This company constantly advertised sales on items that don't exist. I bought 8 rolls of cork and received only one, they refunded me without asking! I didn't want the refund, I want the other 7 rolls of cork! To make matters worse, they're STILL advertising the same deal weeks later! What a horrible company. I'm going to start emailing Amazon executives to let them know why this scam outfit is doing!
Nice paper towels for cleaning or just wiping hands. 1 sheet can get a lot of cleaning done. So glad I bought them they hold up very well when cleaning up spills or wiping down my counters. Great value especially if you like buying in bulk like myself. I will re order. Stay stocked up!
This company does not pay their bills! They are a crappy company lead by an even crappier person, Tony Ellison. They sell cheap items, take your money and are rude. Tony is the worst to work with and is a scam artist! Buy from someone else!
This is a must have item. Quality and performance for your needs. Item was just as presented and exactly what I hoped for. This has been an organizational life saver. Easy to use, easy to find documents.
I bought 5 boxes of the forks, take 23 days to ship to us, asking for return, they charge 25% restock fee
The problem is shoplet ship items super late, when i got it, i don't need no more, that is not the right, shoplet delay the orders 23 days, now they want charge 25% for return, that is ridiculous, no more shoplet

The sander would probably be great if I could actually recieve it. Shoplet gave me horrible customer service from and Asian customer/ supervisor representative who actually hung the phone up on me. They give you false tracking info and cannot even get in touch with their shipping department. Do not buy fron shoplet. Was quoted 6-10 days shipping and at day nine still no current real tracking number. Stay away. Fraud alert.
When I requested a quote from the company and sent back the PO, after weeks of waiting on my items to arrive, I reached out to them. First, I was told that they didn't have my order. Then told that it's with the "net 30" department [accounting], then I was told that there's a hold up in shipping. Finally, after weeks of them being unable to keep a story straight, I decided to call them every day. Finally, they sent it, and subsequently, left 6 items off. When I contacted them, they initially acted as if they cared. Now they don't even bother to respond. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY company!
They don't know about their inventory, I had spent one hour on their website and ordered about 1000$ merchandise, today I received a message that they don't have the merchandise, it's a online store and they don't know what

Only one star because order arrived timely. Nothing else was acceptable. Ordering was difficult. Prices changed during the ordering process which just complicated that process. Seemed as though prices adjusted so it was more difficult to qualify for free shipping.
Order was received as expected but an item was missing. No way to correct online. Called customer service, I was told item was out of stock and they would send a credit. The clincher, my order at there web site now does not reflect this item but rather an increase in the price of another item so the total cost would be the same as the original order. Confirmation order email reflected the correct pricing and items. I won't be buying from Shoplet again.
I am the primary purchaser for Southwestern Dermatology. Rakuten steered me towards some good deals on the Shoplet site recently. Unfortunately Shoplet cancelled my entire order "out of stock". Upon review of the items at their site, the items all had a huge price increase after and were listed as available to purchase. Shame on them!
My $2,400 order was processed and charged on 02/02/2020. It's been three months and NO response at all for numerous emails and phone call. The phone system does not work *******015. It is being disconnected automatically when I press any extension button.
Shoplet's web site is easy to navigate. I needed some new toner cartridges for my printer. Set up a new account, placed my order and it came in 2 days. No issues. Got free shipping as well. Will definitely use Shoplet again.
They have an incredible selection of dress including hard to find titles, their prices are great, and the service is superior! I love them! Items were received as ordered. Same as described. Good solid service.
Three-month calendars are exactly what I was looking for. I like to see future appointments and activities in one place. Received quickly. Actually arrived a day ahead of the date indicated. Very prompt.
They delivered a partial but its been two weeks of waiting for them to complete my order. Sent emails multiple times, no responses. Phone lines are useless, can't even reach a real person to talk to. They should close, they're cheating people with this mode of operation. I'm thinking of escalating this soon,

We ordered an Oki-Data Factory original equipment toner cartridge for our Multi-Function Copier. Shoplet offered it through Walmart Marketplace. They played a bait and switch scam and instead of sending the factory original equipment ($57.77) they sent us a $10.00 knock off "compatible" (which if we would use would void the factory warranty).
We immediately called Walmart to file a complaint and Walmart is in the process of removing Shoplet's entire account from their marketplace. Since Shoplet used U.P.S. To play this "bait and switch" that constitutes interstate fraud and we have filed the appropriate complaint with the U.P.S. Fraud department to cancel their shipping account as well.
Shoplet's veiled attempt to explain their bait and switch fraud was to send us an email saying they are "sorry you were not satisfied with the item you received". Not satisfied? Really? The picture of what we received is attached.
If I could give them less than 1-star I would.

Horrible service, customer service people very rude, extremely difficult return policy, was asked to return item in an outer box and they did not send it to me that way. Now I have to pay $20 for shipping, $15 re-stocking fee and wait 3 weeks for the credit.
I pay $50 for my item I may just sell it on craigslist and avoid all the difficulty. I will never recommend any of my friends or clients to purchase anything at Shoplet.Com

I love how well this works on stainless steel. It covers up fingerprints, and leaves the outdoor features with a shiny surface, which seems to repel the humidity. Smells awesomely clean and leaves the most satisfying streak free shine.

Never received items. Call them numerous times and they stated they would credit me, but they never did. Finally after several months and many calls into customer service. I had to dispute the charges with my banks. Please do NOT buy from Shoplet. They do not have the products in stock. They will charge your card immediately tho.

Answer: No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.
