I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

I ordered 13 pairs of lashes and 3 were missing. Mind you these lashes are $1, I didn't think I'd have to jump through hoops of proof for $3. I think it's a horrible business practice to send out incomplete orders and then make it seem like it's the customers incompetence for the order mishap. When I received my order I immediately emailed them through their website and got no reply. So, I emailed them by replying to their order confirmation email and got a reply from someone named Pamela yesterday. Someone would question why I'm going through such lengths for $3. It's simple, If I tried to order from the website with insufficient funds my order wouldn't be complete they wouldn't send me the items in my cart "just because" so I'm not sending them an extra $3 "just because". Don't waste your time with this company, pay an extra 50 cents and order your lashes elsewhere. What's ironic is that I've received less hassle from House Of Lashes, who misplaced one pair of lashes in a 3 lash order. The lashes individually cost $7.30 and they didn't require as much proof and simply sent out another pair. They also have a quicker customer service response and they are well known and more high end than this dollar store. Spend your money with more reputable companies. As a business owner I can't believe that these orders aren't DOUBLE checked before shipment! I will say that I ordered from them twice before and never had an issue both orders contained 10 lashes. I guess staff can't keep track of orders with over 10 different items.

This place is a legitimate company, but their items SUCK and their service SUCKS. I ordered about 20 items, and first, they lied about shipping and it took forever to get on. Then they told me items I ordered were out of stock (so I didn't get those). And THEN when my items finally came they were the WORST makeup products ever. I refuse to put them on my face now, and none of you guys should either. Finally, when I talked to their service after everything, they provide the worst service ever and it felt like I was talking to bots. I probably was. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

Never received my order. Paid quite a lot of money for it, they ignored all of my requests for a refund. Absolutely appalling service. Do not use please, for your own sake

I recently made my first purchase from Shopmissa a few weeks ago. The shipping time was alright and it took a while for the package to actually move and get anywhere but it came at a decent pace. I would honestly say some of things I ordered looked a lot better on the site itself. I ordered some jewelry, makeup and miscellaneous items. Firstly the jewelry was very cheaply made. They say it's made out of real metal but the necklace I ordered broke and was made from thin metal. It was my first time trying to put it on. Though the bracelets were alright. Luckily I have small enough wrists to fit them. The ring I bought looks very gaudy and looks like it's made of plastic even though it's metal. Though the makeup looks to be in good shape and the packaging was good so nothing could contaminate it. Lastly, I bought sunglasses, a hair clip and a lanyard. The lanyard's seams were ripped even though I didn't even put it on, one pair of the sunglasses had a twisted eye rest and made the glasses feel and look crooked. The other pair was fine and looks to be in good shape. I haven't tried the hair clip yet but it looks fine and I hope it doesn't break. Overall this site may have things that you can buy and expect to use for quite a while like the makeup and tools but otherwise I'd just go to any boutique or store and buy a $50 necklace or bracelet that I know will hole up.

Tip for consumers:
If you have sensitive ears like mine that will break out unless you have real gold or silver earrings than I wouldn't recommend purchasing earrings from this site. But otherwise shop at your own expense, you might find something of good value and use.

Terrible shipping and customer service.
Purchased an order on April 2018 + paid international shipping to Australia
NO confirmation, shipping date, estimate etc...
Not hearing anything from them until AUGUST 2018 saying that the parcel has returned to their warehouse. They offered me either a refund MINUS shipping fee or PAY international shipping AGAIN for them to send it out again.
I did not accept neither option because I did not find any of these option satisfactory. I requested to spea to their manager/ supervisor. They then issued a refund MINUS shipping fee.
I paid shipping fee for something I did not know whether was shipped or not, but never received
BEWARE INTERNATIONAL BUYER: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOP MISS A IF YOURE NOT FROM THE US

Ordered 42 days ago, it now has been 30 business days and still no show to Australia. It says 'attempted delivery' but nothing has been attempted to be delivered to my house, not impressed.

Went online after seeing a YouTube video decided hey let me order just a few to give them a try, which I only purchased about $10 bucks worth. Received my order about 2 and a half weeks later everything packaged well bubble wrap included... nothing was broken, chipped or ripped very good shape I would say! My ONLY complaint I would have is, I was never given a tracking number to be able to track my order so I had no clue when it would arrive even though it did instruct it would take about 5 business days to get ready and I did order on a Saturday. Okay TWO complaints lol the second would be no where in the website I could find to write a review; I'm very big on reviews because I read them all the time and are helpful (sometimes) and I know (hope) my reviews help other! Anyway got home one day and bam there was my package... the liquid lipsticks I got are pretty good last all day some are a bit tacky but I don't mind it I mean they are $1. I will be guilty with this one because I got so caught up with everything being $1 I did not read any reviews and now noticing how many people have been scammed which is ridiculous for any company to do so.

Save your time and you money and go anywhere other than this site. Their customer service is trash and they dont care about their customers at all. I placed an order nearly 2 months ago, my package is finally supposed to be delivered today. (yeah I still technically havnt gotten it). After almost a month I contacted them about my order not being fulfilled. I didnt get an actual response back from customer service, just a random tracking number with no explanation or apology for the delay. When I looked up the tracking number it just said a label was created but no package was received by the company to the shipping facility. So another 2 weeks go by before I contact them again that they have not gotten the package to the DHL Shipping Facility to ship to me. I believe they gave me the tracking number to "shut me up" for a while. After I demanded a refund did I get another, not helpful, reply from "customer service" that my package had just been sent to the facility to ship to me. Please do not waste your time or money on this site, you wont get clear answers from them on anything and they are completely unhelpful to their customers. They take your money right away and expect you to wait months for your order.

I've been a customer since 2016 (US-based) and have always received my items. If an item runs out of stock before it gets to you, as they sell out of certain items super fast, they'll credit you a dollar or whatever amount you spent on that particular item. I will say that shipping time is a lot slower than other online brands, even if you choose the expedited option, I would say typically 10-12 days. Regarding their products, the only makeup I think is reliable is their own AOA brand, and those are typically the products that sell out quickly. If you're looking for foundation, eyeshadow, or mascara, stick to the drugstore. If you want a good deal on liquid lipsticks, concealers, highlighter, and tools, ShopMissA might be for you. Don't bother with the jewelry - you get what you pay for, and if you have sensitive skin like me, you may regret it. Judging by other reviewers, I would say if you're not in the US, don't buy from here, or buy knowing you risk losing your package and your cash.

I ordered 4 Kleancolor madly matte lipsticks, 1 liquid eyeliner, an eyelash curler, and a 12 pack of shadow pigments. My order took 2 weeks to arrive, but for the price, that's fine. Especially considering it took a month to get my recent ColourPop order and a month to get my last NYX order. The lipsticks are crazy pigmented and yet somehow creamy. I've yet to try them with a primer, I just put them on my bare lips last night. They look great. The liquid liner is a metallic green and claims to be waterproof. I can't attest to that because I just swiped it over the back of my hand, but I can say it's very pigmented, looks great, and even though I had just put it on, it took some serious effort to wipe off. The eyelash curler is a little rickety but works how it's supposed to, and the pigments are BEAUTIFUL - even prettier in person than on the website. I honestly can't believe this site has gone relatively unnoticed for so long. Obviously the products aren't 5 star highest possible quality, but for a $1 lipstick to be creamy, matte, pigmented, AND smell good? I mean we're all winning, really.

ShopMIssA is a scam website... I ordered cosmetics from them, they charged my card, but I NEVER RECEIVED my merchandise. The thing that is more ridiculous about it, is that I live in Texas and ShopMissA is supposedly located in Texas. TOTAL SCAM... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order with ShopMissA after a friend had tried and recommended it. I was extremely nervous after I read a lot of bad reviews. However, I had already placed my order. I ordered the 12-Piece AM Brush Set, the teardrop Wonder Jelly Sponge, Green Tea Face Mask, that was made in Korea, and the brush cleaning egg. I paid $16.95 and that's with shipping included, so I got a pretty good haul for the amount I paid. (I spend more on ONE product in Ulta or Sephora so this was a feat for me). I received my package in 6 days, however, my tracking number never worked so even when it was here, it still said it was in Grand Prairie, Texas. I got all the items I paid for wrapped up in bubble wrap, foam, and tissue paper, all held together by a Miss A sticker. Everything except the mask was AOA brand. Everything was good quality for its price and nothing was broken. I use the brushes everyday and I like them just as much as my expensive ones. I was impressed with SMA and will be shopping there again for some actual makeup and lashes. I don't know what happened with everyone else, but my experience was great.

I ordered 3 lip glosses. Vintage cola, cherry blossom lip oil, and clear lip plumping gloss. I found miss a off of tik tok, and thought it was too good to be true. Im only 14, and cant really buy things without permission from my parents, so my mom was mainly in charge of it. We read a ton of negative reviews. Honestly, i was super skeptical and worried it was a scam, and i would lose the 5 or so dollars i spent.
However, i highly recommend buying from them. Maybe just buy a few things here and there because i know shipping can mess up and you lose some things you order. It was packaged really nice, and my package was only delayed a few days or so, and they reached out apologizing about it.
Overall, the products were really nice and today im planning on buying some more stuff! Super excited.
Sorry to all the people who had a bad experience, that really sucks.:(
Btw i would import a photo of what i got but im on my school computer and cant take it home lol- and i didnt bring them to school. So yall just have to take my word for it that i had a good experience.

I made an order of 13 items, only some of them match the order I made, except 3 the rest of the products were replaced. Ordered 2,6 color palettes, and received 2 monocolor. At least it was cheap.

Placed an order and after five-months it "STILL" hadn't been delivered. The tracking # issued didn't exist. Stay away from them, they do not honour customers!

I ordered on September 6th, 2023... Today is now September 16th, 2023. I have not gotten a tracking number at all. No updates whatsoever.
Let that sink in. Even though this place is so cheap, avoid it at all cost to avoid a headache.

They take forever to reply and have shortened the hours and days of when their customer service team is available. Can you believe that?

They do not have a system in place where the rewards points return to your account. You have to literally email them and wait for their reply and then, and only then, you may get you rewards points back.
They make you pay for extra tax on top of tax on top of another tax and on top of a package protection fee.

They do not notify you in your email before your order ships if you are missing something or an item is out of stock. That is unprofessional and scamming. You can tell they just care about the money.

They place repeat items on their website, so when you think you are getting something different, you are not. That is scamming.

This company has gone downhill from when I first used it (3 years ago), they will be losing a loyal customer due to their consistent unprofessionalism, inconsideration, inconsistency, incompetence, and carelessness.
What I believe is happening as well is, that do not have enough people on their team and they are being cheap and stingy in terms of hiring more people, inducing extra hidden fees on top of regular tax, and avoiding customer reparation. This company is no longer a good company. Once my order arrives (which is better because if not...ooo wee), I'm bouncing. I need to save my money anyways.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid shopping here to avoid brain aneurysms.

I purchased $25 worth of lipstick and it charged my paypal account an eztra $90! When i only purchased $25 worth? It makes no sence... never ordering from there again

My first order was amazing! I got my parcel in 8 days and I live in africa so I fell in love with the website and I order a larger order in cotober now its nearly february and I didnt get it they say that it got back to them and Its been a week that I've sent them my paybal account so they can charge me for extra shipping fees but they stopped replying my emails! I just want a refund and I cant even get it!
UPDATE: I finally got a refund but guess what I've lost the 9$ shipping fees which makes me wonder if they ever sent the parcel or they just ripped my money off! STAY AWAY FROM THEM
