, on 7/16/20 there was still no projected delivery date. So I cancelled the order. While I got an auto reply that they'd received my cancellation, it's now 8/13 and still no refund. So I called and was on hold for 45 minutes and ultimately opted for a call back. Ha! 24 hours later, still no call back. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. I should have researched them. There's no shortage a lousy reviews out there. Argh.
I placed an order with Shoplet recently that was only partially fulfilled, although the items were in stock 3 weeks ago according to the site. They still say in stock.
I called for more info and was told I was going to need to get a refund and reorder. I tried to get note information on why the order couldn't just be fulfilled and what is the guarantee I would be making the same call in 3 weeks. The rep was not helpful and his supervisor less so. After another non-answer, he just hung up the phone. Terrible.

They sent the wrong item and after 3 weeks i finally get an ok to send it back but they want me to pay the return shipping. Hopefully my credit card company said they would reverse the charges and for me to just throw away the useless items they send. 135$ worth
In July, ordered incorrect cartridge. Called them, explained situation, gave them correct cartridge information ( two times) to exchange for correct one. Sent me return label. Shoplet stated correct one would be sent when incorrect one was received back. After over one month received cartridge; however, it was incorrect cartridge. Called them back to inform them of this error and now they want to charge a 50% restocking fee, plus I have to pay return postage. They just lost a long time customer.
I started using Shoplet and after my first few orders i received a call from an account rep named Sam. Sam has been a great help in assisting me with getting everything that I need for my office. When I have a question I give Sam a call and he is there to help. Even better is that Sam calls me to check in to make sure that everything is ok with my account. Great service. I gave them 5 stars believing that the cartridge (was the correct one)that came up on Google Shopping when I entered my printer model #, but it broke the printer where it was supposed to fit. I never used this printer before so I didn't realize that they sent the wrong cartridge for that printer. I can't send it back because it is opened.
Shoplet has a great selection of office furniture - from desks, to chairs, to entire benching and bull pen layout structures. Our office took some additional space, so I needed 3 desks and 3 chairs. Ordered everything from Shoplet and it all came in less that a week. That is great timing for something that has to be delivered by a freight truck.

I ordered 2 ink toners, supposedly to be delivered on 6/10/20. Twenty days later havent received them yet. Shoplet blames FedEx, FedEx just keeps issuing tracers. Shoplet wont issue a refund unless they get the pkg back from FedEx. Seems to me that is between them and I should be issued my refund as I havent gotten the goods ordered.

Failed to process my order and tried to charge me more than they advertised. Stay away you have been warned. One HUNDRED fifteen ripoff reports to date, don't be a fool and think they'll treat you any different
Used to use Staples, not any more. Switched to Shoplet and got much better service, selection and prices. Prices are competitive across the board, not on just a few items to get you hooked and then being over charged on the rest - not going to get fooled again - I am sticking with Shoplet.

Called into Shoplet to get help with my order. Spoke with Gerald who was able to pull up my order, get my issues resolved. I needed to return a damaged item - it happens with UPS delivery. Gerald got me a return label right away and sent out a replacement item. Great service will keep me coming back.
I ordered some necessary supplies for a school science fair well in advance of the date they were needed. With the advertisement of 2 day shipping I felt confident that the 10 days would be plenty. When I didn't receive the packages a week later I called and received terrible customer service from both a rep and her supervisor, Marvalee. The company had not processed my order until the day before my call to them (a week after my placing it on line) and now was not going to be able to ensure timely delivery. They would not consider upgrading the shipping to next day (Albany NY to Boston MA - very doable) and could offer me no monetary compensation for the extreme duress this lack of follow through had caused. When I found another company (Cleanitsupply.com) who would provide me with the same items for less money and have it to me in a day... Shoplet would not allow me to cancel the order! SHOPLET are SHOPLIFTERS! Don't be fooled... stay away.
I had an issued with an order where some items came in damaged. I called Shoplet's customer service department, told them about the issue and I got a return labels sent to me right away and replaced the damaged items. Great customer service will keep me coming back
I ordered this item on Saturday and tried to cancel it when they opened Monday morning but they stated it was too late even though it was not shipped yet.
The price was good but I could of done better.
Answer: No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.
Answer: They were featured on Walmart Marketplace. Because of their bait and switch scam Walmart is in the process of removing their entire account.
