I have placed 3 orders with this company for my company - they are dispicable! First of all - NO COMMUNICATION! I went to look at the last order I placed - took the money from our company, but says on the order status "payment address needs to be verified"! What?! I had already placed another order and they knew that this was the address of the company. Called - got hung up on, finally through to a voicemail for someone to call me back - left a message - and... nothing! After waiting for almost 2 hours got an actual human being on the phone who then wanted to say that my last order I used a different card - that had the EXACT same address! YES - because I am placing order for different department and they payments must be on those specific cards - ALL OF WHICH HAVE THE SAME COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS! She just responded - "oh"! She then said she would have the warehouse release my order - looked at the status today and it was CANCELED! What kind of piece of crap company is this! My company has NEVER had any issues ordering supplies from anywhere else! And we are a quasi government and non-profit entity - why would we provide false forms of payment?! We help the public - we NEED our supplies! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

BAIT and SWITCH

I ordered SentrySafe SFW123GDC from Shoplet.com on March 11,2021, and on March 14,2021, I received SentrySafe SFW123ES. The substitution on their part without asking the buyer. The model sent does not sport a key, it has a shelf instead of the locking drawer and no mounting hardware as the one I ordered. Because I wasn't asked if I would accept a substitution I feel this is Bait and Switch.

I called Shoplet.com and the rep was very polite. I had the following options: 1) I could let them issue a return pickup label and hope the one ordered was in stock or 2) receive a complete refund. There was no option three to reduce pricing. Nevertheless, I asked the rep to check and see if inventory was available on the off chance a new shipment came in. She confirmed they were out of inventory for the SentrySafe SFW123GDC.

Interestingly enough, at shoplet.com they are still displaying the model safe I ordered as being in STOCK just as it showed in STOCK the day of ordering.

The SentrySafe SFW123ES BLACK, not Gun Metal Grey is nice with a single shelf, and I have ordered a SentrySafe locking drawer for the safe from amazon.com to ensure I receive what I order.

Even though the rep said she would issue a return shipping label, it is simply too much trouble given the weight and I don't have a great deal of free time being a caregiver.

I placed this order just before midnight April 21,2020. I realized that the clorox does not kill 99.9% germs this was my reason for wanting to cancel this item. I tried sending an email minutes later. And the very next morning I called and spoke to Rep #1. First of all I would like to say that the customer service is very very poor. I spoke to 4 customer service reps and neither was knowledgeable about canceling or returning an item. Rep #1 was on the phone with me approximately 10 min. Claiming to be emailing the warehouse to cancel this item. He stated that the item was cancel and I would receive a full refund. I asked for a reference number he said one would be emailed to me. I never received it. Rep.#2 I contact her after looking at my account to learn that the item was out for deliver today April 23,2020. First she sound as if she did not want to be bothered with any questions. Secondly upon explaining to her about my situation she stated that she saw the cancellation notes and that I should receive a refund in 5-7 days. I asked how was that even possible when the item will be delivered today. I ask where did you find this info,,,,,, she disconnect the call. Rep # I spoke to her and asked for a supervisor she stated that it was impossible to speak to a supervisor. I stated so a business like this is being ran without a supervisor she stated yes and what else can I help you with. I stated nothing and thank you. Rep#4 I spoke to her and shared my situation with her she stated that there weren't any notes concerning a cancellation at all and all I had to do was just refused the item and once you receive them I would get a refund. Well I asked her did she read the returns policy of the company that she worked for. Because I clearly saw that the item could not be return with a RMA#. She stated oh I will send you one, and of course I'm still waiting. Such poor quality of customer service I will never order from this company again.

I was looking for CURAD ANTIVIRAL N95 MASKS. I found them on Shoplet.com. They were out of stock. They asked for my email and said they would email when they got them back in stock. THE NEXT DAY (which I found incredulous), they emailed me and said they had them in stock. In the email was a big red BUY NOW button to click. I did and bought the masks. When I received them, which was quickly, it was KN95 antiviral masks that were NOT Curad Antiviral N 95 masks. They were a generic off brand that was obvious that they have a big supply with cheap boxes that they put together and throw some into a box. When I called them, their customer service reps threw it back on me that they wanted proof that I had purchased the CURAD antiviral N95 masks because their order said I purchased the cheap KN95 masks. They refused to take them back because masks are not returnable. I am sure they are doing this to thousands and scamming every single one! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY INTENTIONALLY SCAM PEOPLE!

Now that we have this health crisis there is something really wrong going on here that will kill this business if no measures are taken! - but the check the last update - I got the money back!

My "case":
I ordered without seeing these many bad reviews, rating really tanked in the last 30 days acc to Amazon.
If I would have seen this I wouldn't have ordered for sure!

So it is the first time I shopped with shoplet - I did find their offer on google. I shopped for Isopropanol wanting to create our own disinfectant, but it was even available in 70% AND as HUGE 16oz spray bottle!
70% is the best disinfectant already (no need to mix myself - yeah) and as spray bottle - well this was perfect!

I did find it surprising that they had it available as it was sold out everywhere else! But believing in my luck I ordered two bottles and I even ordered copy paper to get it all shipping free. I used Amazon pay totaling $40+ incl tax.

There was an order confirmation alright and only three days later (from east to west coast?) the shipping arrived. BUT so far only the 500 pages of copy paper arrived.
No Isopropanol in the relatively big box which made up for 85% of the price of the order and now I'm not able to get any tracking info from the shoplet website. I hope they recover from this as I hope we all recover but I don't like how this looks right now!

On top of this I opened an request with Amazon pay (which I was able to use as a payment option and what actually influenced me to trust this supplier) and they (amazon) auto returned an email writing that the email they (amazon) sent to shoplet came back as undeliverable!. WOAH!

I will update this review in any case by the end of April telling if the shipment arrived (then up to four) or if I got my money back (up to three as I still found the missing tracking data disturbing) or if I neither get money nor the missing part of the order - then down to 1 star!)

LAST UPDATE!
I just saw on my credit card / amazon. Pay the money is back... so poor communication (an Email would have helped when they realized they couldn't deliver) + poor service (it was available on the website) but at the end I got the money back => three stars!

Buyer Beware!

Zero Stars! I ordered a Sherpa desk Organizer with 3 sets of extra panels. What they sent me was a Sherpa Organizer you screw into the wall. Thank goodness I had taken a picture of my order which showed a photo of the product for they literally changed the order to that Organizer you hang on the wall. I told customer service, I work in a public school, I can't drill into the cement walls! Customer Service is not helpful! You call, and are disconnected and call back and put on hold for a long time. There is such a disconnect between Customer Service and Shipping. With Shoplet totally changing my order, I was not going to play their game and sent back the product to reorder what I had wanted. I demanded for a label to return all the items however I was sent one label just for the organizer. I had to call back several times and demand another label for the panels. The representative acts confused, saying we've sent you a label and you have to explain that that is just for one item, not all four. Instead of emailing one label for the three panels (They has been shipped together), I was sent three labels so I had to find two other boxes to ship the three panels separately. I shipped all four boxes back the same day and when several weeks went by and no refund to my credit card, I called customer service. It was the same thing: Tell someone your situation. The customer service person is confused. You're put on hold for a very long time, get disconnected and then call back. Finally, I had a refund for $28 and some change when the whole purchase was just over $180. With another call, you get the same run around and now I've been told shipping received the products back and I need to wait 5 more days for a refund. My order was placed September 3rd and it's October 27 and I'm still waiting for that refund. It's almost like... if you give the customer a hard time, mess up a little bit and delay delay... maybe the custom will forget or give up on getting the refund! Not this customer! I'll fight Shoplet until I get the rest of my money back! Buyer Beware! I will never purchase an item from this company. Don't waste your time!. When you call a recording says how Shoplet buys a tree with every purchase. Forget the tree, just run your company and be fair and just!
