I placed an order on the website and after a few days checked on the status of the order only to find that they cancelled it. I did notice that they had increased the price of the item on the website after I had placed my order. I sent an email and did not receive a response. I then called and talked to customer service who advised the item was a clearance item and now sold out. I questioned why it was still listed at a higher price and could not get a reasonable answer.

It has been fun shopping here and I highly recommend this site. I like that if you are not pleased with the item, you get to return it easily through the realise point closest to you. You become addicted to shopping with Shoplet.

Don't waste your time with this company, wasn't even able to actually place an order... I just wasted an hour of time trying to place an order *******@shoplet. Ca to find out QUEBEC is one of the territories they don't ship to...

Hold time was 20 minutes and I got the same rep as on live chat apparently this is a one man band

HORRIBLE!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They don't ship 2 items, don't tell you this, say they shipped it and still charge you for it. Customer service is the worse. Save you stress and hair and order elsewhere.

All good with shipping and package. The product itself is fine and suits our needs. I wouldn't say it is a premium product but it's not cheap either. We're not too picky with our tissue paper so for us it was the perfect purchase and I would recommend to anyone.

Stay away from this company at all costs. I ordered a printer, after calling every day for about a week to try to get any information on when the printer would ship, they finally told me it was out of stock and I would be getting my money back, so I bought another printer from a different company. About a week after the new printer arrived, the one from shoplet showed up. Sure enough, the charge was still on my card. I called the company and told them my situation and they basically said that there wasn't much they could do and they would send a shipping label to return the printer. It's been 2 weeks since that phone call and I still haven't received the shipping label and the charge is still on my card.

I will never use this company again. There product was a week and a half late. Emailed about returning the unopen item, Told there was a restocking fee, asked for what it was and why? Since the reason for the return was due to their product being so late, which resulted in having to purchase the product from another company. Contacted customer service to return item, told the return slip would be sent out. After patiently waking for the return label, called again and told it was not mailed, but emailed and ended up in my spam box. After talking to them again, was told that a new label would be sent back out with in 48 hours. Later received an email saying that too much time had past and they would not take the item back.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
April 14, 2020

We placed 9 orders with shoplet. The next day they canceled a few of them because they said they cannot provide these items which their website shows them. They are holding to our money and do not have the items we purchased. This is not a reliable company from our experience and we will never shop with them.

Poor Communication
July 25, 2017

Shoplet has very poor contact with its customers.
No e-mail confirmation.
My order was backordered - no info of when it would be filled.
I received my order after 10 days but on the website my order is still backordered.
My order was exactly what i needed and in good condition and a good value.
It was a stressful purchase

I dont know why Amazon allows Shoplet to ruin people' experience.
14 days after ordering my stethoscope I had to contact Shoplet to ask where my item was. They replied on the 18th day that they were canceling my order because it wasn't in stock! You can't make this stuff up... and I still haven't seen my refund. GARBAGE!

Poor shipping practices
December 7, 2021

I ordered clothespins for students to make Reindeer ornaments on Dec. 2nd and paid the $2.99 rush processing. I called on the 6th wondering where they were. They said they would return the rush processing (still waiting), and I tracked the package via UPS. It will arrive on the 14th. The 14th! These kids will not be able to get this done in time with all the other Christmas activities! SO DISAPPOINTED!

Burned on 2 orders.
One placed in April in which they charged me and still have not delivered product. Albeit it was for Clorox wipes they should contact me to refund my money.
2nd was Sept 23. A representative contacted me by phone to offer Lysol wipes because they are in stock (also per their website). I processed the order and the product is backordered. I've emailed the representative twice without a response.
I actually received an email today from them offering Lysol wipes again.
Fool me one, Fool me twice. That's it.

This company is a joke
October 7, 2020

Ive placed 3 different orders and ended up canceling all 3. They would say when you order that its backordered for a month or 2 but then every month it tells you its back ordered again and again. Ive had to wait almost 6 months for my items and still never got it and this whole time they already authorized my credit card for the charges and wont release it but wont ship their items. When i call they tell me they ran out of supplies. Doesnt make any sense this company is a joke when it comes to ordering supplies that you will never get. At least give the customer their money back until you are able to ship the items. Horrible company. Would NOT recommend!

I would give this ZERO stars. I spent an hour of my time ordering a shop vac and after a week I got a phone call that they had a problem with my credit card since I had a different billing addess (a PO Box) than my shipping address. After spending another hour on the phone with a woman that didn't speak good English, she refused that credit card and another one I gave her. I finally gave up and cancelled, then turned around and ordered it from Amazon, which had the same credit card on file, with no problems at all. Will never attempt again.

- The billing address on the credit card is different than what we have on record.

- The shipping address is different than the billing address. This is to make sure that we ship the item to the correct address.

- There is a problem with the card, which might due to incorrect card information.

- The shipping address is a Po Box. We cannot ship to a Po Box.

Shoplet canceled my order, stating "per my request." I never canceled the order and could get no response from the company as to why. Could not reach them by phone, and never got any response from emails. They did not charge my card, but this is no way to treat customers!

TRY to Make a return...
November 1, 2020

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I emailed 3 times asking for help in making a return. Item was still in a sealed mfg package. The CS did ask me to email her a picture, showing the item was still in its original wrapper, but then I never heard from her. A few days later, I did get an auto reply thanking me for the opportunity to be of help and to contact them if I needed more help. What a joke. I hated my experience, using SHOPLET.

Scam Business

This business is bogus at best. Ordered some item that were shown available on the website about a month ago and only found out about a week later that the items were all back ordered. No communication from the business about this.

At the time, the website shows that items were only 1-2 month out so I though I will just wait. Checked back about 3 weeks later, all items were still 1-2 month out. What they will do is that they push back the estimated date by one day EACH DAY! So, they can do this indefinitely and not ship you anything. But they charge you on the first day anyway.

So I went ahead and tried to unsubscribe from their useless daily advertisement, won't you know it, they don't care that you have unsubed. New spammy emails sent to me everyday still.

Now they got my personal info and charged me for it lol. Also, will not stop bothering me with useless spam emails.

Had some questions so i dialed into the 800# (yes great that a company actually has a phone number these dayss) - spoke with a rep Gerald who helped answer my questions, set up and accont and place my order over the phone. Shoplet has a great selection of everything that I needed for my office. Great service too. On my last order I had an issue that one of my items came damaged. I called their customer service department and got an immediate replacement and reshipment for the damaged item.
