Shoplet has a great website that is easy to use and I was able to find everything that I was looking for. I did have a question so I called into the 800# - got connected with a rep named Cynthia and she was able to answer my question and then I was able to complete my order. Everything arrived as expected with no issues.

"Horrible experience

"Horrible experience. Not sure why Walmart.com sells items for these scam artists. They don't disclose their shipping up front through Walmart.com, (but they claim they do) Bought a $14.99 item and they charged me $7.50 shipping. The first time I saw it was on the confirmation email (several hours later) I tried to cancel immediately upon receiving the confirmation email, but they claim it already shipped (never got any email confirmation of this) Only resolution they offered was for me to refuse the delivery and they would refund the $14.99 but would not refund the $7.50. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy on the phone was rude. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"

I never received a refund for items returned with a return number. I don't know why WalMart does business with this seller. I placed an order on the Walmart website and was redirected to this site without warning. I didn't even realize it until I tried to return the items and Walmart said "not our problem."

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Ordered from here due to the fast shipping and slightly lower price. Payed for rush processing. Called 3 business days later as it hadn't shipped yet... they couldn't find my order number, my account number, or anything. Only after I forwarded them my receipt did they acknowledge there was a problem. Was promised a call back - never received it. They promise 2-5 day shipping... it's been 14 and they still have no idea what is going on...

I placed an order for a $200 desk and never received it. For weeks I called to see if it had been processed yet and each time the representative said to give it 24 hours and it would be processed. A month later I called and they finally told me they have none left in their warehouse and they had no idea if they'd be getting more. They wasted a month of my time, they took my money, and they kept me from getting a different desk from a company that would actually send it to me. Shoplet is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever ordered from. PLEASE save your time and money and shop on amazon or literally anywhere else. Shame on you, Shoplet.

Horrible expetience

I found gloves on their website for 5 dollars a box. I was able to order 8 boxes. To get free shipping you had to reach a certain amount, so I ordered copy paper. When delivered I only got the paper. I called customer service and the representative Jerome has hung up on me twice. First time claims he didn't. Now waiting on the linee the second. He says gloves are on back order 2 months. Why not tell me while on the site ordering them, I need them for my job. Now can't get anyone on the line and I'm getting hung up on. They use the gloves to buy at a cheap price to get you to order more for free shipping. Jerome has hung up on me twice and will not pick up the phone after calling a third time and waiting on the line.

Bait and Switch?

First, I will say these are extreme times and not sure of the other side but was not happy to be convinced by email that they had sanitizer products in stock. So online went and purchased and was now informed at checkout maybe not available till late May or early June so I opted to wait. Bought a few other items while there to spread the wealth. Next morning I get a refund without notice or explanation of just the sanitizer. No reason or option to cancel the entire order. Three days have ten more ads from them but no response. This morning an email says same sanitizer available again and shipping May 15th. Just sleazy?

Two Orders:
1st order placed: Partially received. Partially cancelled by Shoplet.com. Called customer service 9 times. 10th time got through was told to expect credit to credit card within 2 days. After 3 weeks no credit to my account.
2nd order placed. All items showed "in stock" on Shoplet.com. Checked order status the next day. Showed all items "back-ordered". No estimated date of shipment.
I have never heard of an online vendor charging an order to a credit card before it has been shipped.
STAY AWAY!

We got a call stating the item which we ordered is no longer available and to try this other item. We got it and it was wrong. When returning they wanted to charge us a restocking fee even though it was there fault. Then when explaining this to Billy and Betsy they were so rude and did not want us as customers at all. We will not be going back here at all.

Fraudulent

I ordered back in beginning of April kleenix paper towels. For 28.99 I got four cases. 18 on each box. I thought what a good deal. Tell my friends. Well May 29th they take 270.99 out of my account send me a email saying they sent to much I can return them or pay it. Already took 270.00. Call the attorney general for your state. If they don't send me the labels to send this scam back. I will see them in court.

I got to shoplet for some medical supplies that I needed for my father after he had some medical procedures and was staying with me during his recovery. 3 weeks, never received my order! Only got one email saying my order was received and it gave an order number.
Not one other email about my order after that. Got spammed everyday with their "offer" emails though.
Tried calling their customer service number only to get dead air and disconnected no matter what dial prompt I used.
Sent 2 emails to them through the site and 2 others directly from the order email they sent me never to get a response.
They took my money immediately and then nothing! No order! No communication!

Nothing but thieves.

Shoplet has a great auto-delivery feature for items that I need every month. I schedule it in my account, and i get a reminder email about my scheduled shipment. Helps make sure I don't run out of the essentials that I need for my office.

Walmart.com

I ordered a product through Walmart.com and the supplier was Shoplet. I received the wrong item and called them. They kept asking for a order number starting in 153. I found a Reference No and an Order No. But they didn't start with 153. She said she couldn't help me. Then I found it under Customer PO Number? They refunded my money immediately but the woman was kind of rude. Don't think I'll order again if they are connected to the order.

I had used Shoplet.com for several business office purchases. One Saturday I cancelled an order online due to an error and placed the correct order. They never cancelled the first order and sent both. I returned the order they sent in error and the company never returned my money. I thought I could work with them for the credit they owed our business Amex. They never applied the credit after months of dealing with them and returning the merchandise. I wish I would have protested the charge with Amex instead of trying to work with them over several months. Needless to say we are out of pocket $171.06 for merchandise they sent and charged us in error for, merchandise which was returned to them and then they simply stopped responding to my emails. I dealt with their customer service and supervisor Donald Dyce.

Buyer Beware!

Fraud and Liars

I have placed 5 bulk orders for Paper mate ink joy retractable pens but they send me the damaged and incorrect low priced capped pens and I have returned all the items from the 5 orders but they issued me a partial credit. They said they will check again and reach me on monday. I have the proof of returning all the items based on the weight and I am going to sue them soon for inconvenience and frsud.

Terrible company

I ordered safety kits, and they sent me coffee filters. I called customer service and said they sent the wrong item. They credited my account and said I needed to go back into my account and order again. I told them they had the order in front of them; why could they not submit it. My first answer was, we can't; the second answer - after my questioning, was okay, we can re-order for you. The second order never showed up. I called, and they credited and said I would need to go into my account to reorder. Beyond that stupidity, I got disconnected four times by their customer service rep.
