I love how well this works on stainless steel. It covers up fingerprints, and leaves the outdoor features with a shiny surface, which seems to repel the humidity. Smells awesomely clean and leaves the most satisfying streak free shine.

I would rate Zero if that option was available Took an order on line, charged my card and mentioned a delivery date and a ship notification email none of which materialized. In addition the listed phone number hasn't taken any calls for days. The do not respond to email correspondence either. Took the money and ran...

Never received items. Call them numerous times and they stated they would credit me, but they never did. Finally after several months and many calls into customer service. I had to dispute the charges with my banks. Please do NOT buy from Shoplet. They do not have the products in stock. They will charge your card immediately tho.

Warning!

Warning! Don't shop with Shoplet! They uses fraud business methods. Long story short I bought a tabletop on their website with paypal payment. I received an email that they needed my phone number for delivery which I answered immediately. A week later I called them to see where my item was. They said that they would contact the delivery people. I kept calling them numerous times. Then suddenly they refund me the shipment plus partial off the table top. I called to see what that is about. They now claim that they not only called me but also was on my address but no-one knows me at my own house. That is simply a lie since I am the owner of the house and only have two renters. I am also on the block association if they tried by my neighbors. They never left any message nor emailed me about problems with delivery. When I called to get a full refund he hang up. Now I am in the odyssey of getting my money back via paypal. What an ordeal!

I have been using Shoplet for a while with great results. I do check them against the big guys like Staples and Amazon, and they continue to be more competitive. Bought a new printer recently and the site recommended me the toner that would go with it. Great feature. Order was delivered with no issues.

Theves or Incompetant?

I began shopping with Shoplet near the beginning of the COVID pandemic in 2020. At first products came quickly and orders were fulfilled accurately. However, by my last order in May 2021, I began to have problems with Shoplet. They shipped everything in my order except one $41 item. The warehouse slip said it was unavailable at that location. After nearly 2 months of waiting, I called customer service to ask for a refund. Instead, they insisted on sending a message to the warehouse to fulfill the order. It is now 6 months later and I have neither received the item or a refund. At this point, they can keep the money, since I don't have time to sit on the phone to speak with customer service again. Needless to say, my order in May 2021, will be my last order to Shoplet since I refuse to do business with incompetent companies or those who lack integrity!

Don't change your mind

I ordered this item on Saturday and tried to cancel it when they opened Monday morning but they stated it was too late even though it was not shipped yet.
The price was good but I could of done better.

Idiots!

Terrible customer service! Placed an order. It never came. I called in after 2 weeks and they said they wanted to verify my billing address before shipping. I have been waiting for the file folders for 2 weeks. Do not waste your time.

I ordered some stuff for my office on Wednesday morning and it arrived two days later on Friday. That's great service. And I got free shipping as well. No reason for me to even consider going anywhere else - not even Amazon or Staples. No way. I am sticking with Shoplet.

This company is fully of it. I placed an order in July they constantly pre authorized and charge my card until my credit card finally declined them. Placed another order on 8. 3. 2020 with a 20% increase in price they charged my card twice no order received. They finally decided to cancel today: 10.21.2020 the order after it set on back order for 2.5 months but only sent an email to let me know it was cancelled. No phone call - Nothing.

Arrived sooner than expected. Very good Boardwalk Toilet Paper for the price. Arrived on time in a large cardboard box. This is my third order of this product. The tissue is as strong as most and stronger than some others. Haven't had a "breakthrough" yet and doesn't tear or separate when wiping. I will order again.

DO NOT buy anything from SHOPLET.com. I bought something through Walmart.com that I guess goes through Shoplet and they want to charge a 20% restocking fee plus have to pay for shipping. I'll be paying 40% of the item by the time I have it returned and nothing to show for it. I thought this would be something east to return to the store if needed and now its a nightmare and will be sending my reviews to Walmart as well. This Company thinks it can compete with Amazon and doing business like this shows that they won't last long.

I purchased a task chair on 7/5/23 and when it arrived, the pneumatic lift for the seat was defective. Returns for a full refund are allowed up to 30 days. However, I was unable to fit the chair in the shipping box, as instructed because the base was now permanently attached to the seat (stuck at the lowest height) and it would not fit in the box. I immediately emailed my problem and asked that they advise me as how to proceed. I didn't hear back for several weeks and when I did, my problem was not addressed, and it was like they never read my reply at all. I tried again - same thing. By now the 30 day window had well been exceeded. I tried to explain all this twice in calls to customer service and their "hands were tied", as I had exceed the 30 day limit. I am beyond frustrated and feel taken advantage of and cheated. There are exceptions to all rules, and this should have been one.

I am an on-line shopper for both work and personal stuff. For work/office items, I have been to Staples, Office Max, even Amazon... but I keep going back to Shoplet. They have a great selection, their customer service is always helpful if there is an issue (no one is perfect), and they get me my items with fast free shipping.
