Order never received
March 30, 2020

On 3-13-20, i ordered toilet paper. I received confirmation that my order would be sent out in a few days. It is now 3-30-20 and no order. Will not answer any inquiries regarding this order. Do not order from them!

I have purchased from Shoplet before and got assigned an account rep. I needed help finding a product. Called my rep - Sam. Sam picked right up... told him what I was looking for and he was able to find a suitable product. Since I was not in front of a computer/phone, Sam even offered to place the order for me. Great service. Package came in 2 days with no issues. I will continue to use Shoplet. And thanks again Sam.

I go to web site and only way to find my shipping info is with order number. No record of items on website. All I have is email sent when ordered. No email to reply to. Contact forms says 2-5 business days to get back. Only open Mon-Fri. Not a good site if something goes wrong with order.No file cabinet and no immediate help.

Shoplet is such a bad company my wife started thinking maybe it was a scam. I ordered some basic items and never received any updates on shipping. I tried calling and sometimes the call dropped, sometimes it seemed like the line was answered but no one said anything, etc. It took about 30 calls to finally get someone. Once we spoke I told her my order was about a month old and I have not heard anything. She then told me my purchase was cancelled! I never even received an email! I had her look into it to check if the payment was reversed but she said it never went through. To top it off, I asked her why I never received notification it was cancelled and she said "I'll send out a ticket and you'll receive confirmation, there should have been an email." I didn't even receive that! HORRIBLE company that should be avoided!

After waiting almost 6 weeks AND after no less than 5 phone calls in which we were assured that our order was "being shipped", I personally called. The rep I spoke with finally told me that our order had been "price frozen". When I inquired what that meant, I was informed that the "price that Shoplet pays went up, so my order was frozen. Shoplet needed to make a little more money to fulfill the order. Shoplet waits for the price to come back down OR the customer to cancel. What? No notice. No call. No service and... no still no refund. Thank goodness for buyer protections on my CC. No way. Be very careful.

Is Shoplet a scam? Never received 4 out of 9 items I ordered worth $127.40! Called over 20 times, always on hold, no one answers. Sent emails over 2 weeks ago, no response! Can't get a refund because I can't reach anyone. Are they a scam?

Bait and switch
August 28, 2021

Looked up styrofoam trays. Advertised at ~$40/case. Received order and I was charged ~$49. For six cases that's over $50 overcharge! I looked the trays up again and they're still ~$40. Contacted customer service and they basically said "oh well". I will NEVER order from them again. They bait and switch.

Bottom line: "Shoplet" is the worst ever! This business certainly will never get mine again. While I received an Order Confirmation by email, I NEVER received my shipment because... after weeks of waiting, my purchase was never shipped, and I received no follow-up communication from the company. I tried contacting the company about my Order twice, and I never received the courtesy of a reply. When last checking status online, I found the company had cancelled my Order; i. E., without any authorization from me to do so, nor any follow up by them to have my charge card credited with what I had paid for shipping & the item they never sent nor wrote back to me about. Fortunately, Chase Card Services, my credit card company investigated the issue immediately after I reported it, and then fully credited my account. I also have filed a formal complaint about "Shoplet" through Paypal.

SCAM OFFICE SUPPLY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE... They say items are in stock then when you order and give them your credit card they send you an email saying order is processed... Checked bank and money was deducted in 5 minutes... Went back on website to get tracking number and now they say out of stock... Called customer service for 4 hours to get a refund and nobody answers the phone, even if you press the different numbers... I called my bank's fraud division and reported the company... They are issuing me a new credit card... Gave them one star for teaching me a lesson to watch out for red flags... I was trying to order toilet paper... Should have realized they were scammers when they said it was in stock because no one has any in stock...

Shoplet has a great selection of items for the office. I got everything I needed at one place. I did some comparison shopping to make sure the prices were good. Shoplet was very competitive. Everything came in one package with no issues.

I wish I could give then zero. Put in an order, never received it. Had to call three times. First two calls I was told they had to contact "the warehouse" and they would sent me a follow up email. Never received an email. Third call was told that warehouse had "proof of delivery" and would email it to me. No email of course. I have a ring doorbell and did not have any packages go missing during the delivery period. The reps at the call center are friendly, but all they can do is parrot what's on their screen. Stick with Amazon. This site is garbage.

This website is like officedepot but cheaper. They have pretty much exactly the same stuff but just marked down and just as good. I have trying to save money like everyone else during these times and I found the best way was to cut overhead costs by purchasing our office supplies cheaper than from office depot. Save a couple thousand a year this way.

I ordered two paper products from this company, one of which I received. There was no communication about the other item. I tried to communicate several times via the computer and also by telephone, but there was no answer. I finally had to involve my credit card company who made them issue a refund. No communication whatsoever from Shoplet.

Product identified via Google search. First price advertised as $204, get to the website still $204, add it cart, $260!? Then, I write them an e-mail to notify them what's happening, no response. Add it to the cart 10 minutes later and finally $204. I purchase the item to find out it's out of stock. I call them as an unsuspecting customer and the person says "Oh we have plenty of stock on that, honey". She does some more research and says she'll have to contact the warehouse and won't hear back for 72 hours to confirm for sure it's in stock!? In the meantime they say they'll update their inventory but two days later it's still listed as available so I order it again to get an email saying the order was cancelled because it's not in stock. Wow.

One guy wrote - You have to give a star otherwise they would get zero... That's a true statement! I ordered one of those one legged stools like you see spectators use on the golf course. It was defective when it arrived and I called "customer service"- LOL immediately. The next day I get an email that says "I was advised by the manufacturer that you may dispose of the product. You will be credited back and then you may re-order the item."
I order everything on-line, through PayPal. It's been 10 days and still no credit. I both call and email these swindlers everyday and everyday they have a new excuse or just repeat yesterday's smoke screen. I have Paypal's satisfaction guarantee but can't file a claim until 20 days have past so, unlike some of you, I'll get my money eventually. It just seems it would take a lot less effort, on their part, to do the RIGHT THING in the first place.

Was unhappy with product. Not as described. Wrote immediate email. No response. Contacted customer service and received no satisfaction. Will never do business again.

I feel like I've been scammed. My credit card was charged within 24 hours of order placement. They did not provide a shipping confirmation or way to track my order. I've called about this many times in the past week. I was disconnected 3 times and able to reach a live person twice. They say they'll email the warehouse where the item is supposed to ship from and then no follow up whatsoever. Stay away from this company unless you want to pay for items you may never receive!
